My dog is pretty anxious when it comes to the vet but they took great care of her and were very patient. They were also able to get me in quicker than any other vet around.

We have been going to Firehouse since we adopted our pup in October of 2019. They have been so good to us. My pooch is not friendly with other animals and they are excellent about removing temptation when they bring her in. Their care has been excellent since day one.

The team here is amazing. You guys made a spot to take my dog in urgently and made sure she was seen and taken care of within minutes. We got everything sorted out and she is recovering well. I can't recommend the firehouse team enough. Thank you all so much for always being kind, understanding, and putting care and safety truly at the core of the practice.

Editing my previous review after additional years and visits. While they are fine as a vet clinic, they are not clear communicators and overpriced for the services they offer. The vet tech we worked with (probably not all of them) was rude on each occasion we visited this year. He was not kind, seemed as though we were a burden to his time, and just overall unpleasant to work with. They also provided estimates for care only to exclude hundreds of dollars of additional fees that are associated with the service that should be included in the price (like anesthesia for a spay). They'll tell you they provide a higher level of service than other vets to justify the price, but from my personal experience with our cat and dog, they do not. They are not worth the price or the hassle. I highly recommend looking around for another provider in the area.

Very nice vet office. I gave 4 stars due to their price. They are quite a bit on the high side. Good staff and good care.

All staff was extremely welcoming to us as new clients. We live in the area and were looking for a new place to call home. They certainly made us feel like family. Keep up the fantastic work! Shout-out to Ashley and Dr. Lara Wilson! You ladies are amazing!

Everyone here, the doctors and the staff, are wonderful. I highly recommend.

We’ve brought our dog Rogan here twice in a pinch, and the vets were always willing to see her as a walk in to address her condition. She ate an entire bag of grapes, and they were swift and successful at inducing vomiting. They followed up with us to check in multiple times the following week. Recently, we just brought her in for an upper respiratory issue we’ve never experienced before. We were in a slight panic until the vet welcomed her last minute before closing to take a look at her. Turns out it was just kennel cough! Phew! The staff is always friendly, and they didn’t make us feel like a burden for walking in last minute. We’ve had exceptional care.

We love going to the firehouse not for only puppies we have added to our family, but as well as puppies we have sold or puppies of close friends and family members. They are always so kind and professional with our fur babies. No visit we have gone to has been short of great. We really appreciate the vets and their staff. Definitely will be referring you guys to any other friends/family or clients!

We decided to change Vet clinics because we were looking for better communication and professionalism regarding our dog’s care and so happy we did. I felt listened to and my elderly dog received the care he needed.

I took my puppy here in the past and they did a great job. I tried to take a dog that I recently adopted, made an appointment, showed up and was told just to see her that they REQUIRED mandatory blood work.?? After waiting a week for the appointment and driving an hour one way? Never required with my previous visit with the exact same visit. Shots and then to have her fixed. There are better ways to grow revenue other than trying to force pet owners into things that they don't ask for.

My cat was bitten by a rattlesnake and we called them as they’re our regular vet and they first stated they could see her but when we arrived they then stated the process would take too long and they wanted to make sure they could close at noon and that they would no longer see our beloved cat. We drove all the way to their clinic just to be turned away. They do not care about animals or other peoples time. We found a better clinic we will be switching all of our pets to. Definitely telling all our neighbors about this experience

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the service is always very quick and thorough. Safe to say, I think the vet is my dog’s favorite place to go thanks to Firehouse.. that definitely says something about how they treats their patients! ????

The Team over at Firehouse has made my partner and I feel extremely safe with taking our pet here. They have taken great care of our family from the brief time they've known us, and I for one hope they continue doing their very best.

I changed to this vet because they had better availability for my cats procedure and I found out this is the best vet I’ve ever been to. Everyone is friendly, they check in with me and really care about my pets.

We brought our puppy to Firehouse and couldn't be more glad of it! They always pick up the phone and give us all the attention we need. Our puppy ate our other dog's medication and they immediately consulted the vet and stayed on the phone with us the whole time. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I love this Vet Clinic. They always go above and beyond for my Fur Babies.

Love this place for my animals! They are always helpful and loving to my pets. They always call and check on my pet the day after their appointment. I totally trust my pets with them!

I've brought my kitties here twice so far and both times have been great! More than anything, I love how kind, caring, and understanding the staff is. I want someone who cares about my pets as much as I do to be in charge of their medical needs. I also appreciate that they give a cost estimate upfront so there are no surprises. I'm not sure if they're the cheapest around but I'll continue coming because of the excellent customer service.

In the beginning I would give 4.5 stars but as the shine wears off and the clinics priority becomes upsales and unnecessary lab work as their top priority the aire of the salesman approach was more prevalent than honest Veterinarian work. The office managers unyielding practice of not listening & hearing clients was very off putting. It was time to pull my precious dogs out and get them care from an honest animal hospital with ethical core values.

Great customer service and they really care! I was nervous about not being with my kitty because of curbside, but they made me feel very comfortable and were super communicative! And they priced everything out for you beforehand, which is fantastic. Loved them!!

The Doctors, techs and office staff at the Kyle location are all AMAZING! They are thorough, never rush you when you chat and answer any questions you have. They’re a fear free facility and they really work to ensure your pet is comfortable. My pup, Max, is super anxious and they are so great with him! They’re also big on educating you to help you take the best care of your loved ones! I have never had a better vet or hospital! I’m so grateful for all they do! HUGE shout outs to Dr. Opyt and Dr. Wilson! Thanks so much for everything you all do!!

I don't normally write reviews but the level of compassion and service I received shouldn't go unnoticed. This vet clinic has the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Both patient and professional, I had no issues leaving my dog with Kelli and Gabe to get her ear infection taken care of. I was given instructions on how to care for and prevent any issues that might arise in a clear manner that anyone could understand. They also took the time to make sure I knew how to properly apply the ointment to my dog needed without her freaking out. No one wants to go to the vet, for any reason, yet they made sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Thanks y'all.

Firehouse is amazing! Everyone is super helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. They really love these animals and you can tell. For a first time pet mom, I felt comfortable and extremely satisfied!
