While pet sitting, my friends little dog was injured. Owner out of town. Deep Roots was able to see him as an urgent care patient in the same day. Fair and reasonable prices, great staff, provide solutions, treatment to symptom.

A great experience from the initial phone call, the reception and the care given to my very old and fragile kitty. I will recommend to anyone needing vet care.

My 11 year old dog broke a tooth and needed to be seen. They gave me both a budget friendly option, and more comprehensive option, without being pushy either way. I chose to do the full sedated cleaning due to her age and knowing her teeth were pretty bad. I had a LOT of questions and anxiety about having her put under, and the staff was very patient and kind with me and answered everything in detail. They called during her procedure to let me know that she needed a few more teeth extracted than we thought and discussed options. Again, no pressure. Throughout the day I received many updates from one of the vet techs. My girl was very well taken care of and I am very pleased with our experience there!

Needed my dog to be seen quickly they were able to get her in same day and got her meds. New vet for my pup for sure!

I’ve been going to the same vet for over 10 years and felt that it was time for a fresh set of eyes to take a look at my two pups, Coco and Oscar. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and could tell that everyone there loved animals. Samantha was the vet tech that took such good care of my babies. She handled them gently and they took to her immediately. Dr Benard was very knowledgeable, thorough and sweet to my two stinkers, as well. I was told that both are in need of dental cleanings. Samantha printed out a price estimate for me without having to ask for it. The icing on the cake was when I was preparing to walk out of the examination room to go pay and Samantha told me that I could check out with her in the room rather than having to go out to the front, possibly encountering other animals while I juggle my two dog’s leashes, the bag of goodies they gave me, all while digging in my purse to find my credit card. Such an easy fix to a stressful activity that all dog owners have experienced. It’s genius! Thank you to Deep Roots for making my visit such a positive experience.

After trying different vets we are so grateful to have found this gem. They have it all. They are caring and informative. Supportive, affordable and always available.

Staff and Dr. Guzmán are very nice, but they didn’t tell me that my dog needed to be fasting for his X-Ray. So then they took the X-Ray and told me I need to come back and retake it because there was stool blocking the image.... they should have told me the first time he needed to be fasting so I wouldn’t have to pay for TWO X-Rays at $170 each.

Our vet, Dr. Benard, is amazing. Very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to email back when we have questions. The staff is great and always accommodating.

Dr. Guzman was great. It feels good to ask questions and be rushed or feel like an inconvenience. Highly recommend!

SUPER impressed with this Practice and Dr. Benard. They were the only Vet to see us (I called at least 12 vets that day) during an emergency a few weeks ago and they did surgery the next day!! Dr. Benard stayed after hours to make sure my baby was safe to come home after surgery. Today we had a follow up for chronic issues and once again Dr. Benard and Sam were INCREDIBLE!! I am so glad we found Deep Roots in Kyle!! Very reasonably priced and caring staff. I HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic????

Dr. Benard is a fantastic and caring vet. Both our dogs loved her and she easily put our little Yorkie at ease.

I loved this vet clinic! They saw me the same day and gave great care to my goat. I’ll be switching to this clinic for care for my other pets as well. Really impressed.

This was my first time taking our dogs here. They are fantastic. The vet and technicians were all super nice and very informative regarding options for our dogs health and preventative care.

Great vet and crew, I’m glad we found them, being new in Kyle was important to find a great vet for our furry kids.

Took my puppy, Nova, there a while back. Took her because she was bit in the face and also got her 2nd round of shots. I had a million questions and they were VERY patient and informative. The receptionist said “cool beans” a lot which I say myself, so I thought “I like the vibe of this place already.” Nova came back just fine and happy. Bite area was cleaned. No stitches needed. Meds were prescribed. Got her 2nd round of shots in the process. Great experience and the pricing was fair.

I have no idea on the work that this place performs. I attempted to call them about potentially setting up an appointment for my pet. The girl on the phone did not not what she was talking about. When asked about pricing for services, she told me she could give me an estimate. Apparently, there's no set price for service. I was then told my pet would be required "by law" to get other shots before the procedure could be done. There is no law that requires what she stated, but merely a clinic policy. I'm terrified to bring my little furry friend to a place where the gatekeeper doesn't even know what things cost or the difference between law and policy. If there's an error in the hiring process there, who knows what they could do wrong with my pet.

It's a great clinic, don't get me wrong but they must have gotten rich because they don't feel the need to work on the weekend anymore. They used to only be open one Saturday a month but now they don't even do that anymore. My boyfriend took his dog there ever since he moved here. Well, we would've spent about a $1000 there this upcoming weekend if they would actually wanting to work and take care of their patients that can not come during the week. Good thing I do not have that problem with my vet. Kyle Animal Hospital cares about their patients and schedule for working pet parents. They work until 5pm on Saturday. We are taking our business there. So booooo for Deep Roots and yaaaaay for Kyle Animal Hospital.

Very disappointed they are not following the mask mandate. As a man of science, he should know better. He was our vet since before he started Deep Roots, but we already found a vet who follows common sense precautions.

Our first appointment was great!!! I am so happy and relieved. We have our first puppy and Dr Guzman, Rachel and the rest of team were friendly, professional, patient and so loving to our pup. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them with patience. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The price I paid was very affordable and much cheaper than I expected. I am so thankful. We'll be taking our pup back. So far so good!

We recently moved to the Kyle area and I was so worried I would not find a reliable and cost-friendly vet. I worried for nothing! I am so glad we stumbled on to Deep Roots Vet Clinic! Took our pooch in for an ear infection and he was treated like a king. I cannot say enough good things about our visit. We were made to feel welcome and I felt like they knew exactly how to handle our pup. I have heard from many others when we go to the dog park that this is the place to take your pets!!

Not everyone is wearing masks and receptionist looked very ill and was coughing a lot, nobody said or did anything.

I took one of my dogs there for a second opinion. They gave him an exam and explained everything to me and was able to schedule him for treatment very quickly. The staff is very professional and the vet answered all of my questions.
