I really like this vet office. Vet is so sweet and smart, staff is nice. Clean office. They're not the cheapest but great vet care for my GSP dog and my old cat.

Where to begin? I adopted the sweetest, most loving, darling tortie from a local rescue, and she already had an over-grooming issue. I was so worried about her. I took her to one vet - not the best experience. I knew I needed a second opinion, so I scheduled a virtual vet visit and that vet was wonderful and referred me to Dr. Centers at Kings Crossing. TOTALLY WORTH THE 40 minute drive. WOW. The vet tech (I am SO sorry that I forgot her name, because she was so kind, and great with Momo, and really thorough) and Dr. Centers were both FANTASTIC. Not only did they take her history from me, listen to my concerns, and address them all, but Momo was completely at ease with them both (she was NOT with the other in-person vet, at all), so they were able to give her injections with no fuss and no fretting (on either end)! I feel so confident that, in the event that the steroid injection (on top of her previously-changed diet) do not help, I know I can take her in and they will do all that they can to get to the bottom of this. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Honestly - I have medical issues, and it is painful to drive for too long, and I don't care. I will go there in a traffic jam, in the rain, in the sun, whatever. Also (I am writing this during the 'after times' of covid), they still offer curbside, and even if you want to be inside for the consultation (of course I did!), you can wait in your car until the room is ready, and the facility is so nice and roomy and clean and bright. Soooo yes, they are so good that I am babbling.

Solid 5 Stars Edit 3: Was contacted by Kings Crossing. They apologized for the issues below, communicated the issues to the entire team, and actually stated what they will do going forward to amend the situation (If repeat caller, transfer call to someone else ASAP). They even offered a free nail trimming for our puppy. While the 50 minute drive is long, it is still worth it. They actually listen. Edit 2: Email works better than phone calls, but they still don't even reply in a timely manner. This place is inconvenient if you live more than 5-7 minutes away. Edit 1: After calling multiple times and waiting over 15 minutes with each attempt, it's unfortunate that I have to reduce the amount of stars because it is impossible to get a hold of Kings Crossing. Even when the daycare my puppy attends tries to call Kings Crossing, they give up and demand I provide them physical paperwork. Original: This place is the Chick-fil-a of Veterinarian Services...Kind, Quick, Clean, Streamlined, Reasonably Priced, and full of polished individuals who give you confidence that everything will be alright.

We are new to the Kingwood area and we have a very skittish golden retriver. We were so pleased with the initial visit when the vet tech took extra time to listen to our history and concerns. The Dr we saw was also kind and understanding of our needs for our pup. Highly recommend Kings Crossing Animal Hospital .

I called multiple times to make an appointment. I also requested online but only got an auto-generated reply that I would be contacted but it never happened. I ended up going elsewhere.

The staff is professional and show a true concern for the fur babies they treat. I am thankful for the care they gave mine.

Our dog does acupuncture with Dr O and at 14 1/2 years old, our old lady baby runs around like the young her that she was once minus the gray muzzle!! She now has more energy and is happier and pain free most days!! ???????? Above all, I will never forget the kindness from this staff…this clinic practically held my hand when our other dog was diagnosed with a terminal cancer that took her much faster than even I keep up with. It’s still hard for me to talk about TBH. My two kitties go here too and see Dr B and they don’t complain either ???????? Also, my 14 year old dog that I mentioned above has second stage renal disease and this hospital has also worked closely with me to come up with a diet that works well with her illness and a proactive/supportive acupuncture and Chinese herb treatment plan that my baby is responding well too. It has in fact been a trial and error process with some pet foods we’ve tried and it’s been overwhelming at times getting a handle on the digestive issues with all of my pets in the past year but the doctor and staff’s sweet, compassionate demeanor is easy to work with and my pets are doing great today including my old lady baby! ???? My review may be long winded but the truth is I could write on Kings Crossing Vet Hospital for hours. They are real super hero’s fighting for the pets and the best care for them. ????♀️

I can't say enough good things about this place, especially Dr Bumgarner. My cat Rocky was having symptoms for a few weeks. Her old vet couldn't figure it out. Went to Kings Crossing and they found the problem quickly. They are wonderful and compassionate. I will forever stay with this vet.

It's more expensive than a lot of other options, that's for sure, but Dr Johnson always remembers my boy and helped us navigate cancer with my young dog, I couldn't be more appreciative.

Great place! Prices are good but more than that I got lots of info on my dog and options that I didn't get from my first vet. So glad I got a second opinion!!

Great Vets, professional staff and they made sure my pet was happy and healthy. Was not difficult to check in, nor was there a long delay in seeking care like I was initially expecting. Great facility, easy to find and clean!

A bit pricey for just nails trimmings. But this is coming from someone who got too used to getting free nail trimmings with checkups. The staff loves animals and its evident. I took my anxiety ridden pup in for a health concern and they were very sweet to him and tried to get him to feel welcome and safe.

This was my first experience and visit to Kings Crossing Animal Hospital. My new one-year-old puppy, Marty, had his first meet and greet to establish himself as a patient with Dr. Bumgarner; sorry it that's misspelled. Upon arriving, like most medical facilities, they have their protocols in place before you can enter which was a pleasant surprise considering everything lately. More impressive than that was Dr. Bumgarner's attention to myself and my dog Marty. She intently listened to each of my questions and concerns and was able to answer them. I walked away feeling that she is invested in the animals she supports and their owners. Consequently, I look forward to her continuous care of Marty for years to come.

Like them for vet and grooming. They were our dogs vet when she was with golden beginnings golden retriever rescue and we kept going back because they like to see her. A golden with bad mange is a pathetic thing.

We had a 3PM appointment but sat in the car outside as they weren't ready. At 4PM, an assistant came to take our 2 dogs in. We were told we could enter once a waiting room was available, which happened 30 minutes later. Our lab came in for an allergy shot but we decided against it as it was almost twice as much as his shot at another vet 3 months ago. We brought our pug in because she was swollen and walked with difficulty. Diagnosis was pinched nerve and pug was prescribed medicine for pain and swelling. Our pug suffered an allergic reaction to the medicine, swelled more, had a fever and got stiffer. We came back within a week and another vet (not the first one), did a full blood test. Vet didn't know what was wrong, only that it seemed our pug was fighting an infection. No cancer though so that was good. Vet suggested a specialist and we went to one. There, they diagnosed our pug had an oral infection. The specialist treated the fever and got the swelling down. The specialist also reiterated that we should see our regular vet as treating the oral infection would be easy (and cheaper than the ER we were at). Currently looking for a regular vet that can do oral scans at this writing. Probably won't be at Kings Crossing though.

I absolutely love Dr. JOhnson, we have been seeing here since 2007, she's the BEST in the good times and bad,. The entire team that works at VItal Pet is so loving and caring, you could not ask for a better vet.

Both miniature schnauzers have been taken care of by the Veterinarians at Kings Crossing Animal Hospital since they were puppies, one for ten years, the other for three. We couldn't be happier with the knowledge, honesty and integrity of this animal clinic. Our schnauzers are considered a part of our family, so we wouldn't take them to just any Vet service. I highly recommend them for your furry family members..

The staff here has been great with both of my dogs! One has really bad anxiety and high stress when he visits, so to accommodate him they put us in a room as soon as we get here and even let us check out in the room so he is not so stressed in the lobby! They do what they can with both and it's amazing how much patience they have!
