I dropped my dog off at 8 AM for a grooming appointment along with a heart worm test & pro heart shot. When I dropped him off, I was told I would get a call when he is ready. Come 5:15 PM they called me, and I was on my way immediately. They called again at 5:35 (I was stuck in traffic, but also down the street) and gave me attitude saying “we closed at 5:30 and tried reaching out already”. whatever, I was willing to overlook it. Upon arrival they told me the price with no breakdown. I paid in a rush trying to be considerate, and they brought out my dog. He was FILTHY and hadn’t been groomed. They ONLY gave him his heart worm medicine. When I addressed the issue, the woman said along the lines of “I don’t know. I’m only just getting here, but you weren’t charged for it. I’m sorry, I do see it here in the notes though” THE WHOLE REASON FOR HIS VISIT WAS TO GET GROOMED. So they gave him a single shot and kept him kenneled all day. Ridiculous. Do not come here. DOGGY JAIL.

Too pricy, they sell medicine for dog, you can find ig in wslmart for $20, and they sell it for $60. Totsl rip-off. They start with reasonable price in the first visit then they increase the priceb 300-400 time once you go back second visit. They order vaccine to my dog, it already had!! Watch when they do diagnose and when paying, they add stuff they didn't do.

They took us in on Christmas Eve & it was great service! The technicians were very nice and super helpful!

I have been bringing my pets here for 30 years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. No other clinic holds a candle to Doc Thomas and her staff. They don't try to sell you anything your pet doesn't need and they've never been anything less than honest about it and that's rare these days. Prices are great too. Recommend them all day long to anyone with a dog or cat.

Wow. They are 44 miles away from where we live. They took very well care of my Dogs They are the First Kennel my Dogs went to and did not come home with the Kennel Cough. The 4 others Kennel that I thought that they would be great. Nope they would always come back sick.

Very caring and reliable. They always take excellent care of our babies and prices are very reasonable!

The staff are very attentive to our pets as if they were their owns. The nurse comes out and breaks down what the treatments are for. Vaccines and prevention medicine is explained to understand the purpose for them. They give suggestions to prevent any future illnesses. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank ya.
