I love how they always treat my dogs like their own. They are super nice and very friendly.

I take my dogs here for day care when they need to run around. I wish we could use them for overnight stays but they don’t let the dogs out past 5 or 6 pm and my dogs can’t wait until they get back in the next morning without going potty. I wish they offered an extra service to have someone let dogs out at 9 or 10 pm bc I would definitely pay for that.

This is quite literally the worst place I've ever experienced. The assist manager (Macy) is extremely rude and unhelp, on top of not being able to listen. The staff there, on more than one occasion, have been considerably unprofessional. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

I let my dog come here about a week or two ago, and he came home with scars? I don’t know if my dog got jumped by other dogs or something but this is just disappointing! The doctors have said he might have permanent scars. If I could give this 0 stars I WOULD.

Took my two 1 yr old mini Aussiedoodles for a temperament evaluation and an afternoon to play. Horrific experience for my dogs. I dropped them off at 9:30 am last Wednesday and was told they would be evaluated by introducing dogs their size one at a time and then they could play after that. I picked my dogs up at 3 pm I had to go upstairs where they were on the last hall on the right side . NO food , toys or their cheese chews I had dropped off for them to have to make them feel comfortable while they were there and told the girl they haven’t ate for the morning, I was assured they would get their stuff in their room . No they didn’t. There was a cot in the hallway that was supposed to be put in there as well it wasn’t so no bed as well , and their bag with their belongings was on a shelf in front of their room. TV wasn’t working as well . When I asked why didn’t they have their food and toys and a cot and the TV on the lady said I DONT KNOW I’ll have to ask she stated the tv in their area has been broke for a while as well . When ask about the temperament test my dogs met with their golden retriever they use only and was put back in the room afterward with no play time she explained “ we have 130 dogs today so all our staff has done today was take dogs out for potty breaks and few dogs received playtime” this is horrific I’m sure my dogs stayed from 9:30 am till 3 pm that day in a traumatic experience in a small room with a half a bowl of water . Just about The worst nightmare a dog owner thinking their dog will get to play will have ! Just horrific

Caos!!! will not be returning ,Young lady in front was super rude my babies where there for 7 day so we spent good money, for my babies to not be very well taking care of and I was upset???? she could not find there bed and toys and she had an attitude She got rude with myself and my husband because I said where is the bed and toys she said what bed My husband said front desk.wrote it down what we brought She said that was me so what toys and bed?? as another employee walked out with there stuff saying I found it ...I think the young girl that took Mia and Chaie the day we dropped off and picked up She needed a nap when we picked them up She was super rude had no care in the world There is other things but it don't matter ...

My puppy, Honey Bunn, absolutely loves coming here! The staff is incredible and treat her like she’s their own! I’ve never seen my puppy more excited to get dropped off without me. They are such loving and honest staff! Thank you!

Great sevice for the price. Staff are happy and love thevdogs.

They quoted me a price over the phone and when I got there they nearly double the original price. I just left.

My dog loves it here, and she enjoys getting groomed/bathed here (which is more than I can say at other places and at home)

Love this place! Staff is great! I always just run in get nails done with all 5 of my littles. And my corgi goes for his bath and beauty appointments. It's clean and friendly and love it! Always feel welcomed and my littles love it!

Everyone was so pleasant and caring. I will utilize them again my first time. I was very impressed and my baby was so happy when I picked him up

We are so happy to have found them. We’ve boarded our pups, Duke and Max, there and they also go to daycare, and get groomed. They take amazing care of them and our dogs are always excited to go. Friendly staff, always so friendly, polite, and professional!

Have taken my schnauzer here twice, they do a good job. I used to take her to another groomer in Atascocita. We went there for 5+ years and loved it. But, with my work & sleep schedule, it can be difficult to get there from Kingwood in traffic. Dog Days Inn on Northpark is 1/2 a mile from my house. The ladies are always very sweet and accommodating. However, I do wish they required vaccination records for pets. Grooming drop off between 7:30-9:30am and Roxy is usually ready by 12-2pm. I like a short schnauzer cut for the summer without a long skirt.....it just gets matted. The ladies groom her well- to meet my requests. Her beard is choppy looking in this picture because I had to cut some matted mud before she went for grooming. I was hoping they would have straightened her beard up. That’s okay, she still looks fresh and beautiful!

We have. Schnauzer Barney and a Morkie Toby. Took both in Friday to be groomed. They cut both of them very short and did not leave the beard long or the skirt on the Schnauzer. They did a terrible job. We will not be taking our dogs there again. If I could rate them I would give them a zero. I could have done better myself.

Whole new crew working there now. Dropped off my dogs to get nails clipped and bathed, they came back smelling great but their nails were never clipped. Called up there and they claimed they cut them but it was clear they were not cut at all and we’re still jagged. Would not recommend at all find somewhere else to go with reliable and trustworthy staff.

Very professional! Take good care of our pets. Amy is AMAZING w my dog. Will definitely go back.

Dropped off 2 healthy dogs for boarding and the day I get pick them up one of my dogs is coughing foamy blood. Dog days inn says no one noticed any coughing

I have attempted to schedule boarding and grooming a few times on different days. The lady answers the phone and ask to place you on hold for over 4 minutes. This has occurred 3times on 3different days.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have grooming and boarding.

I took my French bulldog 2 times to get her nails clipped and both times they cut them way too short on a few nails. The girls excuse both times was that she just got out of school, so apparently they are full of inexperienced ppl. I will never go there again.

Our dog always comes home so tired. I know he has a great time when being boarded here.

Absolutely fantastic service, very friendly staff. They actually will remember you and your pet if you’re a repeat customer and always make sure your pet is taken care of.

I left my baby here all day on a Saturday for daycare. All of the staff was very nice and friendly and he had a great time. He was happy when I picked him up and he went home and slept like he had played his little heart out. He will definitely be going back

Staff very accomadating and friendly. My dog loves it!!!. He gets excited passing by 9n the car.

The staff is great and the location is convenient for me. They post pictures of the daycare dogs on Facebook and Instagram so, you always have a general idea of how your fur baby is doing.

This place is amazing! My dog LOVES attending daycare here daily. The staff is phenomenal and always go above and beyond. They treat you like family and love your dog like you do. Dogs Day Inn Pet Resort- Kingwood is definitely a blessing!

Great day care for dogs. It’s a very clean place, can accommodate plenty at once’s. The staff are very friendly and great with dogs. I love that they give a bath to the pets before sending them home. Also has different suite options at reasonable prices.

They always take amazing care of my pups, and I can rely on them to take them when I need them to. We use their boarding services as well as doggy day camp, and my dogs always come back home so happy and tired!

Been using then for years .my pup loves going there and loves her groomer.????
