I have taken my dog Bentley to Sherrys for several years without problems until this last visit Sept 17, 2021. When I picked Bentley up they gave me his report card that said he would not let them do his ears. When we got in the car I noticed his right eye was red but assumed maybe it had a hair in it. By that evening his wye was very red, it worsened throughout the weekend. When I took him to the vet on Monday morning my vet said he had a very deep laceration and recommended I take him to an eye specialist if not better in a few days. He gave my drops and ointment for it and also meds for ears. At this point I contacted Sherry’s. She was on vacation so I spoke with the manager who never apologized one time and instead acted as if she was going to call the vet and prove me wrong. He did not improve within the 3 day mark so we ended up going to the specialist. Today is October 1 and while it does seem to be slowly getting better it is still not healed. I’m not sure what happened to the good service we used to receive at Sherry’s but we will not be going there again.

My pet is VERY HARD to deal with and they manage to make all necessary styling with no major issues. He looks amazing! I have a Shitzu by the way...

Took my pet for grooming as it was close to my new apartment. My puppy at home started coughing really bad after a few days. After taking my pet to the vet it was confirmed that she had an upper respiratory infection. I did not want to jump to conclusions that my puppy contracted it from here. So I went to another vet to get a second opinion to see if she did have an upper respiratory infection. Well the vet said she did have it. I just want to warn anyone wanting to go here for pet services. Update: So my partner contacted them to let them know of the situation. Just to let them know that our puppy contracted the infection from there. We wanted to let them know so they can clean/disinfect the place so that they do not spread it to other pets.The employee said that they knew about the situation as other customers have contacted them about their pets getting sick after getting groomed/boarded there. They simply said that they will report it to management. I say to avoid this place. They knew of the situation and did not warn or disinfect the place prior to accepting new or returning customers.

My current dog is the first one I've ever had that requires hair cuts. Wasn't sure how to cut her hair honestly. Just told them that it needed to be shorter and to do their thing. Pup went right to them and was happy when I picked her up. Hair looked great, smelled nice, and it wasn't too expensive. Not sure what else you could ask for from a groomer.

Very friendly staff, waited in car due to covid and stylist came out and looked at photos and made sure she was clear with what I wanted. The haircut came out very cute! The body was cut VERY well but the only thing on the face was that they cut her Afro off a bit too much... it wasn’t exactly the cut I asked for but it still ended up cute and the stylist cut it shorter because her puppy coat was about to change. Before and after photos and what I asked for in the photos. Very professional place and great staff overall! Thanks!

The people working at Sherry's have to be the most caring and nicest people working at any establishment I have frequented. Little bit (MarieAnn) is my dogs stylist and she is awesome and my dog Bandit loves her and the whole Sherry's Family. I would recommend Sherry's to anyone who loves their pet and wants it to have a great experience while getting groomed.

Just took my goldendoodle, Rhett, to Sherry’s for the first time this week, and I am now a devoted client! There are SEVERAL groomers out there who detest doodles, and dogs are smart enough to sense it. My baby’s last cut, prior to the one at sherry’s was a horrible experience, and left my baby traumatized & went from loving all people, to being terrified and shaking just from a groomer coming over to him to say hi and pet him. I don’t know what that lady did to him, but it’s changed my dog in a horrible way. To say the least, I was nervous to leave my baby with a groomer ever since this bad experience, but I’m SO HAPPY I’ve found Kayla at Sherry’s. His cut was PERFECT, and I didn’t even go into detail on how I wanted him to look because of the drop off service-due to COVID. He came out happy and wagging his tail, whereas at the previous place he came out shaking, covered in drool, and was acting depressed for hours when I took him home. Kayla told me that he did get nervous a few times during his visit, and she would just stop what she was doing, give him some love to help soothe him, and then would continue her work. I can tell these people are true animal lovers, and don’t treat doodles like a nuisance, because they can be difficult to groom. All animals deserve respect and compassion, and I honestly feel like my baby received that here. It means so much to me. He’s my absolute world, and I always want to make sure that the people I’m trusting to leave him with, treat him with love and care. The staff here does just that. I’m hoping that over time, Rhett learns to trust and love the groomers again. Kayla will be the one to do that! Pricing was a bit high, but was honestly less than what I was expecting, and less than his previous nightmare haircut. Worth every single penny! If you need a new groomer, come here!

I called Four Paws Dig It at first to get nails cut on my hundred pound german shepherd mix. After a few questions, they told me they couldn't handle her. Immediately called my daughter because I knew she had someone who did her chihuahua's nails and were VERY nice people. I called Pet Syling By Sherrie because my daughter highly recommended. They didntcrequire an appointment. Just drove up they came out to get Sadie with no problems at all. Sadie went willingly which she has never done at the vets office. Highly recommend this local small business. Professional and caring people. Will be taking Sadie there from now on for grooming issues. Thank you to Sherry's. You are blessed.

I tried this grooming salon for the first time for my 6 yr old shih tzu. I was nervous because my boy is partially blind, heartworm positive, and has atopic dermatitis. The groomer Martha did an amazing job! She came out to speak with me before taking him back to get an idea of what I wanted and to understand my dogs health concerns. She took great care of him! He looks so handsome and seemed so at ease with her when she brought him back out to me. She even gave him a little bow tie! I will definitely be back and will recommend this grooming salon to everyone. They were all so kind and understanding.

My dog never comes home traumatized like he did at other places. Staff is very friendly and upbeat. Little pricey, but you get your money's worth!
