The Pet Stop Killeen, Texas

I found THE PET STOP today on Google and have to say I could not have been more pleased! My greyhound’s nails had gotten embarrassingly long because my husband hasn’t been well lately and I’m not able to cut them myself. I called ahead and was told I did not need an appointment. The groomers came outside and quickly took care of our girl’s much too long nails. They were kind and loving in dealing with the dog and we were both very happy with the service received. Thank you!

The Pet Stop did an amazing job deshedding my Border Collie. I wasn't too crazy with the appointment taking a little over 4 hrs, but was told my dog did not care for the dryer so it was taking longer to dry him. My dog wasn't too keen on having to go in by himself, but due to Covid, the Pet Stop isn't allowing non employees in which I understand. I'll take my dog back, solely based on the deshedding job.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!!!! This lady with the Grey hair is the most unfriendly person in the morning! I'll come back and let you know how the actual service was when I pick him up.

Extremely long Grooming process, not customer friendly. Did not apologize for ridiculous service length. RUDE!! will not use again!!

I only wish I had before pictures!!! He was looking a little rough! The staff were SO nice! I called maybe a little over a week ago (if that I can’t remember definitely not more than that) and they got me in for today! Very fast getting me in. I was there at 11:50 and got a call to pick him up at 3:40 he smells so good and looks handsome I’m very impressed!

I love the Pet Stop. It's the only groomer I use, trust me I've been to them all. You will never find a better groomer at this price with top notch quality. Hands down best in town...

The Pet Stop was AMAZING! I boarded my dog for a month. He’s very skittish and afraid of people, but by the time he left, the staff had given him so much affection that they gained his trust and he loved everyone there! They sent me videos and pictures of him throughout the month to let me know how he was doing. I am so impressed and grateful for their wonderful service! You can tell they love animals and have a heart for all fur babies!

Did a great job at a great price.

Booked appointment three weeks in advance, in which the groomer never showed up for the appointment. The buisness was closed and she never answered her phone. Messages left. Very unprofessional. I advise not to go.

What a great groomer! I have a very anxious German Shepherd who doesn't do well in a lot of environments, and she can be a handful to deal with. The Pet Stop has been awesome with her and she always is so well groomed and such an attention to details (shaved paw hair, beautiful nail trims, clean ears, wonderful smell)! I am so picky about groomers (I was a groomer and vet tech for many years) so I have gone through a lot of other places around Killeen and Copperas Cove, but I will definitely be staying with The Pet Stop! They are awesome, and have awesome prices, and me and my pup couldn't be happier!

Now I see why it’s cheap. I now have a dog that’s traumatized, and won’t even respond when I call for her, she will not eat, or anything. DO NOT GO HERE

Ask for Tina! I followed her from another shop and she's AMAZING with my 2 mini schnauzer and toy poodle. Tina is always eager to please and does quality work!

We figured we would try to support a new local business. My husband went by so he could talk face to face to the people grooming our pup. The lady was evasive and disinterested in grooming our girl. Then when he asked out of curiosity when he could get her in, she gave him a date a month out. Way to get new customers.
