Stillhouse Luxury Pet Hotel Killeen, Texas

It has been more than three years that we found this place and I must say Stillhouse Luxury Pet Hotel is absolutely the top kenneling service we have found for Dexter and Lily. We searched from Lampasas to Temple and have found the service, care, and convenience of SLPH - its owners and staff to be sincerely concerned about our pet’s needs. Dex and Lily share a large room and outdoor area each time they visit and I am happy to say they learned to use the doggie door to get in and out of the yard on their own! Dex isn’t as friendly as he looks and his social skills are a bit bullish at times but all that changes when we enter the lobby whether we take him and Lily for a weekend, week, or 3 weeks when we went to Europe before COVID locked us all down. No over crowding and specialized care are top priorities an as pet owners, we wouldn’t have it any other way! Vicky and Bob are the greatest when it comes to caring for pets whether they are theirs, ours and We look forward to taking out pets there for many years to come. The team at Stillhouse Luxury Pet Hotel are absolutely Awesome! My family has 4 fur babies and every time we travel - Vicky and the team treat our dogs like their own. This weekend I boarded my three dogs, and it was the first time boarding two of my three dogs and I could not be more pleased. My big German Shepherd is hard to trust anyone and immediately when I dropped the dogs off he took to the owner , and followed her back. They went above and beyond making sure my husky mix didn’t jump her fence because she does that all the time at home. I was so nervous so I reached out via Facebook for updates. The response was quick and I felt immediately relieved by the encouragement that my dogs were doing great and even eating. Normally when I leave them with family or friends they won’t eat until I come back. I will be using this facility again in the future!

I dont like to be away from my dog Oliver, but when I am I need to have peace of mind that he is cared for and happy. Stillhouse Luxury Pet Hotel provides me with that peace of mind and I recommend you try them out. Make sure to book in advance.

Loveeeee this place!! My baby usually gets sick when we leave him at boarding, but this time he came back healthy, playful, and happy!! The staff and the place are nice. I drive 2 hours to bring my pup here! Def recommend this place!!!

They did a good job taking care of my dog while I had to go out of town. The prices are fair, and he had a comfortable room to himself. He tore up his bed, but they were good about taking it away before he ate it. I'll use them again, if there is a need!

Just the nicest people. Take great care of our dog Teddy. Lots of room for dogs to run. Always come back happy, healthy, and clean. You have to reserve months ahead. They are always busy. It’s worth it.

Called about boarding my dog with them. They ONLY do drop off and pick-up By Appointment. So, one would logically believe Sunday appointments to pick-up are acceptable. They are not. Which essentially means you will be denied access to your pet on Sundays, so they can get an extra day boarding from you. This place will try to erase any review(here and yelp) that is not favorable as well. If you will notice, I didn't use foul language, just stated the truth.

I never want to board my dogs anywhere else!!!!

Love taking my dogs here!!! The owner and staff are very attentive to my dogs needs and personalities. It is always clean and smells fabulous when I drop off my furbabies!!! Don't go anywhere else!!!
