Extremely disappointed after being a customer for 6 years they treat customers like trash!!! Made an appointment in July for November 4th called on October 29th to confirm my appointment time and the receptionist says I’m sorry can’t find your appointment I will call you back-NEVER called me back!! I had to keep calling and finally Tuesday afternoon after getting busy signal all morning someone answers says oh sorry your appointment was October 29th you missed it-which I know that’s not what I was told when I scheduled it-but we will put you at the top of the list for cancellations. At least she was trying to perform good customer service but today I call and get serious attitude from the “manager” no name was given saying well it’s the holidays so you probably won’t get an appointment-no offer to schedule for the soonest appointment just a nasty attitude. So I asked why when you all told me November 4th but scheduled October 29th how is this my fault as the customer maybe at least try to not give me an attitude and meet me halfway-her response we don’t make mistakes you are the one that is wrong I can’t fix it when it’s you that don’t know how to put the correct date on your calendar!! So apparently they are perfect and are incapable of making mistakes!!! Nice job I always highly recommended Them even when they where still Brandies but never again!!!

I have a German Sheppard with very sensitive skin which they do a awesome job. When I take her she just waltzes in with wagging tail. No fear whatsoever. Tammy and her team are the best.

I've been taking my pup here for years. The groomers are friendly and consistent and kind. Book quickly though, they book out pretty far in advance!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I took my dog there on Friday to get colored he looks AWFUL THE WORST DYED DOG I HAVE EVER SEEN AND WAS CHARGED 25.00 DOLLARS FOR A BATH A MINI YORKIE WHICH IS FINE, BUT THE BATH WAS MORE THAN THE BOTCHED COLOR JOB WHICH WAS 10.00 SMH.THEY ARE CLOSED ON MONDAY BUT BEST BELIEVE I WILL BE CALLING TUESDAY.

Theresa is so nice and is very good with Gracie Anne. Gracie seems happy to go and is happy when I pick her up. Gracie's nails are clipped with no snags. Gracie's hair is soft and clean. She also smells so good. I'm thankful that I found Soggy Doggies for my baby dog. They are good with her and I trust them.

Great local dog groomers, both quick and polite. Recently updated pricing though, be aware.

Had to create a user so I don’t have to worry about backlash in the future.. HORRIBLE place.. the “owners” are horrible money hungry people. They will be all nice to your face but the second you leave you can promise if their not ignoring your dog they will be roughing them up if they don’t listen. Not only did they go out of their way to make me cry and hate working there everyday, but I watched them choake dogs or throw them against the wall or into cages. They pocket all the money they can, that’s probably why my paycheck bounced more then once. If your bringing your dog in or applying then find somewhere else. These people are horrible and should close down

If you are a pet owner and have not been to Soggy Doggy, I suggest you do. We have a fussy dog, he is very particular about who he warms up to. He is always happy to see the staff there. When they were boarding he stayed there a few times and came back home just as happy as when he went in. This had not been the case with some other sitters or groomers. I do not normally leave reviews, but we have been customers there for a long time now and they absolutely have earned not only a good review but our respect and appretiation.

Soggy Doggies did a Remarkable job on my two dogs. Especially my big dog, she was in need of a full groom for some time, yet with COVID and just moving to the area I Know I found a Terrific place to take my Dogs!!!

Not a good grooming place to take your pet. The people they have grooming your pet does not know how to do there job, are not trained correctly. They are unprofessional and so is management. Does not do a good job grooming and they cut my pet foot and I had to take him to the vet and had to pay a vet bill for 200 dollars. Ask would they pay my pet vet bill, because it was there fault they made all kind of excuses to not pay for the never took my pet back again!!!

My dog was actualy happy when he was there???? Excellent service and kindness.

Took in my two big dogs in at short notice. They did a great job bathing them and trimming the nails.

Took my 2 high energy dogs to get groomed here and everyone was very friendly and professional they did a great job would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a groomer for their dogs

Service was quick. Took my dog to get nails trimmed and was out in less than 10 minutes

They groom my persian cat and do an excellent job.
