Took great care of your cat and got us in very fast.

I have been using a home groomer because my fur babies are so afraid of nail trimmings. The vibes we got at this Vet office was calm and friendly. The vet tec was able to hold and trim their nail with no reactions. My babies seem very comfortable. They didn't even get any reactions with shots. I am diffenetly continuing to use El Centro Pet Medical Center. I am on a fixed income and was afraid of the cost, but I was surprised at their affordable rate. They also helped my son with his puppy that has serious seasonal allergies. The shot she was given almost instantly stop her severe itching. Her fur has already grown back. Thank you ????

This place is the best. They are the most friendliest and really listen. They also don't charge an outrageous amount and tell you options that they have.

I like this place and will be moving all my animals here. They helped me with a foster kitten I was concerned with.

Very helpful and caring staff. Dr Davis was fantastic at taking time and showed genuine concern.

We happened upon El Centro by chance because there was a chance our dogs were sick so some places wouldn't accept them and others were very expensive. We decided to take one of the ones with the best reviews and it was El Centro. I was not disappointed and my animals loved their visits there! They use treats to distract animals so they don't move much and don't even notice the needles and it works like a charm. The pictures are from each of their visits to the vet and boy did they get big! In fact the last time they were too big to both fit on the table so I chose two cute pics from around that time of their last visit! Every time we came in, the receptionists gasped and kept talking about how big their getting so fast! All of this was quite the enjoyable experience and I love this vet and would highly recommend it!!

Great place to go for pet emergencies they really work with you and make it very affordable. I had a cat that broke its jaw twice and we were only charged once. They run a really good shop over there and the doctors are amazing. They are also good for regular pet check ups. My recommendation if you’re new to the area to start bringing your animals here.

Absolutely love this place for my pets. They helped me get my pup thru parvo when I couldn't afford to admit her. Beyond caring and very helpful when explaining things to me. They also called me to check on my pups progress during recovery . They have spayed and neutered two of my other pets and gave them check ups. I'm always recommending them to others.

All our kitties go to El Centro for their vaccines, flea prevention, surgeries, emergency visits, and haircuts. The front desk staff and veterinarians are all wonderful.

My cat was sick and El Centro was kind enough to squeeze us in last minute. Dr. Black was soooooooo awesome for calling us every few days to make sure our cat was okay. Thank you for my now healthy kitten!!!!

I had called to see about getting my cat seen ASAP. When they learned of my cat’s symptoms I was told to bring him immediately. Upon arrival we were taken into a room immediately and Dr. Black came in to examine Scotty. He went over the problem and what the procedure entailed. He was professional, honest and sincere. Even when he had to let me know the chances were not favorable. Unfortunately my cat did not make it. Dr. Black was very comforting and understanding while I was grieving. My boyfriend had taken care of everything and spoke with Dr. Black about the cremation. The staff here and Dr. Black were very professional and very caring from the moment I walked in until the time to pick up Scotty’s ashes.

Even though I moved from Killeen to Pflugerville over 2 years ago, I still won't take my dogs anywhere but el Centro. Dr Davis has always taken stellar care of them, and everyone there is so incredibly patient with me and how neurotic I can be when it comes to my fur babies. Trust me, you will never regret trusting the people at El Centro

Dr Davis and everyone at El Centro have been so helpful to us. From my 1st cat in 2003 till my beautiful Black Lab now, I have learned as we went along. We put them to the test with weird strains of parasites to world-traveling felines. Always very professional without breaking the bank. Can't say enough how much we rely on all the people there!

They were able to squeeze us in for a next day appointment which was greatly appreciated. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The veterinarians were very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I will be taking my dog here in the future.

As always, Dr. Davis and the entire team cares very much. Very cheerful and helpful with professionalism.
