Don’t have your employees answer so rude.

I've always have taken our pet's to Freeman's fritts clinic,and they are always taken good care of our pets and affordable .They are not trying to get rich if you know what I mean keep up the good work guys!!

A black cat greeted me at the door with kindness and gratitude. The staff was very friendly and informative. As we left the black cat escorted us to our vehicle. Very warm environment.

We got our sweet kitten from FreemanFritts! We’re so in love with her! The staff here takes such good care of the animals and the facility is so nice. Every cat is peaceful and comfortable! Plus the communication between staff and adoptees is great and I was so impressed with how careful they are with who adopts the animals from them.

They help me with my dog who is a male got his you know off he's getting fatter now and doing better. Me 2 lol

I adopted my sweet girl, Scarlet a couple months ago! It has been an incredible experience and I love her to death. They did an amazing job with her because I had no issues with her whatsoever, she is so sweet and quiet and well behaved. The adoption process was easy and quick and they do a great job. My vet. Did not say boo to me... staff is very rude. We will be looking for another vet.

I adopted my best friend from Freeman Fritts and I will be forever grateful. He has made the perfect addition to my house and I can’t imagine my life with out him! The adoption price and cost of heart worm prevention was very reasonable.

Worst experience of my life

They are slow and take forever to take ur dog in and they make u wait outside in the very hot weather this vet is trash I do not recommend this vet

Very nice people and they are very reasonably priced. We had two kittens neutered and shots for $40.

The completely close down for emplotee lunch hours. Customer focused businesses schedule employees separate lunch hours so that they can continue to serve their customers throughout lunch time.

Staff was super friendly the property was very clean and spacious I wish I could adopt all of them

I haven't been to this place for 11 years. They were the rudest piles of garbage to ever run an adoption clinic. Well, nothing has changed. The stewardship of this place must be changed for the sake of the animals.

The staff are friendly and very great with my pets. Never a bad experience for me.

I had a wonderful experience here! They helped me to find the best dog in the world! The facility was very clean and nicely layed out. I had filled out an application and they got back with me immediately on it. Which i appreciate, since i had applied for several dogs that had not even called or emailed me back to tell me if i was approved or not. I definitely reccomend this place!!

Called and told us it was approved, went to get the 2 year old cat who has been there since it was a kitten. Went in to get her, had already gotten everything for her, go in only to find out they decided not to give her to us. Claimed they had called us back but never did. If you are going to call someone about a changed decision and they dont answer, maybe try calling a few more times or check the number you are calling. My boyfriend and I are very upset. The animals need good homes, but I dont think anyone there wants to adopt out the animals.

Staff is very caring. Nicely maintained.

Have had many pets cared for by this great group of people. Have used them for vet care and for boarding for over 15 years. Never had a problem. My Golden Retrievers looked forward to time there.

Went to the vet here to get my husky girls chipped and the ladies were amazing!

They do so much with so little. This is a high-kill shelter town, but Freeman works OVERTIME trying to save the animals from the KCAS, and private citizens..hearts bigger than their budget..wish I had more cash to help them. VERY effective, worthwhile cause
