Horrible experience. I’ve tried all day to make a grooming appointment, no one will answer the phone. The app doesn’t work and won’t allow me to schedule online either. Finally get a rude employee this evening who tells me he can’t make an appointment and the groomers are busy or done for the day to call back tomorrow. What a joke! Zero customer service. When I ask for the manager’s info, he says “you can call the store to reach him, I’m not giving you his office number”. This location is getting worse by the week! Goodbye Petco! We will take our 4 poodles somewhere that delivers customer service. Horrible way to talk to customers.

Petco had most of what we needed and items were mostly easy to locate. This location is currently being remodeled and the friendly staff helped us locate our items. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Will definitely go back.

We have been bringing our pups here since we got the them (2yrs) for grooming but in the past year their regular groomers left and so we have had new people grooming them. The past two times we brought them for grooming, one of our dogs has gotten a severely infected wound one to two days after being groomed requiring veterinarian care. We don’t believe their tools are being properly disinfected and feel that they have become more careless while grooming. We will no longer be bringing them here for grooming

Originally went for the Vetco clinic and ended up shopping for dog costumes as well. Location is clean, lots of merchandise and plenty of friendly employees.

Although they don't have every item in the brands I like the most, I find all of the necessities we need for our pets and always get friendly service at this location.

Ordered online for curbside showed up 1 min till closed they actually waited until I got there and picked up thanks for great service

I've been to this location on numerous occasions. Usually the customer service is far better but this time the line was stagnant and did not move so they opened a second register yet the girl who opened it did not ask for me the next person in line, she took a couple of other people who were literally standing behind me. What kind of incompetence, rudeness, and unprofessionalism does it take to not take the next person in line who is clearly right there waiting?

The store was clean and neat with a wide variety of most items. However I felt it could have been labeled a little better on which sections were where.
