My precious little girl loves the staff and vets here, even when she has to have tests done.

This is a hard one. Tour and promises were great. Bought extra playtime so they wouldn’t be lonely. Never had to board babies so this was a first. I never got promised email during stay. After picking them up after a 5 day stay, one of our dogs is sick. All his normal habits have changed, he isn’t interested in treats, toys or walks. Took him to vet & he is now on meds for cough & allergies. I can’t help but feel something happened to him.

I have only used them for grooming and have been 100% satisfied. I use Mrs. Angie to groom my toy poodle. She does an amazing job and can ace the bear cut. Angie is super gentle with my dog that apparently my dog falls asleep being groomed. Staff is also amazing and friendly. They always call you the day before your appointment to confirm, which is great because I never remembered the appointment date since I set up a grooming every 6 weeks. You get a discount if you set up scheduled grooming. It's not much but that is still awesome to get any discount. Been using them for a couple years now if not longer. Took me years to find a good groomer too.

Everyone is very nice and my little guy Milo seems to always be tuckered after his day there. And runs to the door when we get in so he can see his friends! Affordable pricing for a full day of social enteraction. Convenient location and it is well kept.

The Staff Receptionist Joy was very understanding of our needs and formalizing our appointment. Technician's Tara, Gabby of listening, explanation of growth of "Our" orphaned Kitten and Cat! Dr. Given was very Informative on " Our" questions regarding raising "Our" new addition to "Our" family. Kudos, Bayside Bed & biscuit!

Drop your dog off... It will be well taken care of... Pick your dog up. The ability to be able to do that, worry free, is something. Very friendly staff.

We sent our 7 month old Dobermann to see Ms. Amy... What a change in two weeks!!!!! Amy was absolutely over the top with communication and the insights to the training. Totally made sure we were comfortable with the approach as well as the commands. Highly recommend the entire team here to take care of your fur babies!!!!!!

We took our Great Dane for training - he loved it and made so much progress. Caitlin rocks!!

This place tops it all, most wonderful work environment and gorgeous facility. Everyone that works here really cares about what is best for your pet! Their doggie daycare is out of this world. 10/10

Every time I go there with my dog 7 month old dog Ponce absolutely loves it there that’s how I know this is an awesome place. Their attitude and patience towards animals are genuine.

Prices are extremely high compared to.our rural pet doctors.

Staff is always happy to answer all of your questions and they really care about your pet!

Place is awful. After a week the trainer Amy could not control my animal. She was jumping all over, and of course it was all our fault. Then they dumped her before training was complete. They seem to be intimidated by the larger dogs. They use prong collars to control the animals. My pup is better behaved at home then there. They also use treats that gave her diarehha, I had to bring treats from home.

This place is amazing! The staff is loving and caring. Our dog wags her tail with excitement every time we come there (which is often). The Spa team does outstanding work and we've always been impressed with their services! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Clear Lake area. They are dedicated to your pets well being.
