Parkside Animal Hospital Keller, Texas

The entire staff at Parkside Animal Hospital is kind, caring, pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Prill and her staff were incredible with my beloved Golden, Bella, a few months ago as we had to let her go. They were so comforting and kind to us and to her. Dr. Prill calls personally to discuss our case, realistic goals, and reasonable recommendations. She also diagnosed and treated my senior cat with Hyperthyroidism and returned her to a stable, healthy, happy, kitty. My husband and I both would highly recommend this practice.

Love this place. So glad I found them. We are new here and need a good Vet Clinic. From the all the receptionists, especially, Chris, are awesome. The Vet techs and Dr. Chen are great! They explained thoroughly what my pooch needed. My pooches ears are already better. Thank you, Jacqueline & Yoshi

Have been using Parkside for 21 years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Love using them. Have two medium size dogs- previous 15 yr old golden retriever had to be out down and they got her paw print and sent us a card after she went to Heaven! So nice of them!

This was our first visit to Parkside and the staff members are all exceptional! Rosanna was the tech who worked with Buddy and she was so gentle and encouraging and her response calmed him so the appointment went smoothly. Happy dog, happy dog mama!

They are good at getting your pet in quickly. The groomers are excellent!

Had Teddy in for grooming and he was very matted and Teddy is under socialized and everyone I talked to I warned them about Teddy's "anxiety/barking " and however many times I said how embarrassed I was on how matted we let him get - you all were so very kind, compassionate and so reassuring it was amazing service and I can't say enough about Julie his groomer, although he had to be shaved she still managed to make him look so cute. She is an amazing person and you can tell she loves animals and I can't say how greatful we are for her and her kindness to Teddy. Thank you ????

Our pug, Penny, had over 20 bladder stones and her cystonomy surgery to remove them went way longer and was much more involved than originally planned. Dr. Nichols and the staff at Parkside were attentive, patient, compassionate, and full of wisdom on how to treat her and give her the best outcome possible. She’s on the road to recovery because of them!

They're like family and treat our dogs like they are their own. It's pricey but what isn't these days! I trust the vets here and like them all. Dr. Prill really loves our cocker spaniel babies and she's always so kind. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient!

We have always had a great experience at Parkside, from the ease of setting appointments and friendly and helpful techs and front desk staff to the thorough and caring Doctors, I can honestly say I have not had one negative experience. I have never felt pressured to have extra/optional testing or purchase any products. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and sanitary. Highly recommend.

The Associates at Parkside Animal Hospital are always friendly, helpful, informative and efficient. They are very kind in the way they handle my dog Sammy. He had to get several vaccinations and his blood drawn in one visit. The staff were incredibly comforting, kind and good at keeping Sam calm during his visit.

I have been taking both my cats and my dog here for many years because they are so kind and gentle. They genuinely love cats unlike some places. They always follow-up after visits, are very courteous, and they take great care of my one cat who had an allergic reaction to a vaccine when he was a kitten. I just love all the veterinarians and vet techs, and the front office too!
