Dr Graham and staff are great. We had to take my GF’s 15 year old dog in today to be put to sleep. He had been in bad shape and it had only got worse. They were very caring, kind and professional in this challenging situation.

I am so sorry to have to say this because it seems so many have had a great experience here, but that has not been our experience. We brought our 3 month old frenchie in to get updated on shots and scheduled for neutering. The surgery was scheduled, but the day before the office called and said they had missed a shot at his last appointment. So we took him in for an additional appointment and had to reschedule the surgery. My husband called today to double-check the surgery date, and low and behold, they suddenly did not have that date scheduled in their books and wanted to delay the surgery AGAIN. We have our anniversary trip coming up and need to board our dog, which we cannot do until he is neutered, but this office informed us today that their next available appointment isn't until mid-November! The woman we spoke with on the phone was no help and offered no solutions, even though both times the scheduling mis-fires have been their fault. We are now scrambling to try to find an appointment with another vet in time for our trip and in the window that is appropriate for our dog's age. Very frustrated by the lack of concern or help with the situation this clinic created. They're very nice people, but scheduling and actual follow-up on important appointments has been a huge issue, and my husband and I have had to juggle our own work schedules each time this has happened. I do not recommend this veterinary practice.

This is an outstanding veterinary clinic. Dr. Graham and the whole staff are so friendly and the doctor is very informative. He takes his time with you and talks in language that you can understand. I found it a very caring place to take my dog and the prices are excellent as well.

Dr Graham is the absolute best! He doesn't beat around the bush..he is very informative! The best vet I've ever been to! He also doesn't charge as much as other vets. I love the entire office including his sweet wife and front office.

I'll start with the positive. The prices are half the price or even a third of the price of other vets within a 20 mile radius. So that is definitely a plus. Although, I don't think the doctor is very well versed in how to handle cats. When we brought our cat in a while back she was doing pretty good and was very calm in the office and in the exam room. When we brought her out of the kennel everything was fine and she was being very loving and nice to the assistant. And when the doctor came in it was still going smooth. Until he needed to take her temperature, then the assistant proceeded to put on massive gloves and roughly pin her down, giving her lots of anxiety and causing her to get defensive. It was really hard to watch as she roughly constricted her like that. My cat was perfectly fine before but because of the way they treated her it made her very scared. We were in shock. We didn't return to them again for a while. And when our other cat needed medical attention, we took him elsewhere and they were so much better. No need for clunky gloves or to give him an anxiety attack. Times have changed since the 80's and maybe you need some continued education on how to treat cats. When our male cat was very sick we had no choice but to put him to sleep. Unfortunately, everywhere else was too expensive for us at the time. So we were forced to return to this clinic. Because of covid we were not allowed to be with him at the end. My fear is that they treated him the same way they treated our other cat, and in his final moments as well. It scares me to this day to think that in his last moments he was alone and afraid. I wouldn't recommend trusting this clinic with your cat.

The Dr and staff are friendly and knowledge and clearly love animals. My puppy loves going there!

Dr. Graham has been our family vet since 1980. He is honest and genuinely cares about the animals he sees.

I keep trying to find another vet that has more regular hours but I simply love this office. The best vet I have ever found in Texas! The doctor knows what he's doing, my dog loves him and the staff, and they are so kind every time I go in. I have never felt like the doctor is condescending. I have found him to be very intelligent and knowledgeable. I'm going to be lost without them when they retire.

The only place I will take my 4 pets!

Honest and affordable!!!! Very rare this day in age. All the other chain clinics in this area, and they know who they are, need to take business advice from this clinic. If you make your services more affordable, more people will be able to get care for their furry loved ones.

I’ve always had animals and right more I have quite the zoo! 4 dogs and 2 cats, Dr. Graham is by far the best veterinarian I’ve ever found. He never rushes through appointments. No matter how many questions, he won’t leave you and your pet until they’re all answered. He’s witty and he’s always good for a couple of good jokes! These days it’s hard to find Doctors like that!!!! Wouldn’t know what to do without him????

I made an appointment at Rufe Snow Animal Clinic after my dog hurt her leg. The receptionist is helpful and friendly. Dr. Graham examined her leg thoroughly and provided a detailed explanation of the results. Rufe Snow Animal Clinic isn’t one of those big chain vets that only see your pet as a number and charge outrageous fees. This vet office provides exceptional care to animals and offer services at very affordable prices.

My whole family and extended family goes here for our pets. 10 stars outa 5

Delightful and helpful vet & staff. Great with my cat, who doesn’t like strangers. Chose this vet because went to different one who wanted $400 for xray with sedation. I was quoted $80-120ish here, but in the end we talked through the options with the vet and he suggested we wait and give my cat more time to heal. We were given meds for her, and she is already better. Loved our experience here.
