Dr. Gweyn and her staff are extremely friendly and professional. I have been going here for years even and remain with them even though I moved to another town about 20 minutes away.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!, I arrived on time for my appointment and they kept me waiting for 15 minutes and they didn’t’ have the attention to indicate the waiting time, letting other patients who arrived later. it is a lack of respect for patients and for them to have people's time, without having the attention to ask if people can wait to be seen. I DON’T RECOMMEND IT!!

Great treatment for our dog of 14years , diagnosed problem right away !!!

Reception/office staff, particularly Lynda, went the extra mile helping me export a dog internationally. The location was inconvenient for me but worth the drive for the service I received.

I cannot say enough good things about All Creatures and Dr. Gwynn. I own pet rats and have had an extremely difficult time finding a knowledgeable exotic vet that doesn't charge an arm and leg just for an exam. My first experience was taking in one of my rats to get neutered. I was very nervous about it because I have heard many horror stories about it going wrong since rats are such small animals, but Dr. Gwynn did an amazing job and there were no complications at all. I have been there twice since, once for a wellness check on a new rat and once for respiratory infections and was very happy with the outcome of those visits as well. The staff is always great and friendly too. I highly recommend All Creatures if you are needing a vet for your pet rats.

Dr. Gwynn is the best! My Siamese cat is 21yrs old. We have been seeing Dr. Gwynn for about 4 years. She got all my pets on the right food my old cat doesn't have anymore urinary issues. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing people!! I brought them a baby squirrel who I didnt think was going to make it but they nursed her back to health and found her a home where she will be rehabilitated. I am so appreciative of them!

Dr. Gwen was amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable. I was worried after seeing the negative reviews, but they are the only place within a reasonable distance for exotic animals. The staff were friendly and informative. Dr. Gwen was very thorough and the price I was charged was exactly what I was told it would be. No surprises except how efficient and smooth everything went. Highly recommend. I am sorry for the people in the negative comments that lost a pet. Their reviews were understandably very upset but I don't think it was Dr. Gwen's fault after meeting her and staff in person. Prob nothing to be done for those animals sadly.

I'm so blessed to have found this place! Dr. Gwynn was very knowledgeable, sensitive and caring towards my and my pet's needs. I can tell she loves what she does. Friendly staff, affordable care. I would definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Gwynn is always great with my rats. She's done maybe 4 or 5 surgeries for me and they all have been great, haven't had any issues ever.

Dr. Gwynn is absolutely the best! You can tell by the way she handles the animals that she is well experienced and knowledgeable. I have a dog that can be very problematic, and Dr. Gwynn is able to handle him. I have taken my dog to quite a few Vets throughout the years, and Dr. Gwynn is by far the best.

I wouldn't trust our pets to anyone else. She is hands down the best vet we've found. Honest, caring, and compassionate. Her prices are fair. She isn't in it to rake you over the coals when your bill is received. She is informative and pragmatic. Won't see anyone else!

I found an injured baby blue jay in my yard. When I could not find or return him to his parents, I called a wildlife rehabilitator who directed me to the Keller All Creatures Animal Hospital. The staff was very friendly and professional and quickly wisked the little bird into their facility. I was very happy to know that the young blue jay would be getting excellent care and would eventually find his way back into the wild.

I did not use their services but their staff was extremely helpful in directing me to a cottontail rehabilitator. 4 bunnies saved!

I originally called here to take my bunny there but unfortunately I read the other reviews and in my opinion any place that would seperate a rabbit from it's owner if they don't pay actually can kill the bunnie from depression and it's in a place it doesn't know,scared. Obviously they do it just for the money and could care less about animals

The entire staff and doctor are fantastic. We bring all our pets including our exotic pets here and have never been disappointed.

They are very helpful and personable. I had quite a complicated request of them to get a health certificate and an airline clearance certificate to ship my son's dog from LAX to Hawaii on military orders. My, oh my, Hawaii Department of Agriculture and Quarantine does not make it easy out hassle free to ship a dog to Hawaii. But, the Dr and her staff went above and beyond to make sure all details were included and inline for import. They were a Godsend for all their help! I would not hesitate to treat any of my animals at this clinic. Thank you especially to Lynda!
