Doctors are great, vet techs are great, desk staff is great, always friendly and helpful.

Great group of people here! They’ve been great every time I’ve come with my corgi who just turned two. From vaccinations, to exams, to fussy nail trimmings, they’ve been able to help with any need or question I had regarding my dog.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love Dr."James". He has always been straight up, but compassionate. All of my dogs loved him. Did they like being there? Probably not, but they loved him. When my precious Harley couldn't walk anymore, we tried the new laser treatments and low and behold it worked after several treatments and he walked in and greeted Dr. James. He walked for the remainder of his life (about 8-9yrs.) Until he passed away in my arms at 16. I don't live in Keller any longer but I wish I did so he could see my 2 new kids and see them through their lives. I miss you Dr. James. Meet Jake and Sophie

This place is amazing. When we moved here I had multiple neighbors recommend this clinic and after doing my own research I was so happy to get in. The reviews don’t lie! Dr Bell Sanchez and her technicians have been wonderful with our two crazy rescues. She is thorough and very responsive to any questions big or small. I read through the other reviews and I can’t agree more that if you want quick and knowledgeable service speak with Heather, she has been wonderful following up with me and getting questions answered. The other women at the front desk seem wonderful too. Really everyone on the staff seems very kind. Our previous experiences with vet clinics were never as pleasant and the pricing is very reasonable. They are pretty busy but so worth the wait.

I have always struggled to find a vet I felt comfortable with and that have shown compassion, patience and love for my pets. My kitten is a firecracker and definitely a handful to work with. I was so anxious to bring her in for a shot but Dr. Kelsey Dechant was AMAZING! I felt so comfortable and trusting in her. She was so patient and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns/questions about both my cats. She was up front about everything and took all my worries away. I also was blown away when she was the one to call me with blood work results. I have never had a vet be the one to call me with results. I am so grateful for North Texas and their amazing staff!!!

I really like this place! They're very good with the animals and the owners, too. They don't try to oversell or up-sell you, and I feel like they're very honest and well-priced. They truly do care about your animal and their well-being. Elizabeth at the front is very kind and helpful, too!

Great care given to all 3 of my dogs. Dr. Gray spends time listening to concerns and questions and provides exceptional care to my senior dogs. Have recommended them to others as well! Support staff is also very good at relating messages and providing assistance with documentation and quick responses.

From age 4 months to seven years my dog has always gone to the same vets office but we relocated 45 minutes away so I was on the hunt for a new vets office. This office was recommended to me by my brother and I’m so very happy that we went. The ladies over the phone are so helpful and work with you. I had set up an appointment and had to reschedule due to work. They were completely understanding and got it set up for a convenient time for me. Everybody was positively amazing the day that I went in. I had a family member go with me as I had to go to work right after bringing my dog in and they completely understood. My mom was there with me and they asked me all of the relevant questions and let me ask mine too. Addressed any concerns that I had, and then I was able to takeoff so I could get to work on time. I was able to leave a credit card on file so that way I could make payment even though I wasn’t there at the time. I love that when I mentioned my dog’s distaste for most flea/heart worm medicine that they had a good recommendation AND ANSWER! It wasn’t just push this medication, that’s what I sell. It’s this is why it’s better. This is why your dog will like it more, and you know what. They were 100% correct, she loved it. Although, if I was very persistent in wanting to get the same drug, while they didn’t sell it in the office they did tell me I could purchase it from their website/online pharmacy. My dog LOVED the staff. They were all doting in her and gave her the royal treatment. She’s not fond of the patient rooms, but that’s just how she is. When a new ‘friend’ comes to visit her though she really got excited. It looked like everyone was happy to be there with bright smiling faces. Not just another job but they genuinely were happy. I loved it and I think it shines with how they care for their patients!

I tell all my neighbors about this place. My cats and dog have been going here for about 3 years now and we absolutely love it. The new building is absolutely stunning and is so much bigger than the last place. The doctors and nurses are so sweet. We mainly see Dr. Gray and sh is AMAZING but have never had a bad experience with any of the docs. We love that we can get our dogs nails trimmed and glands expressed without having to pay for a full visit and they are so fast. I feel like at most places the front desk doesn’t get enough credit but the ladies at the front here are exceptional. I absolutely love Heather. She has been there ever since we started coming and I feel like she is always the one who I end up speaking with and she is just the sweetest and always explains things so well so if you have any questions definitely ask for her. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I can’t say enough about this amazing Vet clinic ! It’s been my favorite place for my pet for several years. The entire staff from the awesome front end staff to each Dr. Is absolutely top notch ! They are kind , patient and incredibly knowledgeable! But, the icing on the cake for me is what we experienced a week ago. My daughters dog who was staying with us had some type of eye injury . I called in a panic & they didn’t hesitate to fit her into their busy day , and treat her with the same amazing care we are used to with my lab . Highly recommend this clinic for all your family let care !

Dr. Kelsey helped us with our little Lucci two years ago when he was having back pain we were in the process of moving and she even offered to contact our new vet to update him/her on Lucci’s situation. We have also seen Dr. James and he’s been so great. Thank you everyone for what you’ve done for Pooky and Lucci.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. First, the new office is beautiful and very clean. The staff is fantastic, always extremely friendly, professional, and empathetic. The best part of this practice though is Dr Grey. She is wonderful, thorough, caring, and overall is a great doctor. Finally, I trust them - they are upfront with their pricing and I feel fairly priced as well; they will never try to sell you something you (or your pet) don't need. I highly recommend this place.

Just moved to the area and only had our first visit, but it went perfectly. Everyone there at the front desks and the vets themselves were very friendly to us and to our dog, Orwell. Orwell can be quite nervous in new places but they made him feel very relaxed and happy. Great first impression, and we are glad we chose this place over the other options we looked at!

Dr. James is absolutely ???? amazing! I have my 2 babies, shih tzu's, and I have never found a better veterinarian than him.

Staff is very accommodating and willing to work with my rambunctious pups. I appreciate how they clearly explain my opinions and are patient with me as I figure out appropriate payment options.

I got my new pup in October and North Texas Vet was recommended by a friend. From the very first visit to now the customer service has been way beyond expected. They do follow-up calls after EVERY VISIT, even for vaccinations. I recently got Bailey (my dog) spayed and the surgery went great. They answered all of my questions and were helpfully informative about the process. The incision was so precise and clean that even my very wildly active and mischievous pup did not once act like her stitches bothered her. If you're looking for a great vet, then your search ends here. You won't regret it!

Dr James was fantastic. He saved me money, but mainly , he gained my trust with my very loved dogs. I feel lucky to have found him.

The only vet I trust with my dogs!! They saved my dog's life last year when she got sick with a bacterial infection. They are honest and genuine and never try to oversell on things you don't need.

I have been coming here for a few years with my two dogs and absolutely love this place. Every doctor I have seen has been super friendly and straight forward. Pricing is fair and they even give estimates so you know what to expect. What really makes this place so much better than my last vet is the customer service. My last clinic’s staff was cold and I could never get my questions answered. The front desk ladies are so sweet and if you ever have an issue speak with the manager Heather. She has helped me out on a few occasions and is always so kind and helpful. The technicians are always loving on my babies and as a fur mom it just makes me so happy and I know my babies love it. Rachel and Christina have helped us at different visits and they are so nice and clearly know what they are doing. I tell all my friends to take their fur babies here!

I have been taking our fur babies to NTVC for many years. They have handled biopsies to teeth removal for us and their compassion is unparalleled. We love them.

Moved here a little over a year ago and was worried we wouldn't find a place like we had, this vet is actually better.

We have brought our family pets to this vet for over 10 years. The staff has always been so kind and professional. I appreciate that in these uncertain times I can drop off my fur baby for his vet needs without having to be exposed to potential COVID-19 vectors.

My animals have been seeing Dr. James for years. I have 7 rescues, and Dr. James has always provided them with the outstanding care. He has an amazing staff who are always there to help and love the animals. I would definitely highly recommend North Texas Veterinary Clinic.

Excellent customer service and patient care! As a new client I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was able to get scheduled in comparison to other places I called. I called and spoke with Heather at the front desk on multiple occasions to schedule and ask questions. She was so patient and sweet and answered all my questions and more. I was so happy I could go inside with my baby (wearing a mask of course) and meet the doctor face to face. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We have definitely found our new vet and I will be bringing all my fur babies here from now on.

I came here because they were the only Veterinary clinic that would allow me to come in with my fur baby. Dr. Sheifley was SO fantastic. As soon as he came in with his amazing Vet Tech and he called my baby Pumpkin I was done. So professional, knowledgeable and fantastic. They have a new client for life. Also, prices are great.
