Dr Kaitlynn Metzler is amazing and very knowledgeable... Karen the office manager is wonderful and incredibly kind! You cannot beat the prices here! Wish they could answer their emergency phone faster, but this is a great place to take your pets...I have recommended this very clinic to all my friends and many of them now drive well out of their way to go take their animals to Heritage

They are very friendly, explains the treatment plan, answers any questions that I might have. Prices are very reasonable. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I would not stay in the Cattle business if this family of wonderful vets were not here supporting me. They are always there when I need them - but they are also there for ALL their clients. So they work with me to understand what I can do for immediate first aid and then work me in quickly to see a vet or do a farm call. I also take my 3 dogs and 3 cats to them. I have learned to be a better cattle manager and a better pet owner by listening to what they recommend and asking questions if I don't understand.

This place is incredible and by far the most affordable in wise county. I believe Dr. Kaitlyn Metzler took care of me and my dog Franco. They've saved a few of my goats recently as well and even given free advice over the text hotline. I take all of my animals here, including my small farm animals when necessary. The rest of the staff was great too, I don't remember names but they were kind, friendly, and upbeat. I walked out with medicine and an x-ray for under $100 which is unheard of. Many places in the area would charge 4x that. Highly recommend this place. They take the time to really figure out how to help your animal, as a business owner myself I know great people and service when I see it. I hope they continue to grow and flourish. Wouldn't go anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been taking our dog here for a couple of years and recently got a couple of kittens that were just spayed. They are the best bet we have used, truly care for the animals, always answer all of our questions and on top of all that they have great and fair prices.

I just can't say enough good things about this clinic. Everyone is so professional and courteous. I called with a concern about our new pup and they got me in and taken care of. I definitely will stay with this clinic. Their prices are reasonable and they are caring and compassionate to your pet.
