Dogs Rule Resort Keller, Texas

We’ve been using Dogs Rule on and off for several years now. It is the only place I feel comfortable boarding my dogs, I love checking up on them via webcam! Everyone who works here is so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Thanks for always taking great care of Harley and Yoshi!

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. We always take our two Rottweilers to dogs rule, they have a great time and come home exhausted. The staff is amazing and take great care. We recently went on a two week vacation and one of our dogs was vomiting and not eating while we were overseas without service. The manager Amber took her to the vet at 10pm after not being able to contact us. She spent the better part of her night with Korra our 130lb rottie. Korra was diagnosed with pancreatitis and given medication. Dogs rule monitored Korra and provided her with the proper medication. By the time we got cell service 3 days later Korra was doing much better, dogs rule had it under control. Once again I would like to thank all the staff that work here they are great people.

The staff always made me feel comfortable leaving my dog there for a couple of hours while I ran some errands. My dog got so much exercise with the other pets, that she would sleep on the 15 minute drive home! I love this place!

The best place in the area for your pup. Lots of well supervised play time. I spent time behind the scenes and was impressed. The staff knows the names and personalities of every dog and keeps it very clean. Bravo!

Great place to kennel your precious pups. They take exceptional care of each dog. We were able to watch our husky and lab daily interacting with other dogs and they washed both dogs at our request before we picked them up.

Great place for daycare or boarding your dog. You can check your dog while you are at work or away via six monitors covering outside and inside of the complex. Our two dogs did well not gaining or losing weight and came home bathed after a six-day-long board. Seeing them play and rest from a distance was comforting.

We dropped off our perfectly healthy and happy, fully vaccinated puppy for boarding. After his 4 day, 3 night stay, we brought him home to see him become sick. Snot, sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. We also paid for a bath for the day before we picked him up and he smelled WORSE than when we.dropped him off. Not only did they refuse to reimburse the money for the bath, they take zero accountability for any dogs that get sick in their care. Do not take your dogs here.

They take very good care of our dog whenever we can't take her with us.

Dropped my dog Sitka off for a "playday" and I never felt more comfortable leaving my dog anywhere then I did today. From the time we walked into the door till the time this fur mom left, we were treated with absolute above par customer service. The sign up was quick and easy and the cost is excellent and competitive for the area and what you get. I was able to get all my errands done while checking in on my dog throughout the day. Finally after 4 hours I seen my dog putter out and take that well needed relaxing lay in the sun. Having been able to run her at the dog park to all of the sudden going back to work this is a great way to break up your dogs need for exercise. With being able to give her "playdays" 2xs a week and then take her to the dog park she will be tired and less restless while I have to work. Thank you for treating my dog and I with great care and Sitka says woof woof! Hugs!

We brought our dog Brook here to stay for 8 days while we were out of town. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog. We were able to watch her on the web cams and I was happy with the way the employees were playing with the dogs. This is a great place to leave your dog!

Absolutely loved our experience at Dogs Rule Resort. We had a bad experience 3 years ago at Jerry's Paw Spa that left my big boy afraid of people, especially men. As you can see in the first picture, my dog immediately fell in love with the Kennel Tech. This was a HUGE breakthrough for my boy and I am so very happy that this happened ❤ My other dog is the black one standing with my boy in the second picture. They had a BLAST! My black baby has energy for days and uses it on bad behaviors at home. I'm happy to say that she was calm for 2 days after the visit! That's a new record!!! I love the video cameras, I watched them literally all day. Thank you so much for taking care of my babies ❤ I will be back soon!

These guys were slightly pricey, but took excellent care of my dog and didn't have any extra or unexpected fees. I'll go here again if I need someone to keep our pup.

We left our sweet Zen overnight for the very first time and we could not be more happy with our experience. The staff was AMAZING and did a great job answering all of our questions and concerns and putting our mind at ease! We called 3 hours after we dropped him off and theu were more than happy to let us know how he had been doing. We were able to see him through the Webcam the entire time! Thank you for showing our sweet fur baby so much love and for taking such good care of him! We will definitely be back and I would hands down reccomend this place to anyone!

Our 3 Dogs love this place. They get so excited to come for daycare and are worn out for days afterwards. I haven’t used them for boarding but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Great staff.

Just a great place for my dog to stay when I can't be home for awhile. Sometimes I take my dog for socializing with other dogs. She loves going to Dog's Rule!

So grateful for Dogs Rule Resort! My dog is super timid but she's making great strides going here. The staff is always so nice and understanding and is always patient with me when I have my worried dog mom moments! I cant recommend them enough. I also board here whenever we go out of town. Love the fact they have the dog cams so I can check in on her too!

Used them over the holiday, told them multiple times nothing in the cage, apparently nothing doesn't include the rubber flooring. Also, told them multiple times he has separation anxiety. So instead of putting him outside, for time out he spent more time in his kennel. Web cam was great for me to watch how much time he was actually out of the suite. After being charged for the flooring, I won't be back. Also, when I picked him up to travel home I had to stop at the dog wash to give him a bath, he was covered in urine. I could hardly breathe in the van. And we were leaving to head back to Indiana. I visit several times a year, we will not return.

This place is so fun! It was Teddy’s first day he was so excited to go and he had so much fun! They are so nice and Teddy was happy when I picked him up. I love that you can call and check on your pup and also get a pawgress report which was so awesome to see how your puppy did! You MUST try this place! Your dog will love it! The staff is all very nice! I’ve already recommended them to several friends!

My dog loves going and coming home totally wore out. The staff greets her by name and takes good care of her. They take care with making sure she is only mixed with dogs her size.

This is a great place to take our little Bruno. They always call him by name like cheers. We take him to play and get warn out. They take good care of him and he always wants to go play.

What a great place to send your fur babies for daycare. My grand dogs goes there. I love to watch them play and interact with other dogs. The staff is excellent!!!
