Fluffy's Pet Resort Fort Worth, Texas

I was extremely grateful for the price point this facility has to offer, especially having 3 pets that needed to be boarded last minute. They seemed to be well taken care of and enjoyed their time. I was nervous leaving them as we have never boarded them before, but they came home tired and I was happy they seemed to enjoy playtime. I was slightly disappointed, I was expecting to receive daily report cards and pictures and only received one right after I dropped them off saying they were playing well and one right before I picked them up. This was likely just my misunderstanding and it was holiday weekend as well. My bigger concern was I spent time filling out my pets' profiles before dropping them off including their feeding routines and telling them in person as well. When I picked up my animals, I noticed that there was a full bowl of food in my cat's resort (and it was not his type of food either). My cat is meal fed twice a day and is on a special diet due to previous urinary problems. I was not asked if he could be free fed or be fed another type of food. I would just advise specifying your feeding preferences at drop off as this could be a very serious problem if the wrong animal is fed incorrectly (specifically if they are on a prescription diet and meal fed for a specific reason such as mine). I would also recommend labeling anything you take with you (I believe they tell you this on their site as well). They had to make a couple trips to retrieve my things I had left (food, leashes, and gentle leads) because they would bring me one thing and then I would have to let them know that I also brought in x,y, and z. Overall I was happy with the service especially for the price. They are definitely more budget friendly compared to a lot of other places in my area.

Wonderful people, love their animals and spend lots of time with them

Great prices and great service. My fiance and I were in a bind finding a place for our cats to stay while our house was finishing being built. I got daily reports and pictures and they were loved in my absence. Definitely recommend them for long stay boarding or for your vacation.

Love Fluffy’s pet resort! Employees are super nice and my dog loves it there. He’s stayed overnight twice already and goes to daycare several times a month.

Fluffys is a small business, with an older facility. I think they did an ok job with our dogs and the dogs seemed happy. We did enjoy getting the report card with pictures, and at intake they were very adamant about receiving all shot documentation which was a positive, And they are very reasonably priced. With that said, I was given a tour of the facility which is older and small. The indoor play area is smaller than our living room, and the outdoor is not much bigger. There is no room for active dogs to run. Along with several things I noted about the facility one of the main things was lighting it was dimly lit and that added to the bad feeling. All of that could have been looked past if it wasn't for the smell. I realize facilitys have to clean. But the chemical smell was awful and I couldn't tell if it was urine or chemical. Our dogs came home covered in the smell head to toe. If we had another choice we would not have left our dogs here, and they will not be returning. The staff is friendly and I think at one time this might have been a nice place, but the lack of upkeep and current cleaning practices have really downgraded this location. I think in a pinch this is a safe place for your pet, but not a great place for your pet. Also. I have read the list of services they offer and even if I had been interested I would have changed my mind on arrival. There is no obvious tech there for grooming or any other care. I think this is a family owned business and they are doing there best but..this business is in serious need of remodel and revamping.

I had an emergency and had to get our princess for day care. They were very friendly and can tell love dogs. When I picked her up she seemed relaxed and happy. I was concerned since it was the first te on day care..

My dog (Murphy) has NEVER been away from me for more than a few hours at a time and is normally very tentative about new people but he was very comfortable with both of the ladies in the lobby. Thank you for making me feel better about leaving him there????

Fluffy's has been great to us so far. I've been bringing my dog here on holidays for about 2 years and the staff are always sweet to us. Although its a smaller facility I like how they have an outdoor yard for the dogs. I've worked hard for years to house train my dogs so I'll only go to a kennel that has an outdoor yard if all possible. I recommend Fluffys and so far I plan to keep returning. Its also nice I get to earn points here towards future discounts!

Our little teacup poodle loves going to Fluffy’s! They make sure to separate the big dogs and the small dogs, the dogs get plenty of cuddles and playtime! Clean and well run!

My ex-girlfriend likes it, but she did complain about some aspects of the nail job to me. She did not mention it to the staff, which puzzled me. But, then she said it was hard to find someone who does things to her standard. So, I think she went back. Though, she didn't tell me one way or the other. I'm not a dog owner atm. I don't have a yard or the time to devote to a pet at this time in my life.

The care they provided for our pet was outstanding!

We are newer dog parents and have until recently had the privilege to have family available for dog sitting. Unfortunately that's no longer the case and we had to start looking for a good doggy boarding locale for our pups. This is the second doggy boarding place we've used, the second time we've ever boarded, and the first with Fluffys. I had an immediate family member pass during the COVID19 crisis with statewide closure and had to leave town on extremely short notice. Miss Iris was extremely understanding on and off the phone. I cant begin to explain how much I worried over our pups. We called 8 places near us in Crowley and were unable to find anything open during the pandemic. I cant begin to explain how much I (and my entire family) appreciate the attention that you guys provided to my pups. The daily report card soothed my anxious heart and my pups happy faces upon pick up mean the world to me. Even though its a bit of a drive from where we live, my pups will be back. Thank you!

They taste good care of my dog and clean bedding everyday

They made my baby sick the first and last time he visited here. So much so, that we spent tons of money in Vet bills to get him well. Also, they bribed us on other review platforms to take our review down or to change our review completely. As much as I want to give them another chance, I dislike how they didn't clean his upgraded room area until I asked-even then it seems like a problem; I disliked the loud music-which frazzled our baby as he loves soft gentle music or Christian music; and I didn't like the horrendous bleach smell and smell of strong cleaning products in other areas; and I didn't like the dog poop laying around the outdoor play area.

Easy drop off, great prices

Just picked my dogs up and they “claimed they could give my dogs a bath, and trim there nails” a car full of blood due to them not being able to properly cut dogs nails one of our dogs came home with a bad ear infection the other came back with an eye infection. They couldn’t even give the toys to the dogs like we asked. I guess that’s too much to ask for out of a poor quality business. Didn’t know you could run such a poor quality business and it still be operational. Never using this ratchet place again.

Thanks for squeezing us in on short notice! Our first time here and so far it looks like the dogs were having fun in the daycare. Location is very convenient for our road trip to South Texas- right off I-35.

I've had nothing but good experiences here! They are always very sweet to my doggo and laid back and easy to work with. Also excellent pricing for dogfy daycare. I recommend it!

My little Terrier mix is a 10lb barker and if they can put up with Rico . They will continue have my business. I like the report cards, it keeps me up dated

I love this place, and so does my baby. I have been taking her here for 2 years. the facilities are nice and so is the staff. Staff sends a daily update on how your pet is doing. i would definitely recommend

I took my Siberian husky here on Jan for around 4 to 5 days and i didn't have to worry at all... every single day i was informed on how she was doing, i got 3 to 4 pictures of her in the am and same in the pm with behavioral notes etc.. they maid my trip more comfortable

This was my first time using Fluffy’s and also my first time ever leaving my dogs anywhere. I did some research and in the end I chose Fluffy’s. One thing is for sure they were absolutely amazing!!! My fur babies & I were beyond pleased & the pictures & videos made me even more comfortable & able to relax!!! If you need a trustworthy place that will care for & love your pets just as much as you do, then you need to choose Fluffy’s!!! You can’t go wrong with the choice nor will you regret it!!! We found a FUREVER vacation place, play place, & groomer all in one♥️????
