Very frustrated!! I made an appt for my elderly dog to have her nails trimmed & they didn’t put it in the system! Putting my dog in the car is a big ordeal for her, so we went through all of the anxiety to get her there in the rain to find out they didn’t book the appt I called for!! Will never go there again!!

Love the convenience of buying online and picking up curbside or in-store. I love the added discounts you get online but wish that it was the same for if you were buying at the store. Wish they didn't give you such a hard time when you are checking out at the register and ask for the online price versus the in-store price. It usually is quite a large discount and you have to watch as they ring each item up to make sure that you are getting the correct price because the cashier almost always has to change it while you show them the price online on your app. ????

Nails trimmed for $18 Not bad. The store is very convenient close to home and people can get buy dog food, toys and anything you need for them. Vaccination and other services can get pricey they have different expensive monthly plans

Sales associate very helpful helpings with my sick kitten. I can't remember her but she's very helpful..

Payed around $75 to have my dog groomed. It's hair cut looked cut but she was supposed to get bathed and that never happened. They just sprayed some sweet smelling stuff on my dog. My dog had a tangle near the base of her tail when I took her in and it was still there when we got home. Not a good job at all.

Mary is a cashier at this location, and she's the absolute sweetest, most caring and helpful employee! They always have what I need when I go in, and Mary always asks about my kids. I like this location especially because of Mary and the awesome manager.

I found a stray kitten in my yard and took it to this location and I was greatly pleased with their service. I am not an animal person so I needed a-lot of help to properly care for the young kitten. They staff members were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I wanted to let the manger know that the lady working the check out this am (Oct. 26th) was so nice! She greeted me and my dog when we walked in and continued her welcoming and wonderful attitude until we left! Please let her know she is a valued employee, (if u don’t already!) it’s people like her that make me continue to come back to your store!

I had a great experience at this location when shopping for a large fish aquarium and all the supplies that go along with this type of purchase to also include the stand for this large aquarium. I came into contact with several employees to include the manger at this location. With that, I asked plenty of questions to the employees in regard to my purchase. If a given employee didn’t know the answer to my question they didn’t just wing it! They turned to another employee to obtain the correct info to my questions. Way too often employees at so many businesses just “wing it”. They could care less what info they provide to the customer. Many employees chalk it up to the customer not knowing better and betting on the customer not challenging their response to a given question. That wasn’t the case at this location! The store manger was more than willing to answer questions as well as to help load my large order. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff to help you with your purchase, this is the location you need to go to!! I normally don’t take the time to do reviews unless it’s a bad review! Let’s face it, most don’t want to recognize good service or excellence in work performance. Most will only take the time to pass on the negative info to others. With the way the world is now, I think it’s very important to pay it forward to employees that actually give a flip to help a customer. It’s so much easier for an employee to blow off a customer and not care or even want to answer a customer’s questions accurately. The employees at this location took the time to help me make my purchase at this location and actually cared about making sure they provided me with accurate info! Spending over $1k for a aquarium and stand as well as the start up items needed to build the aquarium is a decent amount of money to spend. Regardless of the amount of your purchase, I do believe this location is the best choice to make. Not a single person at this location wasn’t more than ready to help me with my purchase. That’s not a small thing to accomplish in ANY business! Anyhow, give this location a try. I’d actually be surprised if your needs aren’t met!!

I'm got a schnauzer here he loves to bark and he loves to eat but his hair just gets so madded up so quick it has to be cut short so I set an appointment which was easy to do and I did it online when I took my dog up there the girls were very courteous they listened to what I had to say and even answered my questions Thank you The prices are reasonable and the work is good

Love this place and the Vet at the Banfield Clinic there today is amazing and wonderful. She came outside to talk to me about my dogs check up and also treatment plan and was excellent in explaning her treatment plan in detail. Thank you petsmart for supplying all of my pet's needs but also in having such a wonderful staff and Vet at Banfield. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!!

The grooming salon is great

We went for fish and supplies for a hand me down aquarium and didn't have to go anywhere else! The young man that helped us was knowledgeable and made great suggestions! We are SO pleased with our fish and the variety he helped us choose.

The manager at this location is awesome. She is very nice and knows her stuff!
