Called on NYE with an emergency for my cat only to be told by whomever answered the phone (who was extremely annoyed that we called them) that they weren't taking any other patients that night. But, that's ok we found anther 24 hrs emergency clinic that took great care of our cat and everyone that worked there was the nicest to us and our pet!!! FYI if your too busy to take clients that's fine but you don't have to be rude

My dog started showing signs of conjunctivitis in his eyes on a Saturday night, so I called Creekside around midnight on a Sunday and the employee who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She sent me the new patient form in a text message, so I filled it out, and then she told me which times would be best that Sunday (though they did not take appointments as it is walk in only). They also let me know that the fee for my dog to be seen would be around $60 (which is quite reasonable for not having an appointment!) I brought my dog early that Sunday morning and they had great curbside service. They took my dog in after less than 5 minutes of waiting in the car, and they said it might be an hour before he's ready to be picked up, but in reality it was only about half an hour. Dr. Fisher let me know he would need some eye ointment and they tested for scratches on his eye and they fortunately didn't see any. I was out in less than an hour and the bill was around $150 which was less than expected. The employee that brought my dog out gave me very detailed instructions for how to apply his eye ointment and I appreciate their attention to detail. My dog's eyes are already clearing up just a few days later and I'm grateful for the professional service for such a reasonable price! Here's a picture of my happy boy ????

Tried twice. First appointment we were told there were emergencies and our wait would likely be more than an hour. We were also quoted a price to biopsy of a lump on the cat, but that the price didn't include pathology. When I asked howuch the pathology would be, she shrugged and said she didn't know. Anyway, we left because we didn't want to wait over an hour even though we had a scheduled appointment. So we rescheduled, showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment, called 3 times. First and second calls, we were put on hold and then routed to voicemail. Third call finally spoke with someone, was told they would send someone right out. 20 minutes later, haven't seen anyone. So we left. Then we receive a call saying we were put on the walk in list even though we had appointments, blah blah, a bunch of excuses, not acceptable.

I took my dog there last night and the x-rays showed a broken leg. They knew I was trying to get him into a surgery center today and still they fed him! Not only is this negligence costing me more money, the surgery he could've had today had to be postponed because he had a full stomach. Thanks a lot for delaying my dogs recovery.

The staff is really nice. We unfortunately had to put our dog down out of the blue and are dealing with so much guilt and regret. Our biggest issue is that no options for treatment were given. After researching the 2 conditions that we were told he most likely had and speaking to other veterenians, we now know that there might have been a chance to save him. It would have taken some work and prayer but there were options and we weren't given any of them. Instead, euthanasia was the only one given and now we're heartbroken. The guilt of not trying is overwhelming our family. He was perfectly fine prior to this and now he's gone yet we're still not entirely sure what was wrong and if we could have done something to save him. We had taken him 2 times prior within the same week. He was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection the first time, got better, and the second time we got some medicine for his eye. The third visit a few days later for breathing problems is when we had to put him down. I'm not sure how his heart rate and lung issues weren't caught earlier.

Been using Creekside for 6 years. Just picked up our dog from boarding and her tail is rubbed raw. No notification of this, but we were looking for it as it happened the previous time we boarded her. That time she came home with kennel cough and a rubbed raw tail spending more time in a cone than the boarding time to address the tail issue. No apologies, no care for dog just some dogs have this happen. Both times we were charged for antibiotic cream and additional medicines for issues she got while being boarded and said a few days in a cone and all will be ok. I have boarded this dog 4-5 times a year for 6 years and had no issues with creekside until this year. Also the wait time for check ups or pet care on the vet side has went to multi hour waits since COVID started and this is if you have an appointment time. I called to talk to a manager after my wife brought the dog home this time and they said they were in meetings and would call me back shortly. Still have not gotten a call back (2.5 hours later) from them, they just do not care. We will be looking for another place for dog and cat care and boarding.

Grooming nightmare! When I dropped my dog off for her grooming appointment, the lady asked for the pets name and said “ok we will call you when she’s ready”. I asked them if they knew what I wanted done already, since no one asked me ANY questions. I then informed all 4 employees of exactly how I wanted the grooming and add all extras such as mail trimming and teeth cleaning. After I left I received a call from the groomer herself who needed to know how to cut the dogs hair…..I advised her I told all 4 employees at the desk and she then stated “they did not tell me anything”. The groomer then called back again after talking to the employees at the front desk and still did not have a clue on what was asked to be done. When I picked my dog up and looked at my receipt the only things listed were grooming and nails. The employee at the desk, who I instructed earlier on how to cut the dogs hair, stated “sometimes they don’t list everything they do”. After looking into it they did NOT clean her teeth like asked. Then they had the wrong address (way off) and listed my dogs weight at 69lbs when she weighs 30. This was extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. I’ll never return for grooming and I advise you not to as well.

We were really worried on deciding where we were gonna take our Rottweiler to put him down since he was extremely sick from cancer. When our cat ate his rimydal that night which was 10 times the dose he could handle, we rushed him in and they were so caring we decided on this place. That night we knew it was time and brought him in. The veterinarian was very compassionate and kind. It made it so much easier for us and we are more than grateful we found this place. Our dog left in a peaceful, comfortable environment.

This is the second time I’ve brought my Cody here. First time he was having an allergy attack and this time he had hurt his paw. I didn’t have a lot of money and I was calling around trying to find somewhere to get him seen. Creekside stepped up and help me get care within my budget. He had broken a nail pretty severely. Dr.Miller explained everything, the tech, Ryan, came out with Cody and explained again what was done and how to administer the med. Gabby dealt with me calling in quite a few times slightly panicked trying to figure out what I could do for my baby. They even dealt with my stupid jokes as a way to keep from panicking. All in all this is a great vet clinic they really care about the furry ones. I am extremely happy with the level of care my baby got.

My dog is elderly and has spinal issues that require constant meds. They never can get me in. I always have to be worked in. They do not allow you to come in the building with your pet. When you arrive, you have to call them from the parking lot. They told me to come in yesterday to be worked in. I called from the parking lot as directed. They then kept me on hold for twenty minutes. They came back and kept asking if I could hold. I said no but was put on hold a third time. The second time I said no, someone needed to come get my dog because I’d been on hold for ten minutes and had my own post op appointment that I needed to get to. They put me on hold anyway. So, after sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes, I left and took my dog to my doctors appointment with me. The last time I came in, they said the pharmacy would be filling my script, but it took them nearly two weeks and my dog suffered for a week without her meds. The times before that, they refused to fill both scripts, even though I had paid $900 for extensive x rays because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her. Some @#$&&* decided that my dog didn’t need the narcotic like drug and would only give me the the anti inflammatory drug despite the vet having prescribed two drugs, even though they were not a veterinarian and I guess made that decision because they thought they were on an episode of Narco. They are always understaffed. I have no idea why they have good reviews.

They won’t let you come in without a mask, yet all of their staff approach your car without one, this place is a Joke. They can’t take the pandemic serious, what makes you think they’ll take your animals condition seriously?

I came here this evening after being told it would be a $63 pet exam. I called and they said there was no wait. I show up and waited 45min to be seen. After they took my dog, I then proceeded to wait an additional 2 hours for them. 2 hours went by and still didn't hear anything while waiting in my car. I finally called them and they told me they'd be done in a few minutes. You see where this is going yet? Then 30 minutes later they finally call and tell me it going to be a couple hundred dollars. You're just stringing me along, telling me you're almost done when you're not. I don't mind taking care of something that might need to be done but would it hurt you to give me a call and ask me if I'm okay with you proceeding, instead of you just doing whatever you want. What if it costed a $1000 for you to do something, you're just going to assume that someone is okay with that? I just think this is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I NEVER write negative reviews because I don't want to smear businesses. This review is simply because you guys should be held accountable for this mismanagement of a situation. I literally came in for the most trivial small thing and it ended with me never wanting to come back and over paying for something. The only reason I even came here was because the 24hr service but I will being going elsewhere next time. I hope people that come here will tell them they need to ask for permission before proceeding with treatment.

I had to put my 14 year old Yorkie to sleep tonight. The staff was very sweet and sympathetic. I did have a small wait to be seen, but they let me know they were doing my best to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. This is never an easy experience, but the compassion shown helped me through the process.

We rushed our 9 year old terrier there from another animal hospital who could not care for him. They took our dog and gave him great care under the most unknown circumstances. No one knew why he was so sick. His liver panel was over 1700 and should be below 125 No one could even answer the simple question if he would live , but they were all so positive. The doctors called me multiple times a day and the staff was amazing. Truman is now home with us and happy and doing great. This will be our vet for life

Came in in the middle of the night, they were pretty busy so the wait was long. But they were so understanding and compassionate to my very anxious dog. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to help my dog. They called to update me throughout the wait, I was just thankful I could get him in for someone to see him so the wait didn’t bother me.

My dog died because of them they Mia diagnosed an enlarged heart in a Doberman they said they took every test but after we took him back after his second episode his chest was shaved this time they didn’t check his heart even though he was showing signs of it and every time I took him there he would come back home even worse

I highly recommend this place. I’ve had 2 very serious pet emergencies and they’ve worked me in both times with no sign of irritability or anything. They took such amazing care of my dogs and were so kind in helping me and answering all my questions. This place saves animals and they really do care about them.

Unfortunately we had to make a trip to the Creekside Pet Care Center early this morning due to our pug having an allergic reaction to her vaccines. When I say this was a happy accident, it was truly a happy accident. From the start to the finish this facility was so kind, professional, communicative and very informative about everything. Jemma was a little hesitant at first to go with Sterling, but it took a whole 1 minute for her to be comfortable to go with him to the back. The visit was MAYBE an hour and she was already looking herself when we were leaving. Plus the visit didn’t break the bank either. I HIGHLY recommend this facility if you have any emergencies with your fur babies. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our Jemma.

After 10 days of boarding, our 1.5 yr old boxer lost over 7lbs (16% of his body weight) and peed in our house several times the day we brought him home. The facility claims he ran out of food on day 7 because he was eating so well so they fed him their food. After being home for 2 days, his weight is already up by 2 lbs. After one of their vets examined our dog and confirmed the weight loss, they are finally taking responsibility. They also admitted that they failed to tell us that our dog had blood in his stool while he was there. No communication and they starved my dog.

Earlier this month, I picked my puppy (toy aussiedoodle) up on a Friday. The following day I ended up needing to get him emergency care. Dr. Fischer and the entire Creekside staff made the scary situation much more bearable. Dr. Fischer treated my puppy and I as if we were the only animal/pet parent in the hospital. She was kind and informative, and even kept me updated via phone. Every time I called to check on my puppy, the staff were efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition to Dr. Fischer, I would really like to thank the ICU nurses who took great care of our sweet Dash!

Extremely unprofessional veterinary clinic and practice managers. Ran $1000 worth of tests and completely missed the basic underlying issue - Kennel Cough. If they had only observed my dog while they had him for 3 hours, or ask basic questions like has he recently been boarded, they would have made the easy diagnosis. Instead, they went with what I (NOT a doctor) could possibly think its wrong with him. A week later once we had seen his regular doctor and gotten the correct diagnosis of Kennel cough (along with his pet sibling) I followed up with the clinic as to the tests performed and asked for some sort of compromise, I was told that I agreed to the tests so they stand by their diagnosis. No compromise, no acknowledgement that they missed the Kennel Cough. Nothing. Pet owners rely on emergency clinics in the middle of the night, and they should not be pressured into running all kinds of tests as they are not in the best state of mind while wondering if their pet has something seriously wrong. A properly trained doctor should have easily seen the kennel cough, it is a basic diagnosis. Avoid this clinic if you can. They will just scam you with a bunch of charges and send you home telling you the reason your dog can't breathe is because he's obese, and that is your fault as a dog owner. Completely unprofessional.

They created a special area where we could say goodbye to our 12 year old Golden when her body was shutting down on a holiday and our normal vet was closed. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our wishes and gave us all the time we wanted for our final minutes with our sweet girl. The vet, Dr. Duncan explained how the process would transpire and even shed a few tears along with us. Thank you Creekside, for making our loss just a little bit easier with your show of compassion and empathy.

Open 24/7. I couldn't get my kittens into my normal vet for weeks and I found creekside online and they had good reviews. I brought my two kittens in and the vet and staff are amazing. The prices are comparable to a standard vet even at night or on a weekend. And medications are reasonably priced. They do have a wait because they are a walk-in vet and it's first come first served but it was well worth the wait. It's 45 minutes from my house but my pets are worth the drive to see a great vet and care when they needed it the most. Would recommend to anyone.

Creekside Pet Care Center's lodging & suites is absolutely stellar. I searched near, far, and wide for a dog boarding facility that would give my dog, Leo, the safety, security, and attention he needs - I'm so glad I found Creekside Pet Care Center. More than that, the staff & facility gave me peace of mind on my 10 day trip away. Very attentive staff; they texted me daily with photo updates, answered & updated me when I'd call to check in at any hour of the day (overnight emergency vets were kind enough to check on him when i asked). Their suite webcams are a huge plus and give you access to check in on your doggies 24/7. Leo is on a special diet, I brought in food with instructions and the staff was very accommodating and attentive to that. Since Leo gets anxious around other dogs and cannot participate in doggie daycare, he got 1x1 solo play & attention with staff members; I watched them give him special attention multiple times a day! Shout out to Hannah & Sienna who made him feel super comfortable and loved! Everyone that works there that I encountered by phone or in person, from the lodging staff to the vets, provided exemplary customer service and made me feel assured in leaving Leo in their care. Thank you all for a great experience!
