When scheduling this appointment I was on a time crunch and needed a specific day & they accommodated me immediately. I loved that I was able to fill out a “screening” for Eleanor and was asked more questions than most groomers do (my dog is my child so it definitely meant a lot) when I arrived about 15 mins early I was able to wait and meet her groomer and she confirmed everything I put on the screening sheet. She gave me a time frame and it was on point to when they called me. When my husband picked her up and told me about the price I was blown away. It’s was a lot cheaper with better quality than any other place I’ve been to with any of my dogs. Not surprised they won Groomer of the year for 2021! We’re not regular customers to a groomer but we are now. Chloe was our groomer & she was so sweet and so great. Eleanor came out as the beauty queen she knows she is.???? (She received nail trim, teeth cleaning, cologne, bath and de shedding - AND she let them take a picture of her -mildly jealous- and they posted to their FB page????)

All of the ladies here are more than 5 stars! It is a wonderful establishment with caring individuals who do excellent work! All my fur babies love them and look forward to trips to the groomers. Cara is my go to for grooms and Chloe gives the best baths. Brandi is always excellent about scheduling and reminders! I couldn’t ask for a better salon with better people! Thank you ladies!!

These ladies are the BEST. My big dog gets all the TLC he needs and I refused to change groomers even after moving an hour away. I make the trip just to be sure he is with people I trust to treat him well.

Groomers are well educated and Sarah handles my long haired tempermental german shepherd with kibdness and speed..

Used the self bathe area today for the first time. Everything you need plus some is supplied for you. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Price was a great value. We will be back often to bathe our fur babies.

Cara was exceptional! Will use her from now on with Bullet! Bullet looks like a show dog you see on TV. Even my husband said that was the best grooming he has ever seen. Thank you so much, Cara!

Best Groomer in the world! My pup has been going to Anne's since he was 16 weeks, he's now 5 years only missed one appointment because of Covid. He loves going to see Ms Anne!!!!

Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

I was excited about scheduling a grooming appointment after reading reviews. However, when I called I couldn't even book an appointment because "they're backed up and need to hire 2 more groomers." I couldn't even get an appointment. Disappointed.

I have been a customer since Anne opened Pretty Pups. We used to love it until it became so busy we were constantly placed on the wait list, as far as being on page 7 of clients. We have never been able to get an appointment in 2 years. I've never been called from the waitlist and now I'm told my dog is considered a "new" client and will not be scheduled. They will gladly schedule for existing customers but if you're "new", forget it. Disappointed in the poor customer service.

We use the self service wash and always a great experience. They provide everything you need and clean up afterward. There are hooks everywhere to help manage rambunctious pups and the staff helped me corral my recently adopted large dog into the tub safely. They also do nail trims without an appointment. The girls are so nice to my dog to make sure he feels at ease during the nail trimming process. The owner even got on the floor to say hi to my dog so it is clear she loves what she does.

Sounds like they know about grooming, but told me they are not accepting new clients, so...I guess unless your dog already goes there ????????‍♀️

Great place but book early for weekends

Perhaps they need to advertise on their website that they are not accepting any new dogs for grooming before people waste their time looking at their website.

Anne’s Pretty Pups in my opinion is one of the premier dog grooming establishments in the metroplex. They treat every Dog as if it were there own. Our Schnauzer actually wagged her tail and goes to the groomer. Also the shop is always clean and if you would like to wash your dog your self they have stations with tubs. Give it a GO, I think you will like it.

I searched hard trying to find somewhere with self serve bathing that had tubs that would work for my Great Dane. This place was perfect. The tubs were tall, but not too tall and they have sturdy stairs that my dog would easily go on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Add on services were a great price as well! This was a great experience... much better than I imagined when I brought in my 120 pound dog who hates water. ❤️

We take our pug here to get his nails trimmed. You don't have to make an appointment (for nail trims) and they get your pup taken care of right away! And the staff is always courteous and professional. ???? p.s. I love the daily pics (on Facebook) of the "visitors" that day! Too precious! ❤
