Pawhootz Pet Resort Hurst, Texas

Appointment was cancelled last minute due my groomer on the day of set grooming. They have a small staff and had no one else available to groom my dog till another two week out after I already had to wait a month for my initial appointment. Wold not recommend

My dogs are very spoiled so when I take them to lots of places they get upset , but they love this place . They obviously play with them and spoil the dogs here because they are always happy to come back.

Bumi had such an amazing time at PawHootz! According to his report, he had so much fun and made some new friends! As soon as we got in the car, he fell fast asleep! This just proves that PawHootz provides a ton of fun with their learning activities and group play! I will definitely be bringing Bumi back for doggie day camp!

Best pet resort in the metroplex. I’ve been a customer twelve years ????Joey’s haircuts are perfect . He is always loved and well cared for when boarding. I wouldn’t even consider boarding or grooming him any where else in Tarrant County. I live almost thirty miles away from PawHootz! They are simply always the best! I’m always satisfied and beyond ????very happy customer!!!❤️

Animal America is my girls home away from home! ALL the staff, receptionist, attendants, councilors, trainer, and management are warm, friendly and kind. I am so happy I’ve found them. I do not have any worries about leaving Kelly in their care at all! ❤️ Them!

This place is the big joke. Don't ever work thier either. Had several I personally know who have worked here that was treated badly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WOREST ENEMY!!!

Took my dog here a couple years ago and she was forgotten outside and had a heatstroke which led to years of health complications and epilepsy. My parents took their current dog here this past weekend because their other boarding place was full. They picked up their dog today with a red lip and red irritated butthole. These people are completely incompetent and I DO NOT recommend leaving your pets with them even for a moment.

The staff are very helpful and informative and you can tell immediately upon entering the facility that they love animals!

I left my husky here for the weekend. They took great care of her and she was groomed and bathed. It was literally the best grooming job she’s ever had. She looked so beautiful. We will be back!

Looking for training for my 15 month old standard poodle at least at this point from what I can gather it looks like they will be a good fit very kind professional

The staff at PawHootz takes great care of my dog while she is getting groomed. The staff is friendly and attentive. All the dogs are happy when I pick my dog up. I have always had a great experience and my dog looks great after her groom.

Reddington had his first visit yesterday. I was very happy with all the people working there. Everyone was positive and made him feel welcome. I especially loved his report card I received with the details of his day and what he needs to feel better about his visits. We look forward to coming back soon!

Visited once so far and will likely continue to use their services. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Arizona did a great job grooming my Bella

This was our six month old golden retriever puppy Biscuit's first boarding experience. PawHootz offered a free day of "doggie daycare camp" and suggested she come the day before boarding to get acclimated. She loved this experience and I think the staff loved having her. Plus, she made a new best friend, a Vizsla also around six months old. The attention to detail and loving care given to Biscuit during her stay was outstanding and we will certainly use them in the future and will treat her to "doggie daycare" for ongoing socialization. PawHootz is the best!

Arizona is awesome!!!! When she moved to Pawhootz, we followed her! Our Oliver loves her and she does a great job keeping him handsome!!!!!!

My small dogs (pug mixes) are always well taken care of and are calm and happy when picked up. the staff are professional and very caring of my furbabies.

I took my rescue pup here to board for 4 nights. He has some anxiety so I was worried about how he might behave. When I picked him up, the staff reported he did great and was very sweet. They genuinely seemed to love him and he was very happy. I will be taking him back.

I went for my first ever visit at the facility.. Everyone was so nice and professional. I was given a tour and enjoyed it. I am looking forward to coming back to PawHootz and bringing my new fur baby to join and be a part of the experience..

I must say the horror stories I’ve heard about boarding your children. Omaha is my service dog and she means the world to me. The ladies there from the time I walked in was so kind and caring, and Omie sensed it. I would highly recommend pawhoots to anyone. They care about your baby or babies, and will take very good care of them. I was really worried in the beginning but not now. They are great! Donnie & Omaha

I am obsessed with this place. Every person in there is an angel with our pup. I trust them 100 percent and an excited to see how he grows with them.
