All of the doctors and staff are truly so kind and accommodating. We had to leave my dog overnight and they updated me as much as possible and even offered to make a pallet on the floor next to him if I wanted to stay with him. They were very honest and consulted with us about all of our options and the cost beforehand. You can tell they truly care about the animals and treat them as they would their own. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!

VEG was so amazing when my puppy got sick on New Years Eve. Even though it was a busy day, they checked in on me and gave me timing updates frequently. The entire staff was so attentive and helpful. I love that I got to stay with my baby throughout the visit. Chelsey and Dr. Garnier were both INCREDIBLE and I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of me and my dog.

VEG Katy has been wonderful in helping my dog with her emergency care. On our initial visit, we were treated quickly and everything was explained to me in detail and clearly regarding my dog’s condition. The staff answered all my questions and were very helpful. I’ve had to take my dog back in a few times for re-assessment as she heals from her injuries, and the staff has continued to be helpful, caring, and have addressed all my concerns. The facilities are also nice and clean. I am glad I took my dog to VEG - they have been great in such a stressful situation.

This clinic is outstanding! Friendly, efficient, knowledgable. You could tell everyone actually enjoyed their job and had a real sense of camaraderie. Chelsey B was our vet tech and she was patience and calm with my nervous dog. It was amazing to experience an open-concept ER clinic feel calm and inviting at the same time. They will definitely be my go-to for emergency vet needs now.

We had to take our dog Rigby in on Christmas day, and VEG was wonderful. About a week later, our dog clearly was not turning around and was dying. So the day after New Years, we went to VEG and they were attentive and sensitive. Thank you, to all the staff at the Grand Parkway VEG.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I called so many locations when I was in need of urgent care for a stray kitten I found and they were all either rude or had an extremely long wait. The receptionist or whoever answered my I initial call was so kind and listened to my situation. When I got there I was greeted immediately by friendly faces up front. I was taken back immediately to a care station and the tech (Emily) started gathering info from me/examining the kitten. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. Another tech Dakota helped out as well and she was wonderful- she even recommended a rescue I could talk to about finding the kitten a home. Then Dr. Panelli greeted herself and discussed what options we had. She was kind, patient and listened to me. I was in a predicament because I’m not able to keep this kitten but it really needed care so they helped work with me on what I could afford to pay vs. what needed to be done to help make the kitten comfortable until I could get in to see my regular vet the next day. They communicated everything well and allowed me to be very involved in the kittens care. It definitely feels like the staff has a team mentality. They seem to work together so well and they clearly care deeply about their patients. This really didn’t feel like your typical emergency vet, and I do believe it’s because of their staff. Everyone was 10/10 in terms of customer service, pet care, attitude, and just being a good freaking human. Angels. All of them. If I’m in the unfortunate situation of needed emergency pet care I will 100% come back here.

They’re fantastic!!! My dog is my baby and when they hurt, it’s hard! From the moment we walked in everybody was so welcoming. They’re open door 24 hour policy is a gift. When they brought us to a room, they brought us blankets a pad for the dog and a pillow. We were told we could stay as long as we wanted, even spend the night. I almost jumped off the couch! Knowing I could stay until I knew my girl was comfortable was perfect at the time. All of our million questions were answered, and I never felt rushed. They took such great care of our girl, if you’re in need, this is the place to go.

I’m a professional pet sitter and had a dog boarded at my house on Christmas. She was older and had serious health issues. She started to not feel well Christmas Eve and by Christmas morning she was in really bad shape. I took her here and they discovered tumors on her liver and that she was bleeding internally. Within 2 hours she went into cardiac arrest and passed away. As a courtesy to her owners (who were rushing back from LA but didn’t make it in time) I sat with her while she passed. This clinic was so thorough and thoughtful and caring. They were so incredibly kind to me. They were very caring, the vet and techs were incredibly sympathetic as I was clearly upset. They even went out of their way and served me coffee and cookies one of the techs had made. I sat with my clients dog waiting on my clients to get there and for her to pass. It was a very difficult time and they just made it so much easier. The vet was incredibly knowledgeable and they were all very empathetic. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Bertolini and Van are absolutely amazing! Van is very calming and caring, he listened to everything and assessed accordingly! I really appreciate all the care they showed not only my baby but me as well. Everyone at VEG were great. I definitely recommend VEG to anyone in need!

We took our elderly cat in for an emergency visit. The staff and Dr. Georges were absolutely amazing despite our sad outcome. We were treated with respect, kindness, and care during the whole process. Losing a pet is never easy but they treated it with the honor it deserves and loved our girl to the end.

HIGHLY recommend this place. I wish they had a regular clinic so I could take all of my pups for regular visits! Every staff member was extremely nice and answered ANY questions we had. They frequently asked if we were okay or if there was anything we needed. Our sweet Nala had to have an emergency spay and we couldn’t have left her in better hands! We were able to stay with her while she was being prepped for surgery, during surgery, and recovery. We were always welcomed and reminded that we could stay however long we wanted. She stayed over night and we received texts with updates and even pictures! We can’t thank Dr. Cisneros and the whole team enough, they’re truly amazing. Thank you for giving our sweet baby the best care anyone could give and giving her a fighting chance. Every animal clinic should strive to be like this one. Also, good luck finding another emergency clinic that’s open on Sundays.

Highly recommend! Thae staff was amazing! Very fast, attentive and caring! Our Zeus got tagged by something and leg was swelling fast. The took him right in and treated him very fast.
