If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I just got a call an hour and a half before my dog’s appointment, telling me that they could not accept her today. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. It would have been nice to have more time to try and find another groomer that would take my dog on NYE! I’ve used Petsmart for everything for my dog, and have never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing! Petsmart should be ashamed for such poor customer service on NYE especially.

They dont have that much things I'm looking for. For example dog house. But, they have so much cat house and some other things.

Adriana was super helpful/informative, I was in a bit of a hurry but flagged her down as she passed by me and was able to get the medicine I needed. We connected over our grandmothers during checkout which was really sweet and genuine. Keep up the great customer service!

What I really like about Petsmart is that they will occasionally have some good toys or dog beds for really cheap. I got a 10.00 toy for 4.00. They also have very cute Advent calendars for cats and dogs, toys and other holiday treats. I didn't give them 5 stars because they rarely have really good sales on dog food.

Lovely store. I had to drive all the way to this one because 2 of the closest Petsmarts to me were out of baby mice for my snake! This one however was fully stocked which was awesome!! The cashier Brooke was super sweet and helpful as well.

Called regarding questions I had about PetSmart services: spoke with Brooke over the phone and she was fantastic. She was very professional, friendly and brightened my day- I had to leave a review for her phone etiquette alone. Great customer service experience!

This is the 2nd time Magnus has been groomed there and the groomer does a terrific job with our fur baby. I like this place much more than Petco.

The ONLY reason I'm taking away a star is for their employee Amber. She has HORRIBLE customer service. I frequent PetSmart often & even more now since I moved right up the street from one. I have two dogs & a bearded dragon that I spend a decent amount of money on. I'm not sure if this is just her or she has a certain group of people she rather not do business with, but whatever it is she needs training. Everyone else that my family & I have come across has been pleasant except her. She has a way of making you feel like you're bothering her. She made me wait by the worm stand one day for approximately 10 minutes. I walked off & went up front to ask for help. Today, 10/2/21, I went in after a 12 hour shift to purchase my beardie some worms & crickets. I don't know the young Hispanic lady, but she is always a breath of fresh air. She helped me until I had a question about the automatic timer. The young lady stated that Amber would know more. She went into the office to talk with Amber. I was at the register waiting to complete my transaction. Amber walks out, looks at me (she knows who I am by now), & walks past me going straight to the back of the store with the item. She them comes back to where I was & says in a unhelpful tone, "you had questions." I tell her yes & just wanted to receive advice & thoughts on the merchandise. She says, "it's an automatic timer. You program it to go on & off at a specific time." I laugh & tell her thank you. She walks off. Other than her I've had a pleasant experience with everyone else.

First time having our dog groomed at this location and will definitely return! He looks adorable, smells great and his hair feels so soft and seems like it was a good experience for him too! I think Heather did his grooming am we are very pleased!

I was sitting outside but there was this man with the biggest dog I ever saw came walking by the cat adoption area and his dog was barking at the cats and jumping at them and scaring them. He just thought it was funny and was laughing at them. If that happens again I will honk the horn in the car. I think someone should have put him out of the store but no one paid attention to what was going on. I don't know why everyone has to bring their big dog in the store if they don't have to. Anyway I wanted to get this off my chest as I thought the store should know what happens. No one wearing a mask. Anyway I won't go in that store since I see what goes on in there.

Had a great experience at this store. Fish looked healthy and happy. Employees were amazing. Definitely impressed with the improvements made. Highly recommend!
