Brought my puppy here for training. Small store. Items pricey. Grassy puppy pad: $45

The female cashier at the front was very kind to me. The older white male was beyond rude. Had to be told to help me. Never made eye contact. Never spoke. I asked a question about a fish while he was catching some shrimp for me. Completely ignored me. I planned to buy more that same trip but was ready to be done dealing with someone who clearly didn't want to be dealing with me. Thank you to the kind cashier. I won't be back.

2 times in a row they have been out of the dog food that I wanted.

Their grooming service is terrible! My dog got a wound on his neck. Usually, it takes about 1-2 hours for a grooming but it took longer that day. I called them to ask when can I pick up my dog and they said by another hour. When I came to pick up him they didn’t tell me about the wound. I noticed the wound when I arrived at home. It’s covered by his fur and it’s still bleeding. Really terrible experience.

It's been a while since I last came into Petco but recently I went to get a specific dog brush because my dog has very sensitive skin and sometimes he gets a bump hidden under his hair that a normal brush would tear at causing him to yelp. I found what he needed and he is no longer scared of getting brushed, in fact he falls asleep because it also massages him. The employees are knowledgeable and so much has changed for the better. My personal favorite is the little treat station with a variety of home made treats. So much variety. My dog is a happy boy!

I showed up on time for appointment and waited 15 minutes for them to finish up with other pets. After not being greeted, I was then told I need my rabies record regardless of pet tag on collar. No problem. After I was called and told she was ready, I waited while they struggled to finish her service. She was still wet and back paws nearly cut if at all. Staff as a whole were awkward and treated me as if I were unwelcome.

Good variety better than average prices

I have gone here for 2 years and have never been charged $60. They will not get my business again. I thought the staff in the grooming department was rude. I liked it better when Travis worked there.

Definitely needs a revamp. I struggled to find an item their website said was in stock for pick at this location. Then when I got to the register I asked if she was able to look up if they had something in stock (bc I had the item pulled up online) she just shook her head no. That's when I realized, everything I bought here I could have bought off Amazon, got it delivered, not have to deal with searching everywhere and not finding it, and also probably cheaper on Amazon too.

Helpful, knowledge employees. Good prices and selection.

Had other more things I needed than pet smart but prices are double than online atleast be competitive please . No one to help me all just kinda looked the other way except lady at register

Definitely my favorite Petco to shop. They usually have stock on specialty food, for my very allergy prone best friend. Keep up the good work Guys.

Natural Balance Duck n Chicken dog food which noone else has had in weeks. Very happy

Petco doesn't seem to have as varied or as much merchandise as they once did. It still is, however, a good pet store. I'd like to mention, should petco actually see this review, that I do not appreciate being followed around the store by cashiers posing as loss prevention. I wonder what you're protecting thats so valuable you'll chase away customers to protect it? Shampoo? Squeaky toys? Fish food? I'll never know...2 times I was harassed while I shopped and then gave you my money?! Doesn't seem right, will not happen again. +qq

Rude staff, much rather go to Petsmart

The store was clean, I was looking lost in the fish section and was asked if I needed help right away. Then was shown where to find birthday selection for Maxo. Didn't have much but did get a Paw Print Kit so I can get his print because I am a Proud Dog Grandmama! His Birthday is 5.26 like his mommy and they are both heart patients. He was supposed to die by October( He kept getting fluid on his heart)( she was unresponsive 3 times) but moving to the country saved both their lives! Fresh air and healthy living saved them both! Also bought a stuffed Cat Fish, Stuffed Duck, And 4x4 Mud Covered Truck! He loves his toys and takes them out on every outing!
