What an awesome first experience with Petbox mobile grooming. I am so happy, and Bowie is too!! Thank you Cassandra for the wonderful and professional job. We are definitely going to be repeat customers! Bowie was treated like royalty! Definitely recommend this wonderful service.

The service, groomer was all very professional! We will definitely be using this mobile pet service again. 2 of our dogs needed some serious attention to matting , ears, nail trimming etc and the diligent, above great quality attention our first babies were given was refreshing. I love the fact that the groomer spent a lot of time discussing any issues that were noted to better help us care for our dogs. I was not aware of matting being a proponent in causing hot spots!? I felt horrible that our pet was so matted but we weren’t aware of the fact that dog attire - “Sweaters” can cause serious friction and knots in the fur ; in which result in hot spots . I am so thankful to the groomer for all his knowledge and detail to attention so we can better care for our 4 legged babies.

Excellent job, very good with my dogs. Will definitely be using again. Thanks so much.

I don’t have a pet. However, I was having a bad day and stopped at McDonalds for lunch, and whoever was driving the pet box mobile decided to pay for my lunch- Out of kindness of her heart. These people are sweet and amazing. Should I get a dog in the future, I will definitely use them. We need more kind and caring people out there like the girl who works for this company. Thank you!! ????????????

After using their services for several years, having seen them grow, Today I’ll stop using their services. I shroud have do it sooner, but I gave then another shoot. I did my booking, their confirm it by txt msg and when the appoint came they didn’t show up. I called twice, I sent a txt msg and even wait for 90min for their answer but they didn’t. I did schedule it 10 days in advance, so I am done with their excuses. I hope all readers here will learn from this experience. Go away from Petbox.

The groomer did amazing! The price is also great for the service I will keep contacting her for grooming needs.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Cassie. She is top notch with our newly adopted rescue. I’ve used Petbox for 4 years now and we’re never disappointed. Cassie makes sure we are satisfied each time and she is always our first choice for pet grooming services.

My fur Baby Bella was in desperate need of some serious grooming. I reached out to PetBox mobile groomers and they where quickly able to get my Bella scheduled. Despite the recent weather, Cassie was able to make time for us and did a fabulous job!! She was right on time, actually a few minutes early, and was friendly and professional. Bella looks awesome and is a very happy pup. Thanks Cassie!!!

Awful!!! We had our Border Collie done several months ago and they butchered her! We asked to have her washed and trimmed. Trimmed. Not cut. They shaved off her entire tail! It looked like a stick. And the rest of her was choppy and uneven. I messaged them several times with NO response. We used Pet De Tails today and they were amazing!!!!! Bye Petbox. ???? Never again.

We have been using petbox for over a year. They are always punctual and take great care of our maltipoo. We will continue using. Most recent groomer (wish I could remember her name) has groomed our dog the last 3-4 times and she’s very sweet, always asks what we want, i.e., how short? Tail?, etc.

What a great find. We took our VERY old (and cranky) dog to Pet Box for grooming and they did a wonderful job. The service was quick and very complete. He was treated very well and looks great! Happy to recommend Pet Box Grooming. These are very nice people.

I normally use Natural Pawz to get my Pomeranian groomed, but they were booked up so I called Pet Box. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my dog groomed and the outcome was extremely disappointing! This was the most I have ever paid for a grooming (was almost $90 with tip) and my poor dog's face was all uneven and choppy... Will not use Pet Box for future grooming needs.

We use for our older dog Max a chocolate Labrador who was about 85 pounds and got to where he couldn't move much and they would come to my house and give him an awesome bath and he loved it they were very gentle and very sweet.

This was my first time trying the service and company. The groomer was kind and skilled. He took his time and treated our precious pup with care. In the past she has gone to petsmart and returned with an undesirable look with chucks of hair missing. I recommend that you try this service for the convenience and quality of work.

False advertising! called and scheduled an appointment in the morning I went I was told that anal gland expressing and nail trim would be an extra $22 per dog! And their $39 promotion was only for small short hair dogs even though my dogs where small they aren't short hair, I was ok with that part but the additional charge for nail clipping and anal expressing I was not ok with. I called my regular groomer while still there and made an appointment.

I have had great experiences with Petbox. Love them
