Best groomers bar none. We have a 110 pound Akita and they did an amazing job.

We took our dog to doggie daycare a few times and we boarded her for 3 days while we went on a trip. The staff was terrific and our puppy dog came home happy. We really do appreciate all the attention she got.

Horrible groomer. They completely shaved off our labradoodles beautiful fluffy tail. They also cut off her eyelashes on one eye. Her body is choppy and uneven and they did not even clean up her face area. She is scared and is hiding from us at home. Not sure if that is because she is embarrassed by her terrible haircut, or if she was abused by the staff. request for refund for awful service was denied. Be cautious and do your research when choosing a groomer.

My dogs love the place. Emergency stay for 4 days and everyone was amazing with them. They are big so it's great to hear other people loving them too.

We have two 60 lb dogs that are shedding so bad you can watch the hair fall off as they walk by. I have dog hair everywhere! It’s crazy. Found Tails of Texas ad in the Cypress Impact and brought the dogs in for a de-shed and grooming. Wow! They are sleek and shiny. They don’t stink and the best part is all that loose hair is gone! Couldn’t be happier. I’m sure the dogs are enjoying it too. I felt the price for what they accomplished was fair. Everyone I either spoke with over the phone or in person was very pleasant and professional. I’ll be bringing the dogs back in the future.

Techs seem to really like our dog. Only place he does not come home stressed.

My mom just picked up her dog. After being at this facility for a week. My mom rushed him to the ER. The vet does not know if he will make it through the night. His bone structure is off and he is on a breathing tube.

Our dog loves day care and boarding at Tails of Texas. Caring, attentive staff that make the extra effort at every turn.

My poor Jesse is in the ER fighting for his life. He did not get medical attention while at Tails of Texas. I trusted them with my dog. He had labored breathing when picking him up. He was in such distress that when we got to the ER soon after picking him up they rushed him in! We do not know if our Jesse will live or not. I pray he is ok. He is our baby and part of our family. He does not have Kennel cough or a virus. Something else happened there. I called and they said they did nothing wrong! They just deny and offer nothing more. They were rude and careless. They tried to call my vet to get information. My Jesse was perfectly healthy going in. They just deny and offer no sympathy. Please do not use collars on your dogs. Only a harness as there is something wrong. His condition went unnoticed by them even when they bathed him before I came to pick him up. There is certainly neglect here if not more ????. The last time I went to pick up my dog there my husband and I saw three young girls bringing back a small Yorkie who had gotten out of his kennel and out of the building! They didn’t even notice he was missing! We kept our dogs in a kennel without a outside door. Please watch your dogs. They cannot speak for themselves. I pray my baby lives

Nice place. Clean and treat your pets well. My dog did get Bordetella there once despite being vaccinated for it. Not sure I can blame them for that though.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE . My baby Ivy has been in daycare all her life and the place before this one, it just slowly went down hill so I brought her here . SHE LOVES IT HERE , the woman that work here are so sweet and you can tell they truly enjoy being at work. I like coming on my lunch break to watch the dogs play outside cause you can see the play area and they are always having so much fun. I highly recommend. I wish I would have came here sooner ! I have found Ivy's forever daycare <3 They have monthly birthday parties and the dogs get sent home with goodie bags , the building is really nice . Totally worth the money, you get what you pay for !

Great experience with our toy poodle. They needed vaccine information so they offered to call our vet and just like that they got the info they needed. I will be using them again.

Fantastic place to board your dogs and or cats. They really take great care of your fur babies and my wife and I felt a great sense of comfort on our vacation knowing the staff here was looking after our beloved beagle and cat cloe. The girls in the front always greet me with a smile and our dog loves going to daycare! Keep up the great work! So glad we found this place, could be happier????

Tails of Texas is the best place to keep your fur babies! My dog loves coming to daycare and boarding! Even my cats love staying here. I know they are well taken care of and the staff truly cares. I like that it’s a smaller place because the staff knows my pets when they come through the door! The customer service is always great and the girls up front are always friendly. Keep it up TOT!
