This is the nicest pet store I have been to. The staff is really helpful, but won’t badger you if you decline. The groomers are highly skilled, my dog is always happy and clean! Never once had a negative experience and my dog has been groomed here at least 10 times, and this is the only place I buy his supplies from. Also, their brand of dog food is great quality and my vet approves! I get the Redford Naturals Lamb food for my dog, for reference.

Convenient location with lots of inventory and the prices are reasonable.

Couldn't find what we needed but one of the workers helped us find a suitable replacement for what we needed and our dog loves it.

Even the teenagers know about the dog food brands. Excellent training and customer service. No one just stands there when you enter the store. They say thank you instead of you saying it. It’s the chick filet of pet supplies.

My experience is always the best every time I shop there.

I’ve been coming here almost weekly for about a year and a half now. I have two bearded dragons (one was actually adopted from this location) and they always have the best bugs that I can feed them. From going there regularly Ive learned their restock days are usually Tuesdays so that’s my favorite day to stop by! Gets pretty expensive feeding two beardies these high quality bugs but it’s worth it, thank you pet supplies plus for always having what I need! Not to mention the staff there is incredibly friendly & welcoming :)

Lots of cool different toys for the dear rodent...lol...loves to see the ferrets,fish and lizards too... daughter can't wait to return!!!

Pet Supplies Plus is our go to for everything we need for our pet. We have been loyal customers ever since we adopted our puppy. A shift has happened and only teenagers run the store who cannot answer any pet related questions. The groomers are rude and always act displeased when we bring our shepherd in for a normal nail clipping just because he is a bigger dog. Not everyone has small dogs so maybe you should get out of grooming business or set up a sign that reads “only small dogs allowed” if you’re going to discriminate against larger breeds. Very unprofessional.

Really great staff, who are always willing to help. They make sure you never have to wait to pay.

The process of ordering to having the items arrive on your doorstep later that day is incredibly easy. This method beats the subscription service I used for years previously. What I like best is getting the food when we need it, not a week early, not a week late. Because I can order for same day or next delivery, no more guess work. Glad I found this!! Also, everyone that works at this store is super nice. The few times I have gone in for odds and ends (letting my kids pick out hamster toys?!) we are greeted, offered help if we need it, and friendly checkout. This is a great place with the small, local feel.

Absolutely LOVE this pet store. While it may be a bit smaller of a store, I am more than happy to find what I need here. The staff is the friendliest and always willingly to help with any needs or questions you might have. They are incredibly knowledgeable as well. I’ll never shop elsewhere!

Yes, staff is friendly and what not. However, when we went today the store smelled horrible. There were multiple fish tanks with piles of dead fish and the reptile enclosures were grossly dirty.

I get deliveries from here every couple of months for bird, dog, cat food and supplies and they are so reliable and their products are always good quality. I highly recommend this place for all pet needs.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ordering online and picking up is a breeze. Groomers are awesome! Kudos to the management at this location. I used to go to the other Katy location and did not get the same service and friendliness that I’ve encountered at this location.

My Catahoula came out so soft and fragrant! Giant smile across her face and most impressively, her nails were so smooth and beautifully done! I don’t plan on taking her anywhere else anytime soon.
