This is the first puppy we've had and they make it so easy for you to feel confident about how well you are taking care of him. The staff is nice and they remember you which makes you feel like home. I truly appreciate everyone in this office.

They are always friendly and take the time to educate you on your pets needs. I've been going for years. I loved going when they were a mobile clinic. The place is always clean. My dog's anxiety is much less with this Vet than others we've tried. Great friendly place to take your pet.

I called just to see how much an X-ray would be for my dogs foot and was quote $345! I’m sorry but that’s a bit much.

Staff is so good with our furbabies

We have been going to the Vanguard mobile clinics for years. First time going into the Cypress clinic. Staff was really friendly and its super clean. They were able to get my fur babies in the next day.

This is an awesome vet. The doctor here is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She saved my 4 year old German shepherd a few months ago when he was so sick he couldn’t hold any food or water down. They left no stone unturned in his treatment. I also had to bring him in for an ear infection a few days ago. My pup seemed so much better as soon as I picked him up, and he’s getting better by the day. I love this vet. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because although their prices on vaccinations and visits are very reasonable, I feel like extra care costs a little bit more than it should. Vanguard only has 1 vet, and it’s a small facility, so they can’t accommodate a large dog like a German shepherd. This is no fault of their own, and has nothing to do with their ability to treat a sick animal, but I wish they could better accommodate larger dogs. I will for sure continue to take my boy to this clinic because of their professionalism and compassion. Vanguard has come through both times I had a scare with my pup and needed to get him treated. Come to vanguard if you want your animal to receive the best care. It may cost a bit if you need lab work or X-rays, but they know what they’re doing. 100% would recommend.

Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for a pre-surgery examination which lasted 5 minutes and cost $50. They also tried to upsell 3 other services to me that would have cost an additional $115 for the day and $30 per month after that. Poor service and they rip you off here.

The Vanguard mobile clinic is usually at specific HEB parking lots at times and is a great way to save money and time. You pay specifically for the shots or tests..medicine with no office visit fee! For cats or dogs as well as kittens or puppies 6-8 weeks of age and older..definitely worth it!

I love this vet she is very caring as well as all the staff they are super nice and explain everything good..the prices are very good as well they are not like other places and don't try over charge you I will continue to go here they also have pop up spots at different HEB'S if you can't come far this way

Mobile clinics are excellent,(HEB parking lots various locations) wished I knew about them sooner. Called the office for information and they were very kind. My dog needed shots and heart prevention it was very fast and reasonable priced, less than a regular vet visit... Highly recommended...

Fabulous! Dr. & Assistants were very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

My dog Carmelo has been sneezing like super crazy pretty often so my husband and I got concerned. We called the clinic and their earliest availability was in 2 days. Male receptionist is very nice, friendly and informative. The female doctor diagnosed my dog concern. She did prescribe some medication for his issue. The facility is really clean for a vet clinic! There was a time the vet took my dog out of the room for further examination for like 20 minutes and my dog did not come back traumatized or with any negative showings which is a good sign. I recommend everyone to go here. We use this company mobile clinics when our doggies are due for vaccinations.

Very thankful for the kind and professional services my pets receive here. The amount of time spent with me and my pets especially during the hard times/discussions is very much appreciated. I also love the family events they host. Our pet santa pictures are great memories for us! I can't say enough positive things about the staff and Dr.Andrus!

There aren’t words sufficient to express our gratitude to Dr. Andrus and her team. We had to have our beloved dog of almost 14 years euthanized on an emergency basis. Not only were the accommodating, the were so kind and compassionate. Everything from working her in at the end of a long day to allowing close family to be present made an incredibly hard day, easier. The only regret I have is not discovering Dr. Andrus sooner! We spent too many years at a vet’s office that was run like a corporation. Dr. Andrus is the real deal!

I brought my dog in for vaccines and was very pleased with the service I received. I didn’t really know what my dog needed and Trae was very patient and knowledgeable educating us in what my dog needed. He is super friendly and helpful. I’ll be bringing my dog back to vanguard in the future.
