Melissa, super informative - the entire staff really is. Provided us with literature for the kids since this was their first pet responsibility -- Max offered immediately to help with items to the car while balancing helping additional customers, and Robert on the way out the store checked on our experience as he was coming back from lunch and reiterated the importance of following the instructions to the kids. Lovely little space. ????

Nice Pet Needs n Quality

Great selection of toys and very helpful staff. My dog chews things to a pulp quickly, and they showed me some great options. A week later they're still intact which means they will last at least a month, and that's great for him. There's lots of other stuff here including different brands I haven't found anywhere else, and I would recommend anyone with any other pet try it out.

We came here to bathe our dog and they had everything we needed; shampoos, drying towels, high pressure blowers. It was a great experience and for the price it wasn't all that bad at all. Overall the prices and friendliness of the staff was totally worth it. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

They did not have what I went in for (grooming services) but what they did have is enthusiastic and fantastic. Max would've rated them but he doesnt have thumbs. So he posed with them, instead.

My husband went in there while I waited in the car and much to his dismay not a single employee was wearing a mask or practiced social distancing. I understand it is up to each individual business on how they want to conduct these practices during this time, but it is no OK to be right up next to a customer while they are shopping when we are still needing to social distance and be cautious out in public. It made him very uncomfortable. I hope they take this review with some level of seriousness and take the necessary measures to make sure their customers feels safe shopping at their establishment.

Great local place to buy pet supplies. The manager is very knowledgeable and staff are very helpful ! I don't mind paying a little more in return for the customer service ,convenience and assortment. Happy to support a great local business !

We really like this place but be aware they require kids over 2 to have masks now. Good luck with that rule when the official order is over 10. They lost about $200 dollars of business from us today. Will also start buying our dog food elsewhere as well. There is already very little conclusive evidence that anything less than an N95 mask does anything, and even less evidence that kids need to wear masks. Whoever wrote this rule has clearly never tried to get a 3 or 4 year old to keep anything on their face.

My first time walking into that store, large selection of pet pillows and bowls was a plus. I had my items on the counter waiting 1st, the employee rang out someone else before me ???? a guy came over to ring me up (didn't get his name) he was very helpful and informational. Overall the store was awesome employee needs to learn a little bit more about common courtesy

I went to pet supermarket for the first time yesterday and I have been a lifelong Petco customer and I have to say there is no comparison. Pet supermarket staff and management give impeccable service, the dog washing station although closed at the moment is a wonderful feature. The store was so clean and well kept I thought they had recently opened and when I asked the manager (a wonderfully polite and helpful girl named Judith) if they were on their grand opening or something she said no that they had been open for years. The fish tanks clean, the reptile cages were spotless and the temperatures were correct rather then too cold like at petco, the animal cages had new bedding and the animals looked happy and healthy. It felt like it was someone’s house with their personal pets rather then a company trying to sell them to you. You can tell this young woman truly had a passion for animals. She walked me around and gave me all kinds of information on different food brands and treats I never knew before. She showed me a new joint supplement for my bulldog that I am so excited to try out. That kind of personal service and attention to detail and care about the customer made me feel so comfortable there I will only be shopping at pet supermarket from This point forward. I highly Recommend this store to any pet owner looking to get the best possible guidance on caring for their animals.

Great prices knowable staff and curious

Went here on a whim to grab my dogs good Maverick dog food.Ended up spending time with some awesome ferrets and almost took them home with me. Will go back for the friendly service and neat pets.

They are a go to when everyone is sold out of large crickets they have them and the girl that works the register ( sorry can't remember her name) is always the nicest person to talk to and i always enjoy talking to her about her cat. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
