I went here and was greeted with a happy young lady, but then I was asked to put on a mask by the long haired fella and decided to not use this place or give them any of my business. They did offer me a mask but, If you can’t follow the science and try to impose your own mandates on your customers I’m sorry, I’ll shop somewhere else. These are my opinions that I have and don’t expect anyone to take it to heart.

Great service from the best pet store anywhere. If you love your dog, this is where to spoil them.

I went today to this store. A neighbor recommend this place for my dog's treats because I am big on feeding my red nose natural products. WOW WOW WOW. I was very impressed. Ms Patsy is so nice and warm. She asked what type of dog I had and his age. She asked what I was looking for and I told her treats. She recommened several and gave a back story and tips on each. The store does not smell like a pet store. Everything is neatly deocrated and organized. This store will be my 1st go to pooch store from here on out. Her prices were reasonable. After getting home later today I check her website. She carries Orijen dog food and it is $4 cheaper than the place I have been going. This to me is like a Pet Boutique. You must try! (I'm the lady with the self love dress on)

We stopped in to get dog treats for Christmas and was so amazed at the beautiful biscuits. I’m also impressed at their “raw” bar of other treats. They have an assortment of food and toys as well.

Ariana groomed our senior doggy. Recently he (our dog) has become somewhat grumpy and a little challenging at times. Ariana was VERY understanding and patient and was able to get him all clean and handsome. What a precious gem Ariana is!

Bathing that we ask for on my dog was done. They almost shave him to the bone, even pet smart groomers do a much better job.

Amanda is one of the groomers at Patsy’s Pet Market. She is fantastic! We have three Shelties and we drive 40 min to drop my dogs off. She truly cares about your pets! And she will explain any issues she sees while she is grooming. I trust my dogs with her, and they are my babies!

Do NOT waste your money grooming here. We waited a month to get our appointment, because they assured us their groomer was very good & had “15 years of experience.” I can guarantee you that is not true! & looking at old reviews from years ago, that’s been their favorite line for a while now. We have taken her to cheaper places around town & have never, ever had anyone return our dog to us with that quality of cut. Not only did she ignore our one request to leave her ears & top head hair alone, (she returned her with a mullet essentially, exactly the opposite of our request), but her entire coat was so uneven & cut so poorly, we assumed they let an intern practice on our Imperial Shitszu. It honestly looked like they skipped some parts & then run the clippers the opposite way ?? I honestly am not that picky of a customer, but it was so bad our neighbors immediately asked upon seeing her if we had decided to cut her ourselves! Needless to say, there is no experienced groomer there. I obviously called & asked to speak to the owner, which is when I spoke to Patsy.. she asked us to bring her back in & assured me of their groomers experience & that they would even her coat out. I brought her back & was greeted by Patsy & the groomer with such utter pettiness & insincerity that it was honestly disheartening & made us super uncomfortable leaving our dog, so much so that we stayed in the store & refused to leave while they “fixed” her up. Not that it took long, in five minutes they were both back & handed me my dog, wet & looking exactly the same. Regardless, very unprofessional & I recommend Bubbles grooming any day over this place. I will provide photos of their “15 year experience”. The last picture is of her outside is RIGHT before her appointment.

Patsy's is the best for all your pets needs!! She is the best and staff is always super friendly! I feel like I'm visiting family when I go there!! I highly recommend!!!

This review is for grooming, which we DO NOT recommend. We brought our miniature goldendoodle here for the first time today and are extremely unsatisfied with our experience here. When I dropped off our pup, I talked directly with the groomer and made two specific requests of her. Some time after I dropped off our pup and left the store, we were called and told the price would be higher than previously understood. Additionally, dematting around his paws would be charged at $15/15 minutes with no guarantee on how much time would be billed. We elected not to pay for this service. All told, we paid considerably more than at competition in the immediate vicinity inclusive of de-matting and teeth brushing. When we picked up our pup, we were made to pay before they would bring him out. We asked to go back and see him and were told specifically we would have to pay before we could see him. This is not an acceptable business practice, but I think I know why it is employed. When we received our dog we found that my primary request, which was to leave his hair long was entirely ignored (specifically I asked to keep it long and we agreed that meant to take off less than an inch). His hair is now shorter than I've ever observed, from any groomer, maybe at 1/4 inch on his body and shorter on his legs. On further inspection, his clippings were still throughout his coat and it looks like no attempt was made to wash him or blow him out thoroughly after clipping. This is a breed which does not shed, but is now getting hair all over everything. Additionally his eyelashes were untrimmed and remain abnormally long after the hair around his eyes was cut back. We were looking forward to supporting a small business which appears on the surface to have a thoughtful owner and a great selection of specialty foods and treats, and are extremely disappointed.

Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! They were able to recommend a great (also thankfully durable) toy for my kitten who lives to shred everything as well as some nutrition recommendations for my mom's senior pups. Great shop if you're looking for something very specific or simply want to know the item you're buying for your pet is made well, well-liked, and high quality.

If your a dog person this is your spot. I like their treats, great way to spoil my furry kids.
