Never had an issue here. Store is clean and well organized and the customer service is great. They are always extremely helpful if I need some assistance. Good location, too - easy to get in and out.

Very nice and clean. We come here to grab some bedding and for our pet Rat, Mochi.

I find that the customer service is really nice they listen to you and they attend to you and they try to find the things that you looking for most important they're careful about what they give you for your pet

The wait can be long, but the products are worth it.

I shop at Petco because they carry what I need for my dog. This particular location, though, has very narrow aisles and seems cluttered. Employees are friendly.

When I picked my sweet boy up, I was shocked at how clean he was. They made him beautiful ????. Excellent job! I will be back for sure.

I appreciate the Halloween and pride themed sections and the employees are always very helpful. I was there getting some glofish and the young woman who helped us was very kind to my kids and talked to them about the fish :)

Sad how I was treated at the door this morning .No one greeted me they just pointed at a sign and send me away since there power was out .A bunch of workers in the front door just looking at me and instead of treating me like a customer

I love Petco, but on this day they must've been short staffed. To long of a line with only 1 register open. I had to leave my cart.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The employee Adrian sold me a brand new tank and 7 fish, not informing me of having to cycle the tank for 3-4 weeks. He advised me to prepare the tank for 4 days. Adrian also did not recommend purchasing a bacterial solution to kick start the process, and therefore, feel used by Petco. Is petco only interested in making the sale, willing to sell fish that will quickly die of high ammonia spikes to a new fish owner? The answer is, YES! I specifically asked Adrian to help me in my new hobby of caring for an aquarium with pet fish. I learned about “cycling” a new fish tank from reading online and watching YouTube Videos. Thanks Petco, for causing me an experience of dying fish and cycling a new aquarium with stressed fish enduring an unstable home. Please find a different Petco associate willing to help you in your new journey of owning fish.

I purchased some medicine for my cat. Why can't you offer the same price as your online website price?

I have always loved this Petco! The person who takes care of the aquatic life does such a good job and is so knowledgeable. The only thing I have against it is the reptiles look neglected.
