I will give them 2 stars because the last time I took my dog they gave him what he needed for the ant bites, though it was very pricy. Yesterday, I took both my dog and cat and they gave them “prescription” shampoo and lotion waaaay over priced. I looked up all the items they gave me and you can get them all at PetSmart for a way lower price. No prescription needed. That is very upsetting as I asked the lady at the front desk if there was anywhere else I could get these items and she clearly said no because they were items you can only get with a prescription. I understand that they need to make their profit, but that is just ridiculous. You can get the shampoo at PetSmart 16 oz for $15, they charged 30 for 8oz. And the Miconazole for $10, which they charged another 30 dollars. And the Omega 3 for 20 dollars which they charge another 30. This is all x2 as I had both my pets.

This Animal Clinic sent me a "birthday" reminder for our DEAD DOG. Our big fur baby passed away last year. This was the first clinic I took him to when we noticed he was badly bloated. In our moment of need and desperation, the vet here chastised me for not bringing our dog in as soon as we noticed it (24 hours earlier). I explained to him that we were under extreme duress, since we were also tending to our son who had just got out of a painful surgery that day and that we brought our dog to him as soon as possible. He was dismissive of our plight and in a critical and harsh tone said that maybe he could have done something if we brought him earlier, but that now we would have to take our pet to a PET ER. We took a out pet to two ERs, and spent $1000's, just to find out our pet was terminally ill with cancer. There wasn't much any vet could do, but we could have done without the reproachful rudeness and judgmental attitude from this clinic. Oh, and thank you so much, for reminding us of our pet's death and the negative experience from your clinic with your EMAIL AD (that we DID NOT sign up for) in the form of a "Birthday" reminder!! It also served me as a reminder, to finally to leave this review in kind. I would have forgot to share my experience if it wasn't for your bogus email reminder!

No waiting. Staff was friendly and professional. Veternarian talked with me about my pet. She gave me choices of the effective treatment plan most affordable for me, I.e. ointment versus shot and pills, which enabled me to provide medical care for my pet. I called many places before I was referred to Neighbors. Grateful!

Love the clinic and services.

First time here and our experience was very good the whole staff did a great job specially Marilyn she is amazing!

She injected very high doses of Glucocorticoid to my cat without even knowing what’s wrong with this cat and when I took my cat to another doctor, they said that this cat did not even need such high glucocorticoid and your cat is lucky that didn’t loss her kidneys and.... If you love your pet PLEASE be careful if you taking your pet to this doctor.

The main vet practically tortured my kitten trying to get her blood! No one held down the leg that had the needle in it. I’ll never forget the horrible screams that came from my sweet kittens mouth! Plus she had one of her vet techs that has a cast on her wrist trying to help hold down a kitten to get blood. It was overall a horrible experience for me and my kitten. I would absolutely NEVER recommend to anyone ever!!

Although they may be a little cheaper my advice is you get what you pay for. We waited a little over 2 hrs to see a vet. They don't answer their phone (I called for three days straight before someone answered) when the girl finally answered she was completely out of her league and very rude. The vet was supposed to call me back that same day (as it was a pressing matter concerning the dosage of medication for a 6lb 9 wk old puppy) and I have yet to hear from them. We will not be going back.

I’ve been coming here for some time now and it’s a shame that the front desk workers make the clinic look bad. The doctors are one the kindest and most helpful but the opposite is said for the front desk workers. Sorry but I’m finding a new veterinary clinic because your front desk workers are the worst I’ve ever seen in all of the front desk workers I’ve encountered.

They were great with my cat but STILL have not sent me a copy of her vaccines or answered my calls or email since requesting them

Was referred here due to puppy being sick and where I currently take her , they aren’t a full service vet. I come around 10:30am, call and without asking any questions pertaining to needing to be seen, I am told to come around 1. I get there around 12:30 , told to come after 2 dr is going to lunch. I said no, I’ll wait until 1 here cause I already came and was told To come at 1 and I live 20minutes away. They responded ok, without taking my info down. Come around 1 I call back to see if they needed my name or anything so my puppy can get In que , just to be told to come back tomorrow morning cause dr had to do a surgery. Apparently they don’t think people have to work just like they do . They didn’t feel like they should have called the people waiting outside for over 30minutes that they cannot be seen until after that fact. They couldn’t tell me at 12:30 when I got there that they couldn’t see us, or at 10:30 am Now I am scrambling trying to find a open vet clinic still accepting walk ins to see me sick puppy. Unless you don’t work and have all free time in the world to wait and play games , don’t bother .

I can’t believe they expect to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours even I have an appointment. They don’t let any pet owner in the practice. The Animal have to be in the car for 2 hours. Before they even come out to bring the animal in. I will not use them anymore that is the worst service I ever had. Update now after 3 hours they called me to take my cat in. My appointment was 10 am not 1 pm. Instead 2 hours waiting now it ends up 3 hours waiting. I went home and took the cone off and found out not she has a open area where the cone was. Terrible place to take care of your anima.

This place has been terrible since COVID started. They won’t let you inside and have left me sitting out in my car waiting for extremely long periods of time, no phone call to say the wait time is going to be excessive. Even picking up medication where they just need to walk it out has been more than 20 minutes. Not to mention you have to repeat and spell everything multiple times to the person they have answering the phones. This has happened on every visit over the past year. Will not return.

I miss understood last time visit and I give them a and review and today I want to apologize since they already explain every detail to me. The work and quality of their staff is really good and the treat me dog with love. Thanks ❤️

Absolutely love everyone at the clinic. Staff always treat my pet as if it was their very own, and keep me well informed of any and all procedures before they are performed on my pet during our visit. The clinic has done an outstanding job to accommodate uninterrupted curb-side service during the pandemic, with knowledgeable staff that is always friendly and respectful. Highly recommend Neighbors Animal Wellness Clinic to anyone in search of a doctor for their fur babies.

Wost vet ever!!!! They r the rudest doctors i have ever met. They dont care about your pets well being, just the money! The customer service over the phone is the worst!

My dog is sick and they keeps giving misleading information for service and payment, information varies from one employee to the other.

I took my two dogs in for a spay. One of them had a growth on her nipple that needed to be removed. We were under the impression that the growth removal would be free, but they ended up charging us $100 for this service. All told, we were charged $250 more than the original price we were quoted. The work done was good, but the communication was lacking, and we will not come back.

The place is affordable but they need to offer appointments, especially on the weekend. The wait time is too much. I had to wait over 2 hrs because they had too many people coming. I tried making an appointment, but they said they are a walk in office. Not a good business decision as they close at noon on Saturday and I was waiting well past noon. I’m debating if this is worth the wait when I can go to another vet that can offer an appointment and I wouldn’t have to wait over 2hrs in the car with my two dogs. Not a pleasant experience.

I took my dog there for a check up and the service was great. You should definitely go there. Your pet will thank you. Definitely a five star.

I called before I went and was quoted $99 dollars for shots. They said my dog had an ear infection, added a bunch of things (pulling hair from ears which she had done earlier the same day at the groomer) and I had to pay $460. With distancing, you have to wait in your car, not a problem but I waited 3 hours! They were very rude but there was nothing I could do-they had my dog. Will be filing with the BBB.

All of the staff there are nice and the DR Amechi is absolutely the most professional caring person she has such a big heart, and they also are very sweet when it comes to my pet! I wish they were more than 5 stars to give, because the care and treatment you get here is beyond exceptional! Thank you to all, who have gone above and beyond for my babies! Overall great experience and the prices were really good thank you again for being so kind!

Cheap care BUT easy 2 hour wait on Saturdays. More upsetting because its a walk in only clinic

Dr Amechi and staffs are the best loveable Dr who care for pets, And staffs are Awesome! ...I've been around so many clinic but I recommended this place for everyone to bring their pets here so your pets can be take care of and very affordable price! Thanks so much for took good care of Casper, Tiger and Chichi!

Great customer service and the doctor attended to my pet with care

Been trying to contact anyone at this clinic for an entire week to get Bravecto for my dog. Call after call and no answer! I’ve even come to this place 3 times! To wait outside in hopes of anyone inside seeing my car and them coming out to help me since they’re not answering their phones or getting back to me at all after the one person that miraculously answered put me on hold. And when I call the phone number is mysteriously no longer in service. I’ll go somewhere else from here on out!!!
