So heartbroken,Two weeks ago on Monday,I took my handsome boy Milo to them ,because he stopped urinate,after Dr visit him ,she said it’s bladder stone and gave him antibiotic and pain relief and come back in two weeks to recheck him ,the day after my boy got worse ,so I took him again there but dr said it’s normal and he is on ,but he was not ………..after that he got worse so I took him to emergency hospital and they said he need surgery as soon as possible ……….unfortunately I lost my boy after too much pain ????????????????????????no one ,deserve this tragedy ????????????????????????I’m so so heartbroken ????????????????????????I can’t imagine without him ????????????????????????

Good doctors who care. Good service, but the front desk always seems to forget we are there. Twice now. One more time and I’ve had it.

I went for X-rays and they didn’t do it. they advised against it and said they would check back with me and never did also they didn’t listen when I told them about my pets behavior. I’m with my pet all the time they meet my pet once and even disregarded my primary vets diagnosis. I feel like they just wanted to make $ and literary did nothing.

Dr. Shows has taken such good care of our pets! He is always willing to listen to my ideas and give several options for care. He doesn't push anything that isn't completely necessary. I've seen several other doctors as well when Dr. Shows isn't available and they have all been very kind. The front office staff is always amazing as well!

One of the best services I have ever experienced. Everyone went way beyond what I was expecting, when I was trying to get travel documents for our dog. Highly recommend this place.

I took my small dog (the love of my life) in for help with a cough he had developed. His teeth were rotten & he hadn't had vaccinations for several years---my fault due to my disabilities and low income, plus he never left our yard to be in contact with other dogs other than his mother who is 14.9 years old. Charlie was 12.3 years old and had never been sick a day in his life. He was full of energy and never missed a toss of the ball. The Vet Tech, Angel was caring because I was a basket case and did everything she could to keep me calm and the cost of the visit down. Dr. Shows was also very nice and gave us a hopeful diagnosis as Charlie's blood was good, his lungs were clear but, he had a heart murmur and a slightly enlarged heart or fluid around his heart, I don't remember because I was so distressed at that time but, I came away with a somewhat positive outlook for my precious fur baby.. We were given 3 RX's for the cough and the heart. Charlie passed away in my arms, two days later! I am so heart broken that I have been in a severe depression since his passing. I have called the clinic twice and left messages for Angel and Dr. Shows, not to reprimand but to see if they could give me a possible reason for his death. I have never received a call back and I am so disappointed and sad. I write this to protect other dogs from not becoming a Charlie by being forgotten so quickly by the staff at the clinic.

They refuse to approve a prescription for my dog because I got it cheaper on Chewy.

I am disappointed with the services I received on my 3 dogs. I have yet to hear from the office manager. Please be aware....they are money seeking and will do services that have not been consented for.

Being a month new to Texas and needing a vet because of a sick pet is a huge stressor and the worst! So when I had to take one of my sick dogs to the vet and I found Kingsland Animal Clinic it was a relief because they were very friendly, professional, and I didn't have to wait outside in my car while they took my pet inside. I got to wait with her in a waiting room like pre-covid times. Which again was a huge relief because this particular pet is very nervous around strangers. The vet techs and the vet we worked with were very accomodating and kept me updated every step of the way. Because we were a work-in, meaning we had a last minute emergency appointment, they were very clear it might be a bit of a wait while the vet worked us in around other appoinments. I will say, it was a bit of a wait that way, however, with how friendly and accomodating everyone was, and the fact that my pet needed to be seen, I was glad to wait, and I'm glad we found this place!

We love the staff and Dr's at Kingsland. We board our bird there often. They have been our vet for over 10 yrs.

Took our fur baby in for boarding when we were not able to take him on a trip. Quick scheduling and reasonable prices. Can board family dogs together. They also are very caring staff.

I give this place 5 stars simply because Dr.Z is amazing. The very nice vet tech, Aziah, and Dr.Z were AWESOME! Aziah was by far the best vet tech that my dog and I have come across. She was extremely patient and kind to my very nervous and anxious dog. Aziah treated her with such love and care. She wasn’t afraid or reluctant to care for her even though she was a pit bull. I wish I could say that about all of the techs we have encountered here, but unfortunately I cannot. We have experienced a couple of very nice techs, but Aziah is by far the best ever. I wish that we could have her help us every time we have to visit the vet. I truly appreciate how loving and kind she was. Dr.Z is amazing. He is very thorough in his explanations and always does a great job with my dog. He is the only doctor that my dog trusts to examine and take care of her, despite how nervous she always is. I have not allowed her to see any other doctor ever since we were given Dr.Z. He is hands down the best doctor we have ever gotten to experience.

It's the vet's and my cat's hate it. Take them 4 or 5 day to get over the trauma of being taking there. Nothing the veteran is doing wrong my cats just don't like being caged and taken from the safety of their home. As for the vet she is a fantastic doctor. I Hate the Mask Rules Everywhere.

First time taking both of my dogs here. Dr. C has a wonderful bedside manner and everyone was very nice. We will absolutely return.

Every Staff Member are Very Courteous and Professional and the Veterinarians and Assistants Treat Our Two Canines With Love and Compassion !
