Dr. T is the best. Not only does she see my dogs but my daughter has worked here for 3 years. She found something that my old doctor missed with my chihuahua and seems to care about her clientele more than most. Dr. T is wonderful as a veterinarian and as an employer. Dr. T has taken care of our fur family thru 5 dogs. We have now moved to Austin and i realize even more how special Dr. T and her staff were to me and my bulldogs! There are just some things you can’t replace and an loving, professional vet is at the top of the list.

Dr. T is very caring and very passionate for the work she does. Very elaborate and clear on instructions and procedures she does on the pets. Been going to her for many years and she's always done excellent service!

Very understanding and gentle with our extremely skittish (shy) English mastiff. They were very accommodating and experienced. One of the employees gave us the wrong price for a shot and when the bill came out..we noticed it was about $10 more than what we were told. We pointed this out and they honored the original price. No questions asked. All of this happened during COVID19 too. Great customer service!

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. T. Each time someone has asked me about recs for vets, I immediately tell them about her. She’s so kind and super attentive, and has squeezed me into her schedule to prevent my dog from having an infection when I explained the symptoms through the phone. I also take my outdoor cat there for her shots. Dr. T and her staff are wonderful.

Lovely doctor, staffs. Very friendly and down to earth. High quality service at a very reasonable cost. Facility look very nice and clean (spotless!)! This was the third vet that we visited when I tought I could lose my dog. They took my dog a whole day and figured out what was happend.....first day of treatment my dog feel better ....thanks

This is a 1 vet clinic so getting in may take a little longer, but emergencies are given a priority. The vet known affectionately to most as Dr.T, is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. In the last 50 years we have outlived a number of pets and have had many vets, so when I say she is the best, I think that pretty well sums it up.

We've been taking our animals to Dr. T for years. She took care of our two Mini Schnauzers throughout their lives and now she takes care of our 5 cats (my mom is a crazy cat lady now). I just picked out a puppy yesterday that is a gift to myself for graduating from college. I wouldn't bring him any other place and will be setting an appointment for him asap. This is the best place to go!

I have used this vet for over 15 years, and I will no longer be using them. In the past 10 days I have had to put to sleep 2 of my pets, both of them came to this vet their entire lives. My dog was a 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier who at this point in her life has had various medical problems, and we had a good idea the end was coming. I saw Dr T about her health on a Monday morning, because she had deteriorated rapidly over the weekend. I wasn’t quite ready to put her to sleep, but said I would call her the next day. The next morning the dog was in serious distress and I knew it was time. I called Dr T’s office multiple times, and she did not get back to me for hours. I ended up taking my dog to a completely different vet (whom I have never been to) and putting her to sleep. Fast forward 9 days and our 18 year old cat is basically in the same state, barely moving, not being her normal social self, not eating, etc. I called Dr T, and called, and called (throughout the day on a Thursday) And then I had to take her to another vet- same one as I did for my dog. And put her to sleep there. The vet said the cat was dehydrated and in severe crisis. I was called the next morning by someone who works in the office and said that Dr. T had gone out of town. Dr. T did basically the same thing to me twice. Both myself and my pets were in a very emotional and distressed state, and we were unable to rely on the vet we had used for over 15 years. She literally didn’t call back before she went out of town.
