I brought my father's poodle there for a cough. Theu fixed him up with some meds and he is getting better. A positive result.

The young lady whom works alongside the Doctor. I believe her name is Arrielle. She is very professional. And she always greet me with a smile and she's very polite. After my first time visiting she even remembered my name. Excellent customer service and she was very genuine. Great job.

Dr Chung and his staff are like second family to me. They have taken care of my cats for several years. One of my cats had a kidney disease and Dr Chung was able to give me a few more years with him. At the end of my cats life, Dr Chung and his staff were so caring and supportive during that very difficult time. I will never forget that. He personally called me a few days later to check up on me because I was so devastated. How many vets do you know that do that? Arial is his right hand woman and does an amazing job. She is so sweet and caring and I am always happy to see her. She really goes out of her way to help you and your furry family members. I am so lucky to have them!

First we would like to say big Thank you Dr. Chung and your amazing assistant! They saved our German Shepherd girl life, 11 years old. She had mammary benign tumor and ovarian tumor, really bad condition, we adopted her without having any idea of the health condition. We are so happy of our decision to go to Dr. Chung’s hospital. From the beginning to the and with all the procedures, exams, care to the surgery. Now she’s doing well, she is happy and enjoying her retirement!

Dr. Chung and his staffs are always super friendly and very patient. He is very knowledgeable and if you have questions after the visit, you can call the clinic he always returned your call. Price is reasonable.

My wife and I have been bringing our dogs to Dr Chung for almost 12 years, even when we briefly moved 90 minutes away for work we still came here. He and his staff are always friendly, efficient, caring, understanding and trustworthy. We have referred several friends to Dr. Chung and they have all had the same experiences.

I can't express enough how wonderful Dr. Chung is with furry children. I've had pets my entire life and he is the very best of the best! He is honest, calm, sincere and cares deeply about his patients. If ever I move away from the Katy/Houston area, I would drive hours and trust my pets only with him. He saved my beloved, grumpy Himalayan when her kidneys failed. Not only did he save her but he also taught me to give her sub q fluids myself to save on costs and she lived another 5.5 years till she passed at 15. Not many vets would go out of their way to research and try new meds like he did. Ariel is also the best and kindest assistant ever.

We had the best experience at this clinic. Staff is very friendly, and Dr. Chung is absolutely amazing. We have searched for over 10 years to find a vet that is willing to listen to our concerns. He truly cares about the welfare of his patients. He is very straigh forward and most importantly honest. Dr. Chung called us personally many times throughout the time of surgery recovery for our senior companion. We have finally found our family veterinarian. Titer testing is also available.

I like Dr. Chung, he's honest and reasonable. Ariel, the nurse/reception is really nice to me and my dog. It's not a fancy vet clinic but I totally trust them.

Great vet thank you for help with our animals

We have been with Dr. Chung through three different animal clinics! The reason we chose to follow him wherever he went was that we could not have imagined having another vet who would have the same knowledge and rapport he did with my dog. She had a complicated situation with her leg since she was 9 months old and he treated her from the beginning, up until her passing at 15 years old, which he handled with the utmost compassion. He has very good energy and he genuinely cares for the well-being of his patients. He's great with families and pet parents, too! His animal hospital is clean, inviting, and his staff are friendly and professional. With the new dog, I make the drive and take him to Dr. Chung, as well. It's worth it!

Dr. Chung is the best vet in Cinco Ranch. Has been providing honest and caring advice for our pets for about 10 years now (pretty much from the time he opened). We take two cats and dog here regularly for all vet services. Dr. Chung has always provided us with excellent care with detailed explanations of diagnosis and treatment.

After dealing with other vets, who do just enough to do the job, Dr. Chung has been, by far, the most involved vet I've seen. On a busy day, he was able to slip my dog in between appointments. He has such a calm and caring demeanor, and thoroughly physically assessed my dog before determining that Xrays were needed. Other vets would have ordered them blindly. I will definitely be taking my dog back to him when I need veterinary care.
