We left our puppy for about a full week at Fidos and could certainly say our puppy was so well taken care. I would highly recommend this place.

Fidos home pet inn and spa was an amazing experience for me and my puppy. It felt very natural and easy to drop off my over excited puppy for boarding. Andy made sure to take great care of him and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need boarding or grooming in the future! If you're looking for a great place in Katy to take your pup for a groom, Fido's Home is the place to go! I took my 9-month old Maltipoo for a full groom and shave down. From the moment I inquired about booking an appointment to picking my pup up after her groom, let me just say that I was beyond satisfied with the service. When I dropped my pup off in the morning, Andy checked my pup in and they groomed her and she was ready for pick up in a couple of hours. I am extremely pleased with how her it turned out and I will definitely be back! Please do yourself a favor and give Fido's Home Pet Inn & Spa a change to take care of your pups needs!

I recently moved to Katy from out of state, a big priority was finding a reliable and loving dog sitter for my 8 year old gentle giant Tank. I called around other “pet resorts” and got very bad vibes and also did not like hearing that most all keeps the dogs in their rooms most of the day with occasional breaks and would charge an extra $20-25 for a small play time break…what! I came across Fido’s Pet Care…Andy was extremely informative about all the care they offer as well as the fun play time and activities they do for the dogs (at no extra costs BTW)… I tried Tank there for a weekend and he loved it, he gets fairly bad anxiety when we are apart and it’s great having Fido’s Pet Care down the street and knowing Tank will be in great hands. I would highly recommend for any age and size dog!

Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby. I left Louie for 5 nights and the trip went well. When Louie returns home, his behaves the same as he normally does. He seems to have spent five days there happily. His poop perfect, That means it is a very clean place, and there is no bacterial infection. Andy is kind and a really nice person. Thanks for the photos I appreciate it. I will definitely take my baby here on my next trip.

I absolutely love this place! I left my two pugs at Fido’s for boarding for around 20 days and I was extremely happy. The level of care for the dogs, the treats they made for them, is exactly how I treat my pugs at home. They were allowed to roam around and were never inactive or in their rooms. This is a picture I got from Andy while he and his daughter were playing with them. Will definitely be leaving my dogs here going forward!! They even got a free bath before I picked them up

I recently took a vacation and boarded my dog at Fidos Home Pet Inn & Spa. It was my first time going there, and I usually hate leaving my dog in a new place. When I spoke to Andy on the phone to make arrangements he put me at ease and was very friendly and professional. When I arrived to drop of my dog Andy met us at the door. He told us about his experience with dogs, the treats that he prepares, and the playtime my dog would receive. My dog seemed to like Andy right away. When I picked up my dog, her tail was wagging and she seemed very happy. Andy brought her out and put her in the car for me. My dog never usually comes from a boarding stay in a cheerful mood, but she was cheerful. It must be the friendly staff and the casserole that Andy makes for the dogs. I think his daughter also makes homemade dog treats. I especially love the fact that they gave my dog an exit bath and cut his toenails before I picked her up. Thanks for taking care of my girl.

This is my first time boarding my pup and I had some reservations, but after talking to Andy, I felt confident that my pet was in good hands! He answered all my concerns I had, detailed everything out as activities and feed go, and assured me my pup was well taken care of. My pup came home smelling like blueberries too! I will definitely return and use them again!

Excellent service. We have taken our dog to this pet inn about 3 times already. They always take good care of our dog and always have availability when needed.

During memorial day, most of the dog boarding places were closed. Luckily, Andy took my dog in last minute. He was nice and understanding of our situation and even sympathized with us. The exchange was very smooth, and when we got our dog back, he looked so lively and happy. This is definitely a place that i would recommend to anyone to let their dog stay at.

We had Fido’s do daycare for our dog four days in March and could not have been happier. She was wagging and happy to arrive and was happy when we picked her up. She was always clean and they do a nice job caring for our girl. We would Use them again, what more could I say.

I was very scared of leaving my dog Turbo in a boarding place because we adopted him 2 months ago and he is still very skittish. Andy met us outside his business and we sat on the floor until Turbo felt comfortable with him being around. We chat about life while he slowly approached Turbo and by the end of the conversation, both Turbo and I felt better. I picked up Turbo today and I can tell he was treated nicely. I was expecting him to be more scared than even and hide inside his crate as soon as we walked inside the house, but he didn’t. No regression in his behavior and anxiety! That’s a big thing for us!!!! Thank you Andy for everything!

Andy was AMAZING! We had to come into town and needed a place for our youngest fur child and found this place. Im so thankful for the responsiveness and quality car for our dog. We appreciate you guys!

This was my first time boarding my dog and I can’t say enough how amazing of an experience I had. The winter storm hit and delayed my ability to come home but my pup was well taken care of. He was so happy and had an amazing grooming. Thank you thank you! We will be back!!

Andy was able to take all 3 of my dogs last minute, during the Houston freeze 2021 while my home was being repaired. I couldn’t bring them to the hotel with me and Andy was recommended through a friend. He is amazing. He spent time with them (knew each one or their personalities on point) and was very understanding that they were traumatized. They came back home 2 weeks later, happy, healthy & well cared for. I highly recommend Fido’s & Andy! ????????????‍????

Andy and his team at Fido's was a life saver for me. Had a last second trip during Thanksgiving due to change of plans and of course everywhere was booked. Having our dog stuck in a long car ride wasn't going to be ideal but he was able to accommodate us for the entire break. Drop off and pickup was seamless. Picked up our dog and he smelled so good from the grooming and care he received. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A fantastic experience working with Andy! We had Fido’s groom our Goldendoodle and we could not be happier! She looks lovely and Andy and team clearly know what they are doing! Great price and customer service!

I was a little nervous about taking my puppy, sage, for the first time as she is very high anxiety driven. Fidos not only made Sage feel at home but they did a great job on her grooming and nail trim. I will definitely be bringing my other dog in for her grooming needs. It feels so good to finally find a reliable groomer! Thank you Fidos!

We are first time dog owners, and we recently got a puppy a few months back. I’ve known the owner for a pretty long time, and we immediately knew that this would be our puppy’s second home! As first time dog owners we had so many questions, Andy was so kind and helpful through the entire process. Our puppy absolutely loves Fidos and always has an amazing time there. I trust this place 100% and would recommend to everyone!

I made an appointment for my dogs to be groomed, they said "ok great next Friday" and went to hang up. I said "Um, what time?" And they said "8:30. ok?" Like they didn't give me any options. Whatever, I said ok. And then a few days later, I decided to cancel. I tried calling them (3 days in advance) to cancel, no one answered and there was no voicemail. So I tried calling the next day, still no answer, and no voicemail. So I kept trying to call, even the morning OF the appointment, and still no answer. So I don't know what happened to this place but answer your phones. They never called me about my "missed" appointment. I haven't heard from them at all.

Great places to board your pets. Andy is a true animal lover. Great care and great value.

Our Chinese Crested stayed there for 10 days with a grooming appointment at the end. He received the best haircut of his life! Our dog was very comfortable when we came to get him, and had even made a doggie friend! Don't worry if you call and the phone isn't immediately answered, they are busy caring for our babies. They call back promptly, and we had a wonderful experience!

I have tried calling this place to get more information and ask a few questions multiple times. 8 times across 4 days and have not gotten a single answer or call back. I have not ever used their service but if they cannot even answer the phone how can I trust them with my dog.

The only grooming place I go to since moving from New Orleans to Katy. My husky loves it here and they treat the dogs so well. I would never bring him anywhere else. The guy who works the front desk is so sweet and nice. I also love that they don’t use cages. My husky hates being in cages and hates being groomed so the no cage thing is great.

This place is great! They really take care of your animal. I did the grooming and I couldn't be happier with the work!
