Dog's Day Inn Katy, Texas

In the past, my dog had always been nervous when he is boarded, but he seems to like this place a lot.

Awesome place. Our pets were well taking care of for 3 days.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. One of my dogs has some separation anxiety, and she never seems agitated when I leave her in their care. ❤

It was excellent! Due to health issues, I asked for no season. They did an excellent job and I'll be back. Thank you

Really love this place. Our huskies don't look back when drop them off.

Great place. We have been taking Norman there for 7 years. He's 120lb Doberman. No Kathy you can not have him????????????.

SORRY TO ADD THAT IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE . WE LEFT OUR DOG- BROKLYN ON 6/8/21 AND COLLECTED ON 6/12/21. AS SOON AS SHE REACHED HOME, SHE VOMITED BADLY, GOT SICK AND WAS HAVING HIGH TEMPERATURE THRU OUT THAT NIHGT. THE FOOD GIVEN FOR HER BY US WAS RETURNED AS IT WAS. HER WATER CONTAINER WAS SO DRY THAT EVEN A SINGLE DROP WAS NOT IN IT. I AM NOT SURE IF THE FOOD GIVEN TO HER DID NOT SUIT HER OR WHAT ELSE CAN BE THE REASON OF HER SICKNESS.

I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the team at Dogs Day Inn. We left our senior Cocker Spaniel there while we went on vacation. Reilly came down with pancreatitis. They immediately called us to let us know of her status and helped coordinate getting her to the animal hospital. They went out of their way to drop her off and pick her up at the end of treatment. They accommodated her diet after treatment and made sure she was comfortable until our friend could pick her up. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. I can assure you your pet is in good hands at Dogs Day Inn. Thanks again to Kathy and the team for going way above and beyond to help our doggy!

Have used Dogs Day Inn Resort for several years. I feel my dogs are safe in protected high fence runs. Many activities are available such as play time with other dogs and swimming

Dogs daycare, are just places for your lovely pet to play and learn new tricks, while you and your family were gone for a long time or short time holiday.

Hair cut was a little short but people were nice and pet was happy.

Thank goodness for Dogs Day Inn Pet Resort. When our home lost power they took our furrbaby in. Very glad to know they are nearby.

Im so relieved that we found Dogs Day Inn. It was a last minute arrangement due to an emergency trip we had to take for 3 days out of town. We needed to take our bull terrier in to be looked after till we returned. We were nervous for her but we had no other option. We loaded her up with her bed, 1 toy, 3 days worth of her food, and her current shot records per the request of Dogs Day Inn. The staff greeted us and our puppy with great attitudes and "puppy talk" with our dog. The check-in was easy breezy and within about 5 minutes we were all done. The facility was pretty cool, I wouldnt mind sleeping there myself! They have a nice little pool/fountain area for the dogs, a secluded yard area for some exercise and potty duty and its all very tidy and clean. Its a very inviting atmosphere and it put our minds at ease. We paid for the EXECUTIVE package which was approximately $65 per day. Highly recommend this package folks. They also have a grooming service as well. Top notch yall!!

Dogs came back super happy. The girls are kind and were very patient with my calling them every day. I trust this place completely with the care of my boys ????????????

Caring group . Of course pets hate to be away from their owners, but i feel confident leaving my pet here and rates are reasonable.

Went in to take a look at the facility prior to boarding our dogs with them for an upcoming trip. The staff was very friendly. They took me on a tour to show me the options for boarding and doggy day care. They facility was clean and the outdoor play areas were clean. There is also a small pool for the dogs to play in. This was just based on a tour. Our boarding is upcoming so I will edit after our dogs stay. Also, we decided to choose this facility based on reviews and price. Most facilities close to Dogs Days Inn also have good reviews but are quite a bit more expensive and they offer the same amenities.

Staff was polite and responded quickly. They got both of my dogs in the next day for grooming appointments. Price was reasonable both of them got in and came out. They were clean and happy. I noticed one small discrepancy and it was rectified before I even left. I will absolutely be back!

My dogs are treated like family.

I think the staff is friendly yet stern. You need to have your pets fully vaccinated. They need to keep all pets safe. They treat My dog Levi great, he always comes home happy and filled with energy! I haven’t had any issues and its A nice little getaway for Levi. ????

Excellent place, my dog likes to come in. They have affordable prices for boarding, and they always make a space for my pet even during the holidays.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I took my pug here for their 2 week board and train program. I am new to Katy and did not know which dog boarding/trainings places are best for this area. I shopped around for awhile and chose this place. I thought that they were going to be great based of the reviews I read and the 100% guarantee that they offer. Their pricing was also the best I seen but now I really regret it. As you get what you pay for! Please please please do not take your fur babies here for their training program! During the 2 week program, I had to pick up my dog on day number 5.. Upon dropping off my dog the lady at the front desk (who claimed to be the manager) has a very rude and dry personality. I asked quite a few questions as I was filling out the paper work because I wanted to make sure that my doggo was going to be safe there. Every question I asked she answered with a smart and rude attitude and didn't really explain anything I was asking.. Every day up until the 5 days I called to check on my dog and make sure she was doing well. Each time I was rushed off the phone and given a very short response, "She's good". They would not go into detail and it really upset me.. on the 5th day I called and requested they send me pictures of her. At first they hesitated to say they would. However about 5 hours later I received photos of my dog.. She had blood shot red eyes and a missing match of fur, and wound down to her skin! Im not sure if they used a shock collar or not but if sure looked like it to me. When I asked them what about it they danced around the subject and tried to blame a flimsy plastic name tag they had on her. I was livid. When we called to tell them we were going to pick her up, they put on us on hold saying "let me make sure you allowed too". As if they were going hold our dog!! Once we got home I realized they didn't even feed our dog her normal diet. She has had bad diahrehha for a few days and her food bucket looked like it hadn't really been touched.. I can also tell she under went trauma while there because since she has been home she has been timid and not fully herself. I urge you to PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH FUR BABIES!

This place is wonderful. Staff is super nice, facilities are spotless, and my dog is always excited to get dropped off for day care. Would highly, highly recommend.

I brought my dog here as a last minute reservation. I was very impressed and she will be a regular now. The staff if very friendly and kind. The building is clean and well kept. My dog was very happy when I picked her up--which is a sign she was well cared for--she was actually too busy loving the gal that collected her for me to notice I was there.

Great for dog boarding and daycare! Nice staff My family had up to 3 dogs at a time that we had to send here when we went away. The place rents out dog rooms for them to stay in instead of just lines of crates that you see at some places. This is really cool because they can stay together. They also offer daycare where, just as it sounds, drop off a dog for the day. Great for busy families. 2 of our 3 dogs are old while the other is energetic and young so we send her to daycare a couple times a week to interact with other dogs. I think she likes it. Would reccomend
