Dee’s Pawfection Katy, Texas

We took our 8 month old maltipoo to this place, and they said they couldn’t finish our dog. they blow dried him out, cut he’s hairs and didn’t finish that.They also didn’t cut his nails which was the first thing we asked them to do.But they still had us pay 50 dollars for a incomplete horrible job.They sent our dog home looking completely different and messed up.

Highly recommend! Everyone is very nice lots of treats & accessories for my frenchie & she was well groomed. This will be my new puppy's new groomers!!

We take our little dog here about once a month. The service is always great and our dog always looks fantastic. Our dog is a drama queen and they still put up with her.

My dog is 13. She's had quite a few haircuts. Definitely the best haircut ever at Dee's. I got charged an extra $15 for something (not sure what for, husband picked her up and didn't ask), but her haircut is so good that I can't even be mad. We will for sure go back.

Such and kind and caring owner! You can really tell that Dee loves what she does and makes sure your furry family members are taken care of. Absolutely recommend.

I took my dog for a nail trim as I can’t do it by myself. I have a large 75 lbs dog who doesn’t bite or is aggressive, but she uses her entire strength to pull her paws away. The employees were very helpful and patient with my baby and were able to successfully complete the job. Thank you.

We love Dee's!!! They do a great job grooming and do it with love and care. They also have doggie daycare and boarding. All the dogs there seem happy and content.

This was by far a horrible experience. My dog was brought in that morning and still was not finished when I came to pick him up.There were no follow-ups to let me know how my dog was doing or even the progress that was made on his grooming. The worker had a very displeasing attitude when asked what time my dog would be finished. Pretty show on the outside, bad attitude on the inside.

They did great with Miss Belle. She was a new woman.

Ok so I have a sweet baby girl,we have had bad hair cuts. She was actually pawfected!!! She was along time but as long she was good; it's all good. She is a silky terrior (yorkie)

Excellent service, I had my dogs nails ground, attendant was super fast and my dog is a problem dog while getting her nails done.

I dropped my dog off at 12:30 for his appointment. Mind you they close at 6, so I come to pick up my dog at 6 and he’s still not ready. One of the staff workers responded that she’s frustrated and that I’ll have to come back whenever they get they’re finished. All these hours and they hadn’t even started on him. Very tacky and unprofessional!

I was told one price and charged another. My dog was charged the fee for a Large Dog. My rat terrier weighs about 6 LBs max. Very over priced for a basic wash

Took my 12 year old lab in for a bath. Ended up getting the Spa Deluxe package. Was about $50.00 and worth every single penny. Her coat was the softest I have ever felt. Her smell was absolutely amazing! The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Definitely will be back!!!! Pawperfection is spot on for a name!

All I have to say is my dog comes back smelling great.

Excellent place. Marvelous experience for my Lea. They went above and beyond to make my nervous girl feel relaxed and comfortable. She had The Works done, and they filed and trimmed her nail to perfection. When I picked her up she looked adorable, and her paws were soft and very well clipped and filed. Highly recommend this place for all of your grooming needs. They also offer more services for your four legged kids. Will definitely come back!

I had high expectations of this place. It looks really nice inside and everybody was really friendly and inviting. However, the value just wasn’t there. Over the phone, I was told the maximum I would be charged for my Labradoodle is $110. However, after his grooming they charged me $145, and all they did was shave him entirely. They also trimmed his whiskers down to a nub which I was advised to NEVER do. I feel I would of gotten a much better value at PetSmart considering what I got. I will not be going here again.

We took our Goldendoodle, Olivia, to get groomed here, and they did a fantastic job! Chris, her groomer, was so good with her & had her looking like a princess when she was all done! The customer service was also very good! We will definitely be going back!

It was my first time going to this place I took my dog to get deshedded and when I got her back there was absolutely no difference I was pretty disappointed because I expected the things they said they were going to do to be done well, but even her ears were still dirty, and my dogs hair even looked messier than before . The price was also so high for there to be so little difference in the end. On the other hand the lady who helped us was really nice and my dog smelled good. The deshedding also worked pretty good for only being the first time.

Every time I go to Dee’s their positive energy puts a smile and I could swear it helps my dog calm down. He normally hates getting his nails cut but Marissa handles his outbursts very well. I 100% recommend!

They left my fur baby oso looking like one handsome king. They have a great/fun variety of dog treats. The ladies and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My oso was in good hands, he looked really happy this is a great place to treat your fur baby. Not to mention that the staff looks really happy to work here, ( they even remembered my oso) that was a plus ????. Their attentiveness makes me feel good that I can trust them with my fur baby. ????????

My mom brought our puppy at 10 am (the appointment time) to get groomed. They did not finish grooming her until 7pm! During that period of time, my mom was not updated on the status of our puppy being groomed! Which is completely unprofessional. My mom then went inside to see what was going on and they claimed our puppy was aggressive and being problematic! That is not true. Our dog has never been known to be aggressive. EVER. If you can’t handle a 2lb puppy, then you should not be in this business! Period. Our puppy is now traumatized! She came home broken down. This was the worst experience for her! and we will not be returning!

Dee groomed my elderly cats who doesn’t go often. I did stay for support. She was patient with my babies and made a hug difference. The staff was nice as well. She did a great job.

I went in this Saturday to get My German Shepherd's nailed trimmed since he had them very long, and they did such an amazing job with him as he has a bit of separation anxiety. They were able to get nailed down to a good size and the cost was reasonable. The girl up front was very nice and gave me more information that will help me for future appts. Thank you I will be back you earned a new client.

10/10, I believe it was Dee herself who helped my furr baby. She was very gently and patient with Felix (3 legged cat) and made him feel as comfortable as a cat can be when taking a bath. I will definitely continue to go here in the future.

I hate to write this review! but I have to warned you about this! My dog come back with Fleas.... please keep an eye on this matter.
