Walked out after dropping my baby off and I was greeted by an employer and his pit bull. I said hi to the dog and it proceeded to lunge at my face and tear my jacket. If I had not backed my head away it would have torn my face apart. Got ONE day free and a few nonchalant apologies.

Good place for pet care boarding and lodging! Meghan was extremely helpful in making sure put puppy got the attention and care needed and making sure he's comfortable. Viewing our puppy on cam was a good feature! They gave him an awesome bath and trim right before we picked up. Definitely recommend! Prices can be a bit reasonable.

I love this place. The people are friendly, so helpful, & they answered all my questions. My puppy Coco has the best time there & I know she is in good hands.

This was our first time taking our babies here for boarding, and this will now be our go to spot! The employees are kind and you really feel like they care about your doggies. They have you fill out a personality form for your dogs, and I love that they take that care and attention. The space is clean, open, and spacious. Take your babies here!

I’m so happy I found this location!!! My babies have gone here twice and I’m just amazed at the hair cut the groomer was able to do on them. I love how they listen and ask you what you want on them and it’s exactly how I pictured them! It also makes me super happy that the staff is so kind to me and my babies as soon as we walk in 10/10 amazing service!

I had last minute travel plans during the memorial day weekend and happen to use Wuf pet resort to board my fur baby. Reviews were decent so I went ahead with the booking as this place was very close to the airport. To start with when we picked our dog he was missing 4 teeth (canines included), he had a scratch on his ear like a wound and got conjunctivitis in his right eye. Furthermore, the play areas are not cleaned regularly, for instance most of the small dogs are not let outside and they just relieve themselves in the play area; someone just comes and sweeps it over. If you happen to catch a stench its because of that reason. How do we know this? We monitored on their own cams occasionally and thats when we observed this kind of "professionalism".

Picking to take care of our first furry baby was one of the hardest decisions we have made. Making sure you pick the right people to look over your child can be very difficult. But finding this place was a blessing it self. Walking in you can really see how the staff enjoy to be there and enjoy the animals that are there. Taking a tour really settled our decision for our baby to stay there while we went out of town. Able to see him over there daily cameras really give us an extra peace of mind. The cherry on top was the wonderful email we received out of the blue of how our dog was with a picture. Really made us fall in love. Our baby boy enjoyed every minute and you can tell once we picked him up. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family. Glad to have a place to take our baby’s .

Our dogs love coming to Wuf Spa! This is the only place where we feel comfortable leaving them whether for daycare or boarding (even though there are other daycare/boarding facilities a lot closer to our house). The staff are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs and always greet them so enthusiastically. I love that I can check in on our dogs via the camera and when they boarded I even got an email update on how they were doing. So glad we found this place!

We really like how they operate! The dogs play most of the day and get rest/meal breaks. They have 1/2 day rates & will comp daycare if the dog gets a spa service. Staff is friendly too!

They were good with my fur babies but hard to get to from my home. The groomer made a very rude comment to me while picking up my pups the third and last time that I took them there so I won't go back. It's your decision....

Having experienced multiple hostels and resorts before, i can say this is the BEST place to leave my fur baby behind while i am away. I left my 2.5 year old dog Casper at this facility for 22 days while i was gone for my wedding. I am too possessive of my dog and being away from him is always painful for me. The way wuf resort treated my dog is exceptional and they kept me posted for how my pup is doing. I was able to enjoy my wedding without worrying about my dog. I was able to watch him all time and any time. Following are the key points that makes this place awesome. • Big private rooms with TV, beds • Big yard for pups to play during sunny days • Clean and hygenic indoor play rooms • Water available to pups all time • Food and meds served on time • If you are concerned about your pups health, they will watch out for it and keep you posted • Medicated baths available (they trim nails and you dont even have to ask) • Less charges for boarding than other places with much more facilities • Free online web cam (no need to pay to some app like other facilities) • Camera at all places including rooms • Compassionate crew members • Tour of facility available on request I wanted to think of some con but I am just too happy with Wuf resort. ????. Definitely going there again.

My dog loves it there and they treat him like family and it makes me feel comfortable and grateful to know he is looked after, while I'm away for most of the day, on the days I need him to be looked after!

Thank you Wuf Pet Resort & Spa for everything your staff does (Camila, Meagan, Shannon and others). Day Care: My wife & I love knowing when we drop off our Rough Collie, Apollo, he's going to be in great hands. He runs into the building and immediately runs to the back with one of your great staff members ready to play. He comes home exhausted with a smile in his face :) Side note, we enjoy watching the cameras through out the day that are available to access via the website while we're working and seeing all the dogs have fun. Boarding: We only boarded him once for a week, but he enjoyed it so much when we picked him up he didn't even show that he missed us. We even think he wanted to stay another week. Groomer: Thank you Shannon for the great job you do with our double coated fur baby. We know it's ruf having that much fur, but he always comes back to us looking handsome and smelling great once you've done your magic. I've attached 2 photos that you guys took on his birthday, thank you for those :) I would recommend y'all to anyone a thousand times over.

We love Wuf. They’re easy to communicate with and we love that we have access to day play cameras. One of the few boarding facilities we’ve found that don’t require extra for day play and they also give great exit baths.

You get what you pay for... Sure it’s a tad costly but the staff is great, the groomer does a nice job, playtime is an awesome addition and the suites with cameras is a nice touch. I love this place. UPDATE: Been using them for over a year now and moved once since then and my Standard Poodle knows when we are headed to Wuf as soon as we get on 35S. She’s so excited. Forget that she’s freaks out and throws fits when I’m packing my bag and my other half isn’t. If we both pack bags she’s all excited because she knows where she’s going! If she’s happy and actually eats while she stays several nights, I can’t ask for more. I’d drive out my way and head straight to DFW airport if it meant she gets playtime, a good grooming and comes home healthy. She sleeps for 36 hours which is perfect when we get back home and we want to do the same.

All my dogs love it here! I have two puppy who have a blast at day care and always look so good after they get bathed and groomed. I also have one very old dog who can get stressed and does not get along with other dogs. They are really gentle with her when she gets groomed and then keep her in a private room where someone checks in on her very often until I come to pick her up. 10/10 love this place could not recommend it enough.

Not only are they accommodating - But are also kind, trustworthy and loving. We wouldn't leave our (special needs) full German Shepherd with another facility. The grooming is beyond words, especially during 'blowout coat' session! The suites & cameras helped us on our first 3 day vaca without her. (We, admittedly, watched her - more than our surroundings. Be wary of THAT. lol) We are fortunate to live close to this hidden jewel.

This is the ONLY place we will leave our German Shepard for grooming & daycare - let alone a very rare overnight stay. They are extremely accommodating, personal and go above and beyond - especially for her young hip dysplasia, which must be monitored. We use them more than our own vet's grooming service and hope to for years to come!

Their staff is Super Friendly & they care for your fur babies as if they were their own. The facility is dogs dream. If you are looking for a place, I would highly recommend them.

I'm sad to write this because I used to love this place, but I believe its important that both potential & current clients know. Wuf Pet Resort & Spa made it a practice of leaving an uncovered mop bucket containing chemicals & septic fluids on the play floor. My dog drank out of it & was subsequently diagnosed with chemical/aspiration pneumonia. I understand that there are inherent risks to boarding your dog, such as kennel cough or other viruses, as are outlined in the contract. However, a mop bucket of caustic & corrosive chemicals open on the play floor would not be considered an inherent risk. That's negligence. The contract (which is on their website) was breached in 2 ways: 1) The mop bucket being accessible to animals in the first place. 2) They didn't tell me that Cleon had "a habit of drinking out of the mop bucket"... meaning he had done it more than once & I was not informed. Cleon had widespread pneumonia & increased lung sounds in all fields, but with no fever or raised white blood cell count (which is common in bacterial pneumonia). According to the vets & the ASPCA Poison Control Report on his case, the most likely explanation for the kind of serious inflammation in his lungs & GI tract upset was chemical exposure & ingestion. I tried to reason with Charla, the owner, about having his medical bills paid for & my money/investments in their establishment reimbursed due to their breach of contract. I was given the run around for weeks & ultimately she defended leaving the bucket out, saying that I would find mop buckets in any dog daycare. Which is true -- except every other dog daycare I've been to (and spoken with) actually either covers the bucket or puts it behind a wall for safety. When I called Charla on this, she told me their policies were now "being reviewed". And while I'm glad to know this, it has come at the financial, emotional & health costs of my dog Cleon & I. I'm of the belief that if you make a mistake, you own up to it & make it as right as it possibly can be. Wufspa clearly breached contract in multiple ways, so I wanted my money back. That seems fair to me. Charla was adamant that I couldn't prove that Cleon's condition was as a result of him drinking out of their mop bucket. All I can say is that all signs point to it; every vet was scratching their heads until they learned about his chemical exposure. The timing lines up, as do his symptoms. Vet records show he was treated for chemical pneumonia, not bacterial pneumonia. Even if the bucket had nothing to do with his condition, Wufspa still breached contract by having accessible chemicals on the play floor, and also by not informing me that he drank them. It is worth noting that if you have been a customer of this business at any point in the last 13 years, contract has likely been breached for you, too. Charla admitted both directly & indirectly that their mop bucket policies have always been this way, saying they've "been in business for 13 years & never had a problem". I made it clear that I would not consider this matter closed until I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that there are adequate safety measures in place for the dogs. I've heard nothing in response on this from Wuf Pet Resort & Spa. Charla sent me a check for about 25% of the medical & boarding reimbursements & wrote in the memo line: "Full and Final Settlement of All Claims" -- Which I did not agree to. To me, that felt straight up manipulative. I used to love Wufspa, their cameras, staff & facility. But how this traumatic issue has been handled lacks integrity & honesty, and it's shocking. A cover for the mop bucket costs $10. Their negligence may have almost cost me my dog's life. For anyone interested, feel free to reach out with questions. More than anything, as a pet parent, consider the trust we need to have in an establishment to hand over our pet to someone's care.
