The photo speaks for itself, thanks Alexandra M. I’m in shock. My family thought it was some kind of prank or joke. I can’t believe I paid for this, and will have to pay more to fix it, since this Petco location will not fix their mistake. I’m still trying to put myself in the groomer’s position and come up with reasons why she thought this haircut was acceptable and finished. I couldn’t think of any reason that would justify this. Besides the fact that this is the worst haircut my dog has ever received, the staff were incredibly rude and were blaming me for the botched cut. I’ve never been more excited to leave a store.

I really enjoy coming here, even if most my orders are done online with in store pickup. Employees have always been kind and courteous. Very professional. But what stands out the most are the times ido shop in store, which is usually because I have looking for something new(food, toys, harness, leash etc.) The folks here always are asking if they can help me find something. And when i do have questions, I've always been responded to with a smile and my own person guided tour to locate what I had in mind. To top it of, the employees always say to give infirmation etc about the product I'm looking for and if they don't happen to remember or know the answer they actually go and speak to someone who does and then relates to me. You just don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. And that's why I needed to leave a review for this particular location. They do work with the customer in mind. And that is such a wow in this day and time. Thanks guys!

Petco staff are very friendly and helpful.

Make sure you buy ick treatment for your aquarium if you get any fish here because they all come with a case of it.

Employees are always very nice to me and my dog, but in-store prices always seem higher than their competitors. That said they have some great online offers and i have switched most of my Hills Science Diet dog food purchases to Petco.com.

This staff is super groovy! Not only was she happy to help me with a heater for our beta... but she eagerly assisted me with my Petco app so that I could use my online price match code! Also one of the grooms/women helped me with an anxiety sprinkle that will help our dog with her anxiety.

Went and got our dog groomed, everything looked good but we were saying his nails needed serious attention but it looks like they cut one of his nails down to the nub it looks like it was bleeding (and the groomer got scared) and didn’t touch the other ones which is a little frustrating considering how much we paid.

Victoria has excellent customer service!!!! Helped me out a lot during my shopping trip.

Petco always has a wide selection of products I am looking for when no one else has them. Very nice staff

Took my mastiff in for nail trim. everyone of the staff was informative and helpfull.

I was easily able to find my items and there was no wait at checkout.

I’ve been coming for about a year and a half soley to this location and they never dissapoint. Everyone here is super friendly and always makes sure they have what I need. They usually have some crazy deal going on that saves you like 25% to some things BOGO. I love the place!

Grooming was excellent. Very nice people.

They had what we were looking for so they get 4 stars for that. However, the store seemed dirty. Seems like a remodel might be a good idea for this location. Fixtures for fish etc..were dingy/dirty. Might be a sign of a age which is why I would suggest a remodel. Also, customer service was not great. Oh and there is an angry looking dog groomer. But again, they had the items we wanted.

It's always nice to come here, Buff and Markia is awesome and willing to help!

I like Petco but their prices are extremely high especially hey you can get it at Walmart for half the price
