Our Saint loves pet paradise. The service is always nice and friendly but also prompt. We are able to watch Saint interact with other dogs on camera. I am a super picky dog mom and this place meets my expectations.

Always superb service from the front desk. They acknowledge you when you walk in (yes that's a big deal especially nowadays), answer all your questions and Dog Mom concerns before dropping off your baby for boarding. They're the only place I take Prince to for boarding. They also do daycare and grooming there as well.

The staff was deceitful and gave the misleading information. I was told I would be able to cancel the reservation within 7 days. I cancelled the reservation within 6 days of my reservation date due to plan change. It turned out to be 7 days notice or 7 days prior to the boarding day, which was not what I was told. They were not willing to refund the deposit and I was brushed off by the staff for giving me the store credit instead of the refunds.

We love everything about Pet Paradise. The team at Las Colinas are welcoming and friendly. Most of all we trust them to take care of our most important girl when we are away. Safe & clean.

Me and Queen love this place. This is our second time using them. You can't beat the price.Everyone is always friendly and outgoing. I've done the dog boarding grooming and her ice cream when she's there. I also appreciate the fact they take dogs that aren't fixed. This is my new place to take Queen when I'm going on vacation.

Prior to bringing my puppy here for his free trial day, I was told that I would receive a tour of the facility. Upon arrival the front desk associate asked if I could wait until after I picked him up for a tour. I was told I would be updated throughout the day on how he's doing and would receive pictures. Excited to see how he was doing, I checked the cameras multiple times but never saw him in playgroup. I never received any pictures or updates, and when I picked him up they didn't give me a tour. I really wanted to like this place, but I have a feeling he was probably only in playgroup for a few minutes and then left in his room for the rest of the day. I even noted for them to let me know if he doesn't do well, so I can pick him up. He did seem happy. I just wish there was better communication and a tour was given. Now I don't trust leaving my pup here.

Had card processing issues they said system issues, manager went off on us later blaming us for their inability to process the transactions in front of other customers. The manager raised their voice and was very rude when we notified them multiple times that we hadn't been charged. Quality used to be great, now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We love taking our dogs here. Before COVID, we didn’t need an appointment, we could just walk-in and drop our pups off. Now, it is booked all the time unfortunately. Recommendation to customers: plan ahead and set an appointment a few days in advance

Piper had a great time at his free "Acquaintance Day" and we even found him on the cameras a few times enjoying himself! They rotate your dog with play time and rest time so Piper came home tired from playing but not overly worn-out, it was great! During check out, Dayna happily answered all questions and even gave us a summary of how Piper was during his visit. All staff members seemed to be courteous and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed his Lil Camper report card. I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise.

Not professional at all. How do you lose a reservation? Attempted to talk to the regional manager and have not heard back. Don’t waste your time.

My Shih Tzu has been attending Pet Paradise doggy day camp for a couple of years now and I highly recommend the site. The staff is very familiar with him even though he doesn't go as often. The establishment is always really clean and the staff are always friendly. Be mindful that there are certain play hours for the dogs and get that info up front to have clear expectations. I was really thrown off their process at first. You can navigate through the website easily and they have events such as wacky Wednesday's and holiday specials. Check them out!

The staff is super friendly but I guess maybe my expectations were too high. My pup has separation anxiety so I take him to daycare instead of leaving him home alone. In addition to that, when I am working from home I want him to be able to go somewhere and play and have fun with other dogs while getting his exercise. This place could work for people with older dogs or dogs that are fine alone but my pup was there 4 hours and played the first 20 min that I dropped him off. The rest of the time he was back in a stall alone. I dropped him off around 11:50 and he played maybe 30 minutes Max (they said 20) and then back to the stall he went. I was told there is a lunch break for an hour. I looked at 1-230 didn’t see him. More than half that time all play areas were empty. I checked again at 345, he wasn’t out there. It seems like the entire time he was there minus the 20-30 in the beginning he was back in a stall. I hate that, it’s pointless for me to send him to daycare so he can play bur instead out of the almost 4 hours he was there he played 20-30 min and spent 3.5 hours alone in his own stall. Definitely won’t be coming back. My pup has separation anxiety, day care is for him to not feel alone otherwise I would leave him at home where he’s more comfortable. Also not sure why there aren’t cameras in the stall areas.

After years bringing my dog here for grooming today they made the worst possible experience for me, all thanks to the gentleman answering the phone in the reception, thanks to you Im never coming back to this business. He claims that I was told to bring my pet vaccination record 3 weeks ago when I called to make my appointment, wrong! I was not told anything about this. He claims I was told the same yesterday over email and phone, after he said this 3 times I asked to what email, he said opps we dont have it, they left a voicemail and it doesnt say anything about vaccine record, that is a voicemail so double proof. I hope this guy gets fired because noy only he was calling me a liar with his attitude he didnt even believed any word I said. Thanks pet paradise for this guy, I will never come back again.

I'm giving it two stars b/c most of the staff are friendly and the outside play areas are large (when the dogs are taken out to play, which is done erratically and inconsistently; your dog could go several hours without being taken outside). Don't believe it when they tell you your dog will get 3 hours outside every day, because it most likely won't even be close to that. We took Rocket here for almost a year before we were told we weren't allowed back after being 8 minutes late to pick him up on a Sunday. When my husband Josh dropped Rocket off that morning, the manager Roger told Josh they were overbooked (had 150 dogs there that day) and that they couldn't guarantee Rocket any time outside. I was very upset to hear this from Josh (and would've taken Rocket elsewhere if we hadn't had an appointment to get to) and had initially planned to ask for a discount for the day in light of all this, but I decided to drop it since we were 8 minutes late picking Rocket up. When I got there to pick up Rocket (we called on the way there), Roger curtly and impolitely told me we had to pick our dog up on time. Roger told me he was struggling to get a dog his medication, implying that was my fault for being late to get Rocket (I'm not sure how being late means he can't give a dog its medication, but it certainly reinforces the concerns I had that they weren't capable of giving my dog his Heartguard chew when we boarded him). I was pretty taken aback, particularly given what had happened that morning, and I said so. Roger told me that since I didn't like his services, I couldn't come back ever again. Given how extreme and bizarre Roger's terrible customer service was, we figured he was just stressed over having to attend to overpacked dog kennels and figured he'd go back to normal on Tuesday, 6/1. Nope. He told my husband he would take Rocket the rest of the week but that I wasn't allowed to pick him up (had I known this, I would've told my husband to bring him home and never leave him there again, since I'm not leaving my fur baby with a man who says he'll hold him hostage from me). That night, I went to cancel all future reservations online (so I could stop getting notifications and to ensure I wouldn't be charged), but Roger had already blocked my account, and I couldn't do so. Besides having an unprofessional manager, Las Colinas is also the dirtiest of 5 daycares we've taken Rocket to (4 in the Dallas area). Even before the Ridiculous Roger incident, I would sometimes work from home when I could just so I wouldn't have to deal with my dog smelling like a mix of a urinal and chemicals when we picked him up. It was so bad, I even asked if what they're using to clean the fake grass with is safe for dogs. Getting kicked out by Roger was a blessing in disguise, b/c it forced me to be less lazy and try a few other places that are less convenient but where Rocket gets to play more and doesn't leave absolutely filthy.

First time w any pet care and pet paradise and last. One overnight stay and paid for bath. Received her and she looked like she played in dirty water. Come to find out after giving her a bath she has fleas as well.

Finally found a daycare that convinced me I didn't have to worry about my babies, outside of my care. I felt they truly cared about my loved ones, just as much as I do. It showed in the day to day. Thank you for being trustworthy.

Everyone is so nice! My dogs does daycamp at least once a week and is well taken care of. The camera in the play area is a fun perk and the wacky wednesday photos are hilarious.

Our puppies love it here. Going on 3 years taking them here. Minoko is great for grooming. Roger is great. He listens and truly cares about our dogs well-being. Will continue to come here for all our dogs day care and boarding.

YES! What a great staff, from front to back. They were so kind to me through the entire process and I love being able to check on the babes while they’re playing on the camera. I’m always nervous leaving them places, but I’m actually comfortable taking them to daycare once a week here now! Highly recommend!

Brought my dog in to “get acquainted” and left him there for about 5 hours while I ran a few errands. Throughout those 5 hours I consistently watched the web cams to see when my dog would be taken out which he was, ONE TIME, for 15 minutes during the course of 5 hours. I called the daycare to see how he was doing and the woman I spoke to said “he’s having the time of his life!” and reassured me he would be taken out at least 2 more times. Upon picking up my dog the woman said “Oh, he just got back from playing outside, he was having so much fun, but that’s okay!” which I immediately knew was a lie because I consistently watched the webcams up until the moment I parked at the facility. My dog was there from 12pm to 5pm and was only taken outside ONCE and the staff had the audacity to LIE. Not only was I not satisfied with the care that my dog received, but shortly after my dog was diagnosed with kennel cough. I will most definitely not be returning to this facility nor do I recommend it.

Love every experience at Pet Paradise - Las Colinas! They really take good care of our pets and I feel 110% safe and confident that I'm leaving Lilly with the best! Even when my Lilly was on medication, they took care of giving her her prescription! Follow their instagram, they post pics of the animals throughout the day!
