Extremely poor customer service. I thought I was getting a neighborhood business. It turned out that it is just a corporate owned location. They have a complete lack of understanding when it comes to customer service and I will no longer use them. Ultimately I don’t think they will even care about loosing a pet family.

Only vets office I've ever been to that did not smell like a vets office. The place is immaculate the employees are nice and beyond helpful. The rates are reasonable and when you leave, you kinda feel like they might have undercharged you. I've paid allot more for far worse facilities and staff. They have a customer for life.

They are always nice, treat my dogs well. I've been going to PPC since 96.

Amidst a crisis with our cat, Prestonwood Pet Clinic “blacklisted” us from receiving veterinary care, after a mis-communication with an associated specialist vet who could not handle addressing our valid questions. The fact that we were “blacklisted” was not communicated promptly. Unfortunately, amidst a crisis, the receptionist explained that we were “blacklisted” and could not articulate why. Prestonwood shows no sympathy towards animals and should be ashamed of themselves. Now, our cat has a time sensitive medical issue and will likely continue suffering in the short term due to the incompetence and lack of compassion towards animals shown by this vet practice. Not only do they unjustly blacklist patients, they are unable to defend their actions. I would not recommend Prestonwood to anyone, and will be spreading the word about this clinic! Follow-up edit: we have since found a new vet who actually listened to our concerns, and was able to successfully heal our cat! Thanks, Prestonwood for kicking us to the curb! Had you not fired us, our cat would surely still be sick!

We highly recommend Prestonwood Pet Clinic. They have provided life-long care to all of our pets for 30 years. The Drs are very knowledgeable. Our pets who have passed received great, compassionate care through the very end. We've always been given honest advice to help us make decisions. Everyone in the clinic is loving & professional, & clearly loves animals. Illnesses & injuries are quickly, successfully treated, surgery & other procedures are well-done with no post-op issues. No unnecessary tests or services have been suggested. If added tests or services are recommended, reasons are always well-explained & never pushed. All of our questions & concerns are patiently well-answered, almost always on the same day we ask. When specialized services & treatments were necessary (cataract surgeries & cancer treatments) the Drs at Prestonwood Pet Clinic gave us referrals for excellent Drs & specialty hospitals/clinics. We have complete confidence in Prestonwood Pet Clinic to give our pets the very best care possible.

They are being very careful about covid. Someone comes to your car and takes your pet inside and they let you know how long it will be. If it is long you may leave and they will call you when it is time to come back. The vet that we met was very friendly and helpful. She seemed to be very caring.

Impossible to reach by phone. Lady who answers the phone is ridiculously annoying. Impossible to get an appointment or brief information. It is not that they are all booked again the front desk is extremely slow! I waited more than 30 min in my car to give a sample. Vet is fine but her team needs a more training.

We had gone here for 15 years. Dr Jackson and Casey the receptionist left the practice when they moved and went corporate. We refuse to see Dr Bright because she laughed saying our dog wasn’t eating because he realized he was overweight and turns out he wasn’t eating because he had cancer. By the time we decided to get a second opinion from a new vet they found he had cancer and couldn’t be saved. We tried some of the new vets there and have decided it’s worth the drive to find a more caring type of vet.

We’ve been to many veterinarians in the area with foster dogs, but this is where I bring my own dog. We love the staff here. They take such good care of my dog and are great at sending reminders for medication refills and when it’s time for her next appointment. Highly recommend.

The Veterinarians who work here treat your furry family as their own. Had to get one of mine checked today. Emailed them this morning and even though they were completely booked they allowed me to wait in the parking lot till they could get him worked in. Amazing staff who knows how to deal with the fur babies and their insane owners.

Treated my Blaze (Pomeranian) starting at the age of 6...tummy aches, hair loss concerns, seasonal allergies, and teeth cleanings. They also were very caring and humane when his heart condition finally became more than either he or I could manage at the age of 14.

Be very careful that you understand this. When you go to get your heartworm from petmeds they will not send a prescription to them. You are held hostage to have to buy from them or get a separate exam for your dog. You have to either get an exam for your dog at $65 which is separate from all of their shots. So I got the shots and now 1800 pet meds was going to be $133 for 18 doses and they are charging me $140 for 12. VERY VERY SHADY. CAN'T USE CHEWEY, CANT USE PETMEDS. HAVE TO PAY AN INFLATED PRICE THROUGH THEM

Wouldn’t trust my sweet little Coton Indie with anyone else besides Prestonwood Per Clinic. They’re great with her and last time we were there one of them gave my sweet girl a pep talk before she had her temperature taken (in the place no one likes their temperature taken). Little things like that go a long way. Love this place and their team.

Took my "pound puppy" Athena to Prestonwood Pet Clinic for her 1st vet visit a week and a half ago. Casey is amazing, friendly, professional and very patient. I had to reschedule 3 times due to work and she was so nice about rescheduling each time. Dr Andrea Bright and Andrew are wonderful!! They did the entire visit on the clean floor on my puppy's level. This was very impressive to me! Athena felt very comfortable and relaxed during her entire physical! Yes, even for the temperature taking and puppy shots/immunizations. I am headed back there now to schedule Athena's 2nd appointment. (15 minute walk from my house and they give Athena treats) Prestonwood Pet Clinic texted me a reminder to set her 2nd appointment and which shots were going to be administered. I highly recommend this clinic to all animal lovers!!!

Casey that works up front is so friendly and such a big animal lover. She has so much patience. I really don't know how she does it. She handles a crazy office surrounding. Staff seems very friendly and loving and caring. My dog will be boarding there for a few days in August. I know it is the safest place for him to be and they will take extra good care of him. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a new veterinarian or wants to change.
