Dr. Nichols is the best! She has taken care of our two Cavaliers for several years. Dr. Nichols is always polite and shows great concern and care for our dogs. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

I had a great experience Dr. Dave Washatka was awesome examine my dog, he was professional and caring about his heart murmur issue, he gave me meds and some good advice how to take care of my dog. Tech Lindsay was awesome too, she checked my dog as well and was sincere / caring towards his condition. I want to thank you all including Jenny & staff of making a early appointment. I will keep coming back to North Dallas Vet, everybody is great :-)

ND Vet has been amazing for our dog! We were referred here by the shelter we adopted our dog from and they have been so great. We even moved a half hour away. But I still bring my dog here because I love and trust them so much. All the staff are so nice and professional and always do a great job. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my dog here for years and have had positive experiences every time I go. The admin team is friendly, the techs are awesome and all of the Vets we have had appointments with over the years are the best.

My experience from North Dallas Veterinary Hospital were most definitely nice and professional and patient. I love that they took care of my cute babygirl Boxer named Juni. And I love that they can take new clients in from Veterinary Hospital. Also, I love recipiential and nurses and dog doctors. To be honest I LOVE everything about North Dallas Veterinary. Dr. Hudson is an amazing vet. She was able to examine and gain our dog's confidence. He is old and terrified of vets usually.

We get Goldie, our Australian Shepherd bathed and groomed every 8-10 weeks. She always comes home looking so beautiful! And, she does not experience the itching that sometimes follows a bath. Thank you NDVH for taking such good care of our girl!

I say whenever we have an appointment. I don't have a preference of doctors as long as it's a doctor at your facility. I have referred other friends there who are feeling the same way. It's a great place to go for check ups and emergencies.

Dr. Ford was amazing. He took care of my Annie girl and he took his time with us, making sure that I understood everything. He was very considerate of my financial situation. I have already posted on my Facebook page about how great he is. He is very compassionate and made me feel at peace about my girl.

Border my dog and at check out the price changed from what I was told a month prior when boarding my dog Staff was nice and friendly but felt like a bate and switch

I brought our new puppy in for his first visit. The Veterinary Doctor and assistant were stellar and very pleasant to visit with. Highly recommend her. However, when the receptionist came back to collect payment, she walked in and noticed a brown bag on top of my for carrier and said, "someone is getting some goodies". I told her the contents of the brown bag contained the remains of my dog that had passed. Heck, they just gave me the remains. A couple minutes later, the receptionist noticed some peanut butter in the corner, out of her eyesight, and stated she was referencing that, as the goodies. A few days later, I received a bill because the receptionist forgot to charge for additional meds. Our new puppy unfortunately had fleas. The Vet gave him capstar which should kill the fleas relatively quick. When we got home, 15 minutes or so, our puppy was yelping and appeared to be running around in pain, scratching his head rubbing his head in the dirt. When I got a hold of him, I noticed more fleas than I could count all over his head and his body. It appeared they were all biting him at once. I tried to scratch off as many as I could but it continued for an additional 30 minuted before he laid on the ground, exhausted. I called the clinic and spoke with TRACY. Tracy was kind enough to tell me that we had a big flea problem in our backyard. In some remote area that we don't know about. I was offended and couldn't wait to get off the phone with her. Tracy's lack of interest in our puppies immediate condition was shocking to say the least. Her knowledge of our backyard mind-blowing. We've used North Dallas Veterinary Hospital for over 9-10 years. The Doctors are amazing and so are the assistants. I sure hope I don't have another bad experience with the help.

Our dog started having seizures after eating something in the trash. North Dallas provided excellent care to her, kept us fully informed of what was going on, and showed compassion to my 19 year old son, who was worried that his dog would not make it. At the end of the day, two days really, Princess pulled through. I was blown away by the professionalism and humanity shown by everyone there.

First time at this veterinary office and everyone from the front receptionist to Dr Ford was extremely nice. I was well informed about my dogs heart condition by Dr Ford.

Dr Hogan was excellent. We appreciate the way she researched and helped us with the correct food.

Great Vet and people! Now if only Ember would become a bit more sociable :) She is indeed a Dingo...

Boarded my 15 yr old doggo for 4 days and he looked relaxed and happy when i picked him up. NDV has been our vet for decades and i trust them.

My sweet terrier mix had an appointment today at 10:30. It was our first time here for shots/yearly check up. Dr. Hughes was fantastic! I could tell she really cares about her work and took the time to explain everything to me. This is the first time in ten years of being a dog owner that I don't feel rushed by the vet!

We love North Dallas Veterinary Hospital! The reception staff are always helpful and nice. Both of our dogs have been going to Dr. Hudson since they were puppies. Dr. Hudson consistently takes the time to explain our dogs health and walk us through the best solutions for them. She is patient and so kind.

Everyone, starting with the front counter personnel, to the technicians who take you and your pet back to an interview room to ask questions and look at your pet to find out the problem, to the Vet who takes care of your pet - all of them are professional, they act very caring about the issues causing your pet to feel poorly, they pay attention to what you say about the issue(s).
