Has been my clinic for over 15 years, the best doctor and technicians took care of my present and previous dogs. Always caring and getting out of their way to help. My dogs will be their patients for life.

We had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. They were so kind and compassionate with us and treated our Sniper with dignity. It made a traumatic experience a little bit better. And then they sent flowers to us today! OMG they are the best.

I feel very blessed to have found this hospital. Both doctors were exceptionally kind as well as professional when guiding me through decisions for my pet. The staff is compassionate and caring, also. I highly recommend Riverchase.

The doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out quickly and taken back right at our appointment time. They are a bit pricey and the initial receptionist seemed preoccupied. I’d probably bring my dogs back.

Dr. Morrison has always provided top notch care to my senior cat. He treats clients and pets with respect. His sense of humor also helps ease tension when crucial decisions must be made.

I have gone to Dr. Matt Morrison for many years. I trust his skills. He is also compassionate and funny. He explains things well. He has seen me through several Samoyeds and Pugs. His staff is excellent...very low turnover. When you call, they know you..and your pet. During the virus shutdown and modifications, you only can be curbside, while the staff retrieves your dog, and returns it. Dr. Matt calls you. While this is necessary, imho there is a lot lost in this exchange. That is the only downside. The clinic is very well organized with parking clearlly marked, the staff prompt and courteous (and btw they have been there for many years, which is a tribute to Dr. Morrison). Even the phone system is not the tree of menus but just one, spoken by a cheery human who speaks warmly and not slowly. I really like the thought in that.

Riverchase vet clinic has been taking care of our babies for about 12 yrs. 3 cats 1 dog. Dr. Matt Morrison treats our pets like his own. He knows how much our animals mean to us owners. We recently had an issue with our dog Bella, we took her in, Dr. Morrison treated the issue. We were also going out of town for a week. Bella was doing much better. (Bad Allergies). Dr Morrison assured us if our friends who are taking care of Bella while we are gone have any issues to bring Bella in at no charge to them. They did not have to worry about making any payments for a pet that was not there’s. We enjoyed our vacation knowing If anything happened to our pets the burden would not be on our friends and Dr. Morrison would take care of them.

Highly recommend! We've been very happy customers of Riverchase Animal Hospital for many years. They were always very thorough, took their time during examinations, and were very reasonably priced. Regular checkups and immunizations were a breeze. Sadly we had to have our beloved old yellow lab put down so we won't be customers for a while but when we're ready to adopt our next fur baby, we'll be back!

Don’t take your chances with Dr. Dees... I truly wonder if she even cares about animals at all and why she’s even in this profession. In November, we took our cat to get seen by her because he was occasionally and randomly vomiting. She didn’t even do any blood tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, nothing, and said he “seems fine” so she only recommended a diet change. We did as she said, but after a few weeks, the vomiting got worse to the point that there was blood in his vomit. Slowly he stopped eating and drinking water. We called her back and explained the situation and she said “if it were my baby, I would definitely take him to the emergency room”. The whole point of us being proactive and taking him to the vet weeks ago was to prevent this. For someone who didn’t even do a basic blood panel for him, how dare she have the audacity to say she would rush him to the ER? After the ER, he was feeling ok. Turns out he will need to follow up with an internist to find out what’s really going on, but the soonest they could see him was about a month out. A week after the ER, he vomited blood again. We didn’t want to take our chances and wait weeks for his appointment with the specialist, so we took him back to Dr. Dees. Even with the ER’s full report and knowing his conditions, again, she did not do blood work, X-rays, any other tests, nothing. We spent $150 for her to look at him and inject him with anti-nausea medication and said “wait to see the internist”. We’ve officially lost trust in Dr. Dees and Riverchase. If you love your fur baby and actually want them under good care, this is not the place.

Dr Morrison and Riverchase Animal Hospital team is available when you need them. Barbara is caring and supportive during very urgent and sad times when managing the loss of a four legged family member. Thank you Riverchase for the beautiful flowers. RIP, Clyde

Highly recommended - Dr. Morrison and staff (office and techs) are the best! Dr. Morrison shepherded us through some very dark days with our beloved Golden. He is accessible and so very, very kind. We now have a beautiful and sweet 8 year old English setter adopted last year from Coppell Animal Services - and we would entrust her health to no one else.

As always, my fur baby got the best care at Riverchase. He's getting a bit old, and the vet and techs know what to look for and how best to keep him happy, healthy, and comfortable. My thanks to them!

We have been going to this vet clinic for years. Dr. Dees and Dr. Morrison are excellent and have taken care of our cats and dogs from their early years until we had to let them go. We would recommend this facility to anyone that needed an excellent vet clinic.

I had a good experience with Dr. Morrison and the vet techs, and the clinic is very convenient location wise. Three stars because the services are overpriced in comparison to other clinics (i.e. $60 for preventative care visit, >$30 vaccinations), the front desk receptionist (Barbara) has been short and argumentative over the phone, and during my first clinic visit in 2018, my dog received vaccinations she did not need until 2020 and 2021. It was only after sorting through my dog's vaccination records and confirming with my prior clinic that this had occurred! Unfortunately, for these reasons, I will be changing clinics to find more polite and thorough staff across the board.

My son's new dog is a Belgian Malinois who is now eight months, and full of energy! Legend thinks he's a small dog weighing 15 lbs., but he's a big puppy weighing 55 lbs.! Regardless of his size, Doctor Morrison and staff could handle the task! Legend had an awesome first visit with the Riverchase Animal Hospital Team! Riverchase also care for our other two dogs, and have always provided the best treatment plans! :-)

I was here only for a very sad reason, to say goodbye to a beloved 14-year old pointer. In such a tough circumstance, they handled everything as professionally and peacefully as possible.
