Leaving my 2 “kids” at paradise 4 Paws for the first time was amazing. I’ll admit I was nervous leaving my babies at any boarding facility but boy was I surprised by this place. My babes are spoiled and I got the top dog suite. Their largest, plush and most expensive room. They loved it. They went to play group everyday and had the best time. I was able to watch them at night on their webcam. They had a tv, beds and lots of attention. The staff was great every time I called to check on them. I highly recommend this place and it’s the only Place I’m leaving my dogs

We boarded our two dogs at paradise 4 paws while we were in town for the weekend since they couldn’t stay in the hotel. They were very professional and clean, our dogs didn’t have an odor like they did at other boarding places. They got lots of play time and I could tell they truly watched our dogs because they were able to describe their personalities perfectly. They were all very polite and responsive, answered the phone every time I called and made sure all my questions were answered.

I had a good first experience with this location. The only reason for one less star was because I instructed on the questionnaire for them to not let my fence-jumping husky outside and one night I happened to check the camera and she was in the meadow. I’m glad the person who took her out paid close attention to her body language and brought her in quickly but that could’ve gone very badly. Nonetheless, I loved the pupdates and my dog came back happier than she has from other boarding facilities.

My husband is a nurse and I was out of town on a girls trip. My husband was able to drop off our fur baby at 6 am and pick her up around 7:30pm when he got off. They even fed her breakfast which helped take stress off my husband trying to get to work. It took so much stress off of me not having to worry about her being hungry all day bc she does not like to eat when she first wakes up. Iggy had a great time playing and was ready to sleep everyday when my husband got home with her! Great since she is a full energy dog! We will definitely being using them again in the future!

Excellent quality and the pets seem to have fun. We've boarded both our cat and dog with Paradise4Paws a few times, and every time it's been great.

They take great care of my pup, she gets the same suite each time, they know everything about Daisy and her needs. She is a handful and is always taken care of. I appreciate the staff.

This place took such good care of my sweet baby Bear! It was the first time I’ve ever boarded Bear, and I will continue to only use them for boarding. Highly recommend!

I was very happy that we were able to watch our dog on camera any time we wanted. My dog is a neutered so he had to be in his own room & any time something was wrong or off in Haze’s room I would call them & they would fix the problem asap. It was our first time leaving our dog Haze, but leaving him at Paradise 4 Paws made it that much easier. I’m hoping next time we take him he will be neutered and he will have even more fun w/ the other dogs.

I loved these guys. They took really good care of my dog Kiwi. The lady at the front expressed how much they loved her and how sweet she is which was so good to hear. 5/5 I will use p4p again!

Ok so yeah I used to work there but now that I don’t and I have to pay I still leave my baby there. I know he will be very well taken care of and come and sleep for days because of all the fun he had. He loves playing in the pool and barking all day and night. He has a very recognizable bark that can be irritating at times but the staff love him anyway and he loves them! My boy is 100 LBS and don’t look very friendly and he still gets all the love and attention! Thanks guys, y’all rock!

I always feel comfortable leaving the care of our pups to Paradise 4 Paws. And the pupdate emails from KC & Rock (with pics!) are the BEST when we are missing them while away! Appreciate the caregivers so very much! Thank you!

I brought my pup here for the second time recently and he was definitely struggling but the staff called me with updates and were able to help him feel more comfortable. They did a fantastic job helping him out of his room and getting him to play.

Great get away for your furry children. Very clean and the staff Is friendly. they send photos and emails updating us on our pets stay with them. Definitely would recommend them.

It was decent, I had my dog groomed here. Better than PetSmart/Petco. Not outstanding.

First time using this business. I was involved in a vehicle accident and needed someone to take my dog as I recovered. This was a holiday weekend and this was an emergency and the entire staff was professional, and sensitive to the situation at hand. Everyone I spoke with (most especially both Samantha's) we very helpful and took time to answer all questions and concerned I had. They also did not mind at all how many times I called to check on my boy. I was completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend to anyone who needs a location to board or even groom or day care for their dog. Great job by all! Thank you so much.

I had my 1 year old golden doodle boarded here for 2 days. It was the first time he stayed anywhere away from me so being able to watch him during play time was so nice. One hour in the morning and one in the evening. They offer a lot of extra amenities you can purchase for your pup during their stay too. Very responsive either thru phone or email. I would definitely take Loki back any other time I am going out of town.

My Ozzy loves P4P! They are so great with him and give him wonderful exercise and I always know he is safe. He thoroughly enjoys his time spent at the facility. And the fact that they are open 24 hours is wonderful. I've had many a times where my flight was delayed and I was still able to pick him up, even if it's late at night.

People who work here are very friendly, they love the dogs. Only thing that I was not happy with was they increased their rates for walks, 10 min is now 15 and used to be 10. I think that is too much.

My Cat loved staying there and the staff was wonderful and friendly. Easy to get to airport parking. Thank you all so much!!

The workers here are so helpful! We were displaced by Hurricane Ida and evacuated with our 3 dogs to Dallas. We were in a dog friendly hotel, but didn't want our dogs to be kept in a room all day. We called and were able to get our dogs in the next day and every day the rest of the week that we were in Dallas. They were so kind and helpful and it was greatly appreciated! Would definitely use them again!

I absolutely love this place! It’s so incredibly affordable, and after every day my Belgian stays there he sleeps the entire next day because he’s so exhausted! Being open 24 hours is also so convenient because I work such odd hours that I’m able to pick him up at 12 or 1 in the morning and that option isn’t available for too many places. Plus how can you beat an indoor swimming pool! You can even buy little frozen Kongs, or extra snuggle times and walks… This is the only place I will ever bring my pup

Always feel comfortable leaving my dogs!!! This is second time leaving the girls to go on vacation. With the Webcam it was great to see them all day whatever they were doing. I love Paradise!!!!!

we recently went on vacation and had both our babies stay there- they are Morkies and can tend to be a little nervous.. the staff was AMAZING and loved the facility!!! we will absolutely use them in the future! we LOVED that we could watch them on the cameras anytime we missed them.

5 stars! My pup loves visiting and she is well taken care of. They take the time to play with the dogs, send picture email updates sometimes daily and the groomer is amazing as well. Don’t trust your pup anywhere else!!

I love the ability to be able to see my pup every encounter. He always leaves as he arrives, happy and full of energy. That alone should tell how much they value your pet.

On Saturday, June 31st, I took my 7 month old pup (Zorro) & my 15 year old senior (Precious) to board for the day. We booked 2 ‘Oasis Suites’ for our dogs. Was very happy with our first time day boarding experience. The pet resort’s front desk receptionists were super easy to communicate with. Especially with Samantha. She made the boarding booking experience simple & went out of her way to give us a tour of the economical suite and the oasis suite. I loved being able to checkout the play area webcams anytime I wanted. I witnessed their rigorous cleaning of the playing areas, in between dog play. The kennel attendant in charge of looking after my dogs, was super kind with returning my call, for a boarding update on my dogs. He was super detailed too. My only disappointment, he told me I would later be receiving an email “pet mail” with photos of my dogs while in boarding. I never received that email. We later returned at 6 p.m. to pickup our dogs. The checkout process was smooth. I can’t wait to bring my dogs back. But I wish this location had Teenage Play Program (like described on the website) For intact puppies 7 to 14 months of age who are ineligible for group play due to intact status only, because I would love to socialize my 7 month pup, Zorro. Who’s vet will not neuter until he’s 1 year of age.

First time using the service for my dogs! They were very relaxed after their stay, I'm sure they got lots of rubs! ???? I think I will pay additional for service to be able to see them during their stay, overall great

We were traveling through Dallas and needed a place for our nervous nonspade pug while we stayed and played somewhere she could not be. They were awesome with her. Sent us pictures of how she was adapting.
