Staff is amazing from the first day I called them process is easy cost is transparent up front no pressure cost are reasonable they explain everything to you as you check in and check out I was impressed and recommended them to the pet community my baby was taken care of

Nice office and enforcement of COVID-19 protocol. My dog loves coming and doesn't have any issues getting vaccinations. Been a patient since I got my dog three years ago and definitely worth the value if you really take good care of your pet.

I was very happy with the way my fur babies were treated. One of my babies always gets muzzled but they took it off and Boxito was a good boy. I like the way they treat my babies as their own and very responsible. I am very happy I switched vets and will continue to come here Thank you so much

Have great vaccinations packages for cats and dogs and low prices on microchipping your pet. They also provide low cost spay and neuter clinic by appointment. A great way to take great care of your furbabies.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Gave us a lot of great tips for our new puppy and took care of them very well. The visit was not rushed and they were compassionate. you can tell they love their jobs and the pets they work with.

I loved the clinic from the first visit. I have two dogs, both treated at this clinic. In October my 7-year-old dog underwent surgery for teeth care and I took the opportunity to neuter him. I mention this situation in particular because this was the only situation in which I felt (on the day of the surgery) and I still feel (to this day) that something is "wrong", I thought my dog ​​would come back tired, haggard, but it seems to have received a dose of Long life adrenaline. On the day of the surgery I thought it was a rebound effect of the anesthesia, but it's been 2 months and my dog ​​behaves as if he were young, I haven't seen him with all that energy, joy and willingness to chase and play since he was a puppy. .... My husband and I wonder if it's really the same dog (yes it's the same dog) But totally renewed, the dog that used to play at one point or another of the day and was soon tired, now doesn't miss the opportunity to grab my legs and call me to "combat". I suggested my spouse to go through the same surgical procedure lol. Thanks to everyone at the clinic, and if you talk to Noah, let him know we miss you.

I found out so my rescue dog had heart worm and so I was devastated. To make matters worse my previous vet wanted close to 4k to treat it So. I asked around and found Low Cost Pet Vet has the most pleasant, professional ,caring ,clean and helpful staff I've ever had encountered anywhere . All this for a quarter of the price.

I would give you 5 stars however I did have only one issue.. The handling of pets! While giving vaccinations and stuff like that to a cat or a dog please please please no matter what age or how cute and adorable they may be to you.. especially whenever the pet parent states that they may need to be held tighter... (i did tell the woman that my kitten was crazy and he isn't as sweet as she thinks...) this resulted in my cat acting like a bucking bronco the second the first injection was made.. Then the second shot he managed to wiggle away from her grip resulting in an additional puncture area for the same needle/ shot... * the first stick, the needle came out when the full injection had not been given**...... they had no problems giving my two adult cats who are in between 13 and 17 lb their shots but they could not firmly hold a 6 lb 4 month old kitten??????? My fur baby is fine and I will be returning to this Clinic.. I'm just being honest so you guys can improve. God bless and thank you for your time.

The staffs are always so kind and patient. The vet tried to answer most of the questions I had. Pretty reasonable.

I took my dog to get vaccines. They told me to wait 2 weeks until he felt better because he was dealing with allergies due to fleas. I came back after the 2 weeks. They went ahead and injected all those vaccines at once when they knew he wasn’t 100%. He started having seizures a week later. He only lasted 4 days. I spent 1.4k trying to get him to feel better. Same thing happened with my sister-in-laws dog. Unsafe practices.

I highly recommend this vet clinic. I am so grateful for the staff and Dr. Mountain for being HONEST, informative, and providing reasonably priced care. My 13-year old lab needed to have a mass cell tumor removed from her thigh. I was terrified because I was worried about my dog's recovery. Also, I was scared they would try to pad the bill and add extra charges like so many vet clinics do. But, thankfully, my dog's surgery was a success and they did not try to take advantage of the situation by charging outrageous prices. She's recovering very well. Thank you Low Cost Pet Vet!! There should be more vet clinics like yours.

This Vet hospital/clinic has amazing staff, but my only complaint is if it’s low cost why are the prices the same as most vet clinics in the same area hmmmm …yes I called around after my puppy was seen and discovered multiple vet clinics/hospitals were more affordable. Not sure why this clinic is considered to be a low cost clinic-and it’s clearly not. Overall my puppy and I experience were pleasant!

Excellent service super happy wasn't to busy when I went in and out in about 25 mins definitely would refer others there Our Dog Milo wasn't the happiest but she did great we have used VCA clinic in Irving for a long time they tried to charge 150 as a walk in to do a heart worm test that wasn't even for the medicine totally OUTRAGEOUS glad we found this place for sure

I couldn't find my vaccination tags for my 2 dogs and they were kind enough to give me some more at no cost. Young lady named Jasmin was very helpful
