Dr. Ishak always gives the best attention to my pets. Ive been coming here since 3 years ago and I like that the hospital is clean the staff is friendly and they speak spanish so that helps me when my mom takes my pets to the Dr. They truly care about my pets

The location on Google isn't the right place but it's not too far from the spot anyway. Staff were super sweet ladies, I took my cat, bear, in to get neutered and they finished within 2 hours! Great experience

‼️‼️EVERYONE PLEASE READ. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE‼️‼️ I brought my two cats to get spayed at 8am. They told me to pick them up at 5:15pm. I get there to pick up my girls and they place me in a room and give me the horrible news that one of my cats DIED after the procedure was done. When asked what happened all they could say is " it happens". I never in a million years expected something like this to happen to my girl. I brought them to get a "simple" procedure (in my mind) never expecting to get a news like this as this is something they do several times a day everyday! Of course I know any kind of surgery procedure has risks but my cats were young, no underlying health problems, so full of life... it's just heartbreaking. The way he went about the whole thing, no sympathy, felt very careless for my cats death it's just infuriating! After I said that I wanted to take my cat home, he INSISTED several times in cremating her. When I asked for a copy of the paperwork that I had signed that morning they refused. They told me they had to get approval from the doctor before releasing any paperwork ??? Why?! The whole situation is frustrating but I just lost my baby and have to take care of one that just got out of a procedure... I need time to grieve my loss and wrap my head around what just happened. PLEASE, do your research and STAY AWAY from this place. I wish I had before.. Mine is not the only review with the same outcome.

After enough bad experiences, I had to get a new vet. The lady I spoke with was neither helpful or nice. When I did get the documents, it turns out they have been lying on them.

We took our cat there-the vet performed un blockage procedure and took our money. Not mentioning to us that his blood work showed his kidneys were less than 10% functioning and all his other organs were failing. He told us our cat would be better. A week later we took him to CitiVet and they reviewed his blood work and explained to us his real situation. Our Beltre passed away there. Guadalupe Animal Hospital is poorly ran and uninformative. Money hungry. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. They moved locations and are trying to operated under the old Shady Grove Animal Hospital.

Easy to get an appt. Doctor was knowledgeable and had the meds I needed on hand

I recently took my dog to this vet ❌Atalla Isah Lic # 13273 because he had diarrhea. We paid almost $ 400 to see what my dog had and this vet told us there was nothing wrong with him. Everything is fine. Our dog died 2 hours after the visit where they gave him medication that was not suitable for him. It really annoys me that they did not take much interest in our dog in this place and now he is dead. This is my experience at this vet, and I'm not saying you shouldn't go here. You may be the lucky person to get the right treatment, so give it a try! and you don't have to bury your dog after visiting with them.

I have been taking my dog to Guadalupe Animal Hospital for almost 8 years now. I love the Dr & staff. They are awesome at working with me as my dog gets aggressive around other people. I recommend Guadalupe Animal Hospital to everybody.

If I could give 0 starts I would, they killed my cat while a surgery and they just said that she stopped breathing, that is something nonsense since she was young and why would her heart stop breathing just like that, I regret myself for taking my baby there, so if you planning on taking your baby there don’t do it since they are super unexperienced and unprofessional ????????????????

The Doctor at the time wasn't really clear on instructions or what was actually going on

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. They got my cat even more sick! When asked to release her medical records of what they did they refused! They even refused to give it to the ER vet who I had to spend hundreds of dollars on to fix the errors they made! I went to get her teeth extracted and she ended up getting an infection! Do not go here! Do not trust these reviews!

Very nice vet, just alil pricey

The reason why I give this place a one star is because I called to schedule an appointment for my two cats and the receptionist did not want to schedule she was giving me excuses. I feel like the doctor did not want to take care of my pets anymore I been coming here for a year. It's very unprofessional office.

Receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever.

I recently lost my beloved pet and SABRINA has been an amazing person throughout this grief process i must say this has been the most difficult thing i have been through and she has made this process so much easy and understanding thank you guys for all the work yall do and continue to do !!!

Good doctor, not your typical now a days vet where unnecessary treatments and over charges are common practice.

The receptionist on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional!! All I wanted was to make an appointment for my dog who was in so much pain!!! If you really hate your job that much just quit and stop being so rude!!

Fast and affordable.. perfect for vaccines

I took my cat to them for a respiratory infection and they did a great job. Edit: I also took my other cat here because she was acting funny and didn't want to be touched. The vet we took her to the night she got sick wanted to do hundreds of dollars in tests. The vet here felt of her four a few seconds and said, "She's constipated." He gave her some laxatives and, well, let's just say he was right. Taking her here saved me hundreds of dollars and got her back to normal within hours.

I love Dr. Ishaak he cares deeply for the animals under his care. He has looked over my pets for about 6 years and I have no complaints. He does have other doctors who substitute for him when he travels and I have not had great experiences with them, but I am grateful for the times he saved my dogs' lives.

I've been meaning to tell the doctor Thank You for saving my dog's life. She needed a c-section in an emergency. He saved all 9 of my baby huskies. They grew to be so healthy. He help the mom heal of her mastitis. He saved her life and her 9 babies and I am so very Thankful. ????????❤️ Thank You Guadalupe Animal Hospital.

I would not recommend this place. Fist of all you are not allowed back with your fur baby. I was charged over $500 don’t know if anything was really done. My dog looks worse than when I took him in. He’s been on meds. Now we are going to take him to another vet. It was just about money for this vet. We got blood work done, got no paper work about that. Do not recommend.

I found them to be polite and informative on the phone, the vet and his assistant to be knowledgeable, overall they do well with the space they've got. Price was broken down well. I do recommend!
